"What will Mom think when she sees this..." George said with a tone of regret, though he didn't seem to regret it.

"Yeah, all of our Ron's dead..."

"You've forgotten so little, I've forgotten almost everything!"

Ron was very dissatisfied.

"Oh, what about Hermione?"

"First…"

Ron's voice was weak—everyone had clearly forgotten the knowledge from the past year, so why was Hermione still able to get first place in the exam?!

"Do you think you can explain this to your mother?"

"Are all three of you here?"

Ginny's surprised voice rang out, and she gave each of her three brothers a hug.

“I can’t believe it…it’s amazing,” she said excitedly. “I passed everything! Hermione showed me her first-year notebook, and then I passed all the tests, and even got an excellent grade!”

"I'm going to find Hermione!"

She skipped and hopped away as she said goodbye to her brothers, "See you on the train!"

"... "

"... "

"... "

The three brothers looked at each other and remained silent for a long time. "We're doomed."

"Another Percy."

"Mom will kill us."

No one was interested in speaking anymore; everyone fell silent and left without even saying goodbye.

"Oh my, summer vacation is here—although my suggestion didn't go through, it's still a good way to end the year."

William stretched and carefully inspected his luggage.

Chapter 240 The First Day of Summer Vacation

"Leaving school was too rushed."

On the train, William lay comfortably in the last carriage, reflecting on the series of events that had occurred before he left school.

The summer morning sun was already quite hot, shining through the car window onto his legs, causing him to shift his position involuntarily.

'It was all because of the final board meeting that... the expelled house-elves... the Malfoy family... and the exposure of Azkaban...'

'A jumble of messy things is really giving me a headache…'

'The curse is still not finished…'

"Oh ho..."

William released the straw from his mouth and let out a strange cry, "You've accomplished nothing, you bastard."

He waved his wand, conjuring a mirror above his head, trying to make a funny face at himself to encourage himself, but just as the transformation was successful, he heard footsteps coming from outside the private room.

-

"Ah," the newcomer exclaimed, greeting William, who was sitting there flipping through a book, "Professor William."

"Hello,"

William looked up from his book and saw that the person who came was one of his students. He greeted him warmly, "Summer vacation is here, don't be so reserved, make yourself at home."

"Okay, Professor."

The fifth-grade student sat down with a slightly nervous expression, but he was too nervous to say anything.

Just as the child was becoming reserved, the door to the private room was opened again.

"Sorry, is this room full? We got on the bus late..." The person greeted them in a familiar tone, but then exclaimed in surprise as they looked around the private room.

"Ah, Professor William, hello!"

'No, I'm not good at all,' William thought to himself as he looked at the red-haired figure by the door, but it was obviously not appropriate to say it aloud.

Why is Weasley on both the trains going to and from the station?!

He was internally screaming, but his expression remained unusually calm. "Have a seat. There are plenty of empty seats in the private room. We can chat for a while—I've seen your report cards, and they're not very good..."

'Is he crazy? We're only in fourth grade!'

The twins exchanged a quick glance, reading the same astonishment in each other's eyes.

"Ah, it's not good... after what happened to us," the two said, playing the victim card they'd been practicing with Professor McGonagall for so long. "Honestly, next year's exams might be a bit... sigh..."

The two sighed with genuine sincerity.

“That’s true, forgetting so much is really…” William agreed. “How about this, I’ll prepare some review materials for you during the holidays, so at least you won’t fall too far behind in Wizarding Self-Defense class.”

"As for the other courses... well, I can think of some ways to cover history of magic... Potions, well, I can give you some reference books... I'll get the Herbalism material over for you during the middle of the holidays..."

William reviewed the two students' report cards, considering solutions for each subject one by one.

"Don't worry... consolidate the subjects you passed, and study hard for the ones you failed... Actually, the OWLs exams aren't that hard to pass."

William summarized his remarks, "If you work hard during the summer vacation, you can catch up with the pace, so it won't be too difficult to improve your grades in fifth grade."

"There's still a whole year until the OWLs exam, it's too early to give up on any subject. We can do a crash course and practice questions when we're doing career planning..."

After talking for a while, William realized he had been the one doing most of the talking. He smiled sheepishly and said, "When I get excited, I tend to ramble on. For now, that's all we need to consider."

"If you have no objections, let's proceed as planned, okay?"

He stared at the twins and asked a question.

Of course there's a problem, but neither of them dares to say it.

'They botched it!'

Forcing a smile, the two replied in voices full of emotion, "Of course, no problem, Professor."

'As expected, the whole school deserves to suffer together. It's just a monthly exam, what's the big deal?'

'Agree first, then find a way to refuse...'

“That’s great,” William said approvingly. “It’s not that I don’t trust you—it’s just that people are lazy… well, that’s true. I’ve seen too many plans that are made but never carried out. It’s not easy to do a lot of review during the holidays.”

“We need to find you a supervisor,” William nodded, “Percy will do.”

“Leach,” William said, glancing at the student who seemed to be suppressing a laugh, “could you please take Weasley to find Percy?”

"By the way," he turned to the twins, "you two should also have a good chat with your classmates. It's a rare summer vacation, it's not good to just stay cooped up in the private room all the time. It's not a fun thing to do, especially since the tasks ahead are quite heavy."

-

"He's the devil!"

Although there was a student around, George still complained the moment he left the private room.

"What do you think? Fifth grade is hell..."

The boy named Rich nodded in agreement. "You know, there's a consensus among the fifth graders that Professor William is the scariest professor of all."

"Scary?"

"Of course, doing his test papers is more terrifying than fighting a giant dragon..."

He gasped, recalling the painful times, "Especially in the end, every night I would see the professor in my nightmares. He would cast a spell on our exam papers with his wand, and then conjure up mountains of exam papers..."

“So, you two are really brave,” Leach patted the twins on the shoulder. “I have to take back my previous unrealistic assessment of Gryffindor—you are true warriors.”

"Alright, enjoy your happy time before going home. You guys go find your friends to play with—I'll go find Percy Weasley myself."

He looked at the twins as if they were real warriors, then strode towards the class monitor's box.

-

"Professor, you wanted to see me?"

William waited a short while before Percy appeared.

Unlike his previous adoration, the child now had a somewhat confused look in his eyes.

“Yes, it’s just a little thing about Fred and George,” William smiled. “Have a seat.”

After Percy sat down, William briefly explained the vacation improvement plan he had devised for the two of them and the supervisory tasks he needed to perform. Percy listened quietly, occasionally asking questions about things he didn't quite understand, and the conversation went quite smoothly.

But at the end, as Percy was about to take his leave, William called him back.

"Don't rush, you seem to have something on your mind?"

"Yes, Professor..."

“You seem a little afraid to talk to me now, Percy,” William said with a smile, shaking his head. “Is it because of Azkaban?”

"Yes, Professor..."

“Don’t be so timid, like you’ve been deceived.” William stared at him. “Be bolder, you need to have your own ideas, Percy.”

“You are the most outstanding graduate of Hogwarts in recent years. If we only consider grades, among all the students currently studying at Hogwarts, only Miss Hermione Granger can barely compare to you, but her creativity is still… a little weak.”

"So you can proudly say that you are the best student in all of Hogwarts. You should be more confident."

William stared at Percy. "So, you're really concerned about Azkaban?"

"Um, Professor, no... it's just..."

“Not so much, Percy. If I could, I wouldn’t want to have spent time in that godforsaken place—it’s not a place a normal wizard should go,” William said quite naturally. “But it does exist, and I can’t deny my experience in Azkaban.”

“While I can’t say it was all bad right now, I still didn’t like it there.” William looked out the window. “You were very restricted, Percy.”

“I didn’t, Professor…”

“I can tell, son,” William shook his head. “Words are not of much use to you; you need to see the magical world for yourself.”

"Can you teach me..."
