From Azkaban to Hogwarts.

The door hinges, meticulously maintained by the elves, were almost silent, but even so, the faint sound of the door opening was still quite jarring in the quiet classroom.
William then entered the classroom amidst the gazes of many students, some sitting and some standing.
“You’ve come to the old classroom,” William said with a smile to the densely packed students, then placed a large paper bag on the podium. “To be honest, this classroom is a bit small now.”
But nobody paid attention to this witty remark.
All the students stared intently at the paper bag on the podium, swallowing hard.
Disappointment, loss, despair... different yet similar emotions spread through everyone's hearts.
The students who hadn't signed up before but were persuaded by the other students to participate simply glared murderously at the students who were trying to persuade them. If it weren't for the fact that there was no precedent for casting spells with one's eyes in the magical world, those guys who were talking so loudly would have already been cursed with more than a dozen curses and sent to the hospital.
'Damn it, weren't they saying there wouldn't be any tests for sixth grade?'
This sense of despair spread among the students, causing William to witness his students suddenly become depressed, as if Dementors had appeared.
He looked at the students with a puzzled expression, then followed their gaze and noticed the paper bag he had placed on the podium.
Why are you all staring at my bag?
He patted the paper bag and smiled at everyone, "There are no test papers inside, just some record sheets for today!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the students looked at each other in bewilderment, and then the previously almost still scene was quickly stirred up like a lake where a stone had been thrown in.
"Whoa!!!"
The students let out strange noises, and the students sitting in the front even excitedly grabbed their textbooks from the table and threw them directly into the air.
...
"Are these kids crazy?"
William looked at the frenzied students and shook his head. Then he began to silently write down the names of the most frenzied students—they were very energetic, and he could be a little harsher on them later.
After watching them go crazy for three or four minutes, William finally gestured to them with his hand, "Stop it. If you keep going like this, you won't be able to finish the lesson properly, and we might have to add some extra tests."
He didn't even use a loud voice to amplify his voice, but the crowd quickly calmed down.
"Alright, alright, we won't need this classroom for sixth graders anymore. We can go directly to the renovated new classroom for classes. This place can't hold that many people."
William gestured for them to pack their things, then led the way toward the newly renovated classroom.
Behind him, the sixth-grade students, still unable to control themselves, started chattering away like little sparrows.
William's statement that there were no exams had completely dispelled the lingering shadows of last year's exams for them.
As for whether Professor William will set exam papers again this year?
That happened in fifth grade, what does it have to do with them in sixth grade?
"Hey, what do you guys think this year's curriculum will be like? Like last year's sixth-grade students, combining theory and stories, and then teaching magic?"
"I heard there were also experiments. Professor William caught a lot of rabbits to teach classes on the treatment of common injuries. It was very interesting."
"It's hard to say, but there are just too many people this year. I feel like I haven't seen so many students in the past five years of teaching."
"Who can argue with that? Before, students from both colleges attended together, but now almost every sixth-grader has enrolled, right?"
"What are you muttering about? Hurry up!"
William's voice came from the front of the line, and the students who had been chatting happily immediately stopped and obediently walked into the new classroom.
-
"What a huge classroom..."
However, before the students' exclamations could spread, William's voice interrupted them.
"Alright, everyone, come over here and stand in line. Students from each college, stand in one line, boys in one line, girls in another," William announced, standing near the blackboard in the room.
The intense training in fifth grade helped these students quickly understand and diligently carry it out. Although the scene was a little chaotic, everyone still stood very well.
“Very good, let’s do a simple survey first.”
Seeing that the line was fairly well-organized, William waved his wand, and the survey forms in the paper bag flew into the air and landed precisely in front of each student.
'It's worth the practice I did during the holiday; this spell is barely usable now.'
William nodded. Although he couldn't do whatever he wanted, he had mastered the modified levitation spell to a certain extent. A powerful spell is not only about power, but also about ingenuity, both of which are difficult to achieve.
However, the effect was so-so—with Professor McGonagall and Professor Flitwick setting such a precedent, this kind of magic was only good for first-year students to play around with, and while older students couldn't do it, they weren't particularly surprised when they saw it.
But William was still very happy. For him, seeing his own progress was enough. Showing off in front of these students was no longer something he needed to do—he seriously suspected that even if he said he could get all of these kids NEWTs certificates, they would only wonder how many tests he was going to give them…
"Alright, all students, take your check forms, leave everything else in the classroom, keep your lines together, and follow me."
As William spoke, he walked toward the door, “First Ravenclaw, then Slytherin, Hufflepuff, and finally Gryffindor, everyone, come on!”
Amidst the puzzled looks of the students, William led them directly out of the castle and to the Black Lake.
"Are you going to teach me the hair-soaking spell today?"
Several top students made guesses, but they weren't quite sure. The "bubble head curse" wasn't really a defensive spell. Although it was somewhat popular among students because of the "dung ball" (a type of incantation), it wasn't a spell used in class.
"Is the professor planning to teach us how to fight in the water? I heard he likes to imagine how we would handle difficult situations."
"That's not bad either. I didn't learn the head-soaking spell very well on my own."
However, all the speculations proved to be invalid.
Professor William mounted a flying broomstick and floated on the lake.
"Alright, all students, start running in the previous order. We're going to test your reaction time a little today!"
The sound, amplified by magic, was still clearly audible to everyone, even in the open lakeside.
"Run?"
Before the students could offer any suggestions, the professors were already urging them on, "Hurry up, get ready and run! Time waits for no one! We still have some very interesting content to add!"
Although they didn't understand what the professor meant, the students had already started running.
William rode his flying broomstick, surveying the entire team across the lake—although it wouldn't be too strenuous for him to just run alongside, it would make it difficult to gauge their true performance.
"Run around Black Lake without hesitation!"
William cheered on the student—thanks to last year's training, he didn't falter on the flying broom.
However, such urging only had a tiny effect. The most physically demanding training at Hogwarts was only for the Quidditch players; such physical training was not common.
Moreover, people are inherently lazy, and even though they had only circled less than half of Black Lake, some members of the not-so-fast team had already fallen behind.
However, this situation was expected. William simply pulled a small box out of the bag and, with his gloved hand, took out a small ball from it.
When Gryffindor at the back of the line ran past, he swung the thing back and smashed it down.
"Keep running until you're completely exhausted!"
For this training session, he even brought along some obscure sports books. Although he couldn't accurately judge whether the students were truly too tired to run, he could still get a pretty good idea of their condition.
Anyway, he had some newly replenished potions in his pocket—honestly, being exhausted was no big deal, he could easily recover.
Although Professor McGonagall didn't say where this stuff came from, this kind of potion, which even he had difficulty concocting, was probably not made by another professor as a side job—so its efficacy is very reliable, not to mention that he had tested it beforehand.
-
"It's finally over!"
After running most of the way around the Black Lake, all the students were nearly driven mad, but even those who lagged behind managed to finish the race thanks to the potion William had given them.
But that didn't stop them all from collapsing to the ground.
“Very good, very good,” William said as he dismounted from his flying broom. “Your survey results have already been marked with magic after I first helped you up.”
"Well, how should I put it? The student with the lowest evaluation will receive two extra test papers to take home as homework after class."
After saying this, William paused, then waited for the student to complain—he had already prepared words of comfort and explanations to comfort the student.
But nothing happened.
Looking at the survey results, even the students he considered to have received the worst evaluations looked relieved.
'Did I underestimate them?'
With that in mind, William continued, "These tests are conducted once a month, so there's no need to worry about continuing until the end of the semester. Those who didn't do well this time, just do better next time."
"Of course, it is only right that the students with the best grades should receive awards."
"In the survey we just conducted, Hufflepuff had the highest percentage of outstanding students, followed by Gryffindor."
"Therefore, Hufflepuff gets fifteen points and Gryffindor gets ten."
"As for Slytherin and Ravenclaw, who are in equal proportions, deduct five points from each."
Students from both colleges sighed.
"Alright, next, just a little further ahead is the cold drinks I had the elves prepare—but it's still a few hundred meters away, so let's walk there."
William silently concealed his idea of having them exercise vigorously before slowing down, and led them on a walk. "Everyone gets a share, and then we'll officially begin today's theory lesson—just like you guessed, the head-soaking spell."
'We still had props to buy before class started, but luckily I reacted quickly enough... I moved the second class forward...'
'Today was supposed to be a combination of theory and practice, letting them get used to things before gradually starting the physical tests... but it seems the results have been quite good.'
“I know,” William said as he walked, his voice amplified by magic, causing the students to keep their distance. “Many of you have mastered this spell, but it is actually much more useful than you think. What we’re about to tell you are some short stories.”
"Well, some adventure stories—some are true, and some I'm not sure are true or false, but they seem to be."
William explained with a smile, and then the students went to the grassy area with cold drinks that the elves had arranged.
"Just as we just covered up, the Bubble Head Curse is mainly used on campus to deal with some unfriendly gadgets—of course, using it on campus is a serious violation of the rules, and if you get caught, you'll most likely have to clean the toilets."
However, you'll discover how amazing this spell is after you leave school. Hmm, I remember a friend of mine saying he even used it as an umbrella. It looked weird, but it really worked…”
Bright sunshine, cold drinks after exercise, and a professor who interweaves stories into his lectures.
Although something seemed off about their running just now, every student had the same thought: the seventh graders really weren't lying!
Chapter 272 The Bubble Curse and Black Magic
"Have we told several short stories about the head-soaking spell already?"
William sat on the grass, looking at the students. "But actually, the Bubble Head Charm isn't that popular, and you won't find the relevant spell in common magic books."
"But professor, don't many people know the incantation for the head-bubbling spell?"
