After retiring from the Navy, I became a doting husband.

"Who are you? Why are you here?" the boss asked, realizing that the sphere was actually a person.

At that moment, Martin walked in and kicked Luffy's stomach a few times, saying, "Luffy, are you pregnant?"

"Who are you? How do you know me?" Luffy stood up and asked in a daze.

Just after asking Luffy, he seemed to realize something, "Oh no, we've been discovered! Run!"

"call!"

Luffy dashed out the door with a whoosh.

"Snapped!"

Just as Luffy reached the door, he found that his arm was being grabbed, and he was bounced back.

Luffy struggled to regain his balance, one hand still gripping the hat tightly, afraid of losing it.

Luffy looked up at Martin, then said, "Got caught, hahaha!"

"Guest! Is this the guy who stole the barbecue? How can a person look like this?" the boss asked, looking at Luffy, who was round as a ball.

"Yes, it's him..."

"Boss, come out! Boss, come out quickly!"

Martin wasn't done yet; chaos erupted again at the barbecue restaurant entrance as a large group of people rushed inside, immediately starting a noisy commotion.

"What are you doing? Who are you people?" the boss asked immediately upon seeing the group.

Seeing this, the other guests all stood up and made way for them.

"Who are you? You put our brothers in jail and you still want to know who we are? Let him know how powerful we are!" Without further ado, the group started to attack.

"Bang bang bang!"

Some were smashing things, while the group that was beating people moved with practiced skill; it seemed this wasn't their first time doing something like this.

"Useless thing, in the end I still have to find someone!"

Outside the barbecue restaurant, a man dressed in aristocratic attire was loudly berating a man who had just released cockroaches into the restaurant.

"Sir, this is not my fault. I did everything according to the plan beforehand. I didn't expect anyone to cause trouble."

“Lord Udel, you really can’t blame the steward. It was that shop owner who was so despicable. If you wanted the barbecue recipe, just give it to him. How dare he refuse? He really doesn’t know what’s good for him.”

Then another person said that this person was the captain of the urban management team.

Inside the barbecue restaurant, the owner was powerless to stop the group of people from vandalizing the place. He didn't know why the urban management officers hadn't arrived yet, since these people used to be very proactive.

"Go on, you've eaten so much meat, you need to digest it properly," Martin said with a smile, giving Luffy a nudge.

Luffy pulled his hat down and said, "How dare they bully the owner of a restaurant that makes such delicious barbecue? Unforgivable! I'm going to beat them all to a pulp!"

"Rubber machine gun!"

Luffy pulled his hand back and then threw punches rapidly, the dense fist shadows like a machine gun firing.

Martin found a table, sat down, and watched Luffy's performance with a smile. Luffy was more than capable of dealing with these thugs.

"Bang bang bang!"

The people who were vandalizing the store were stunned by the sudden attack. One by one, they were sent flying. Some crashed into the wall, making a hole in it, while others were knocked out of the store and onto the street.

"Kid, how dare you hit my men? Do you know who I am? I'm Lecco, the bandit with a bounty of 500,000 Berries. You're asking for death, you know that?" Lecco, who called himself a bandit, said.

"Mountain bandits? What are mountain bandits? Are you a pirate? How can a pirate bully a shop owner?" Luffy shook his head and said.

"Mountain bandits, mountain bandits, do you know that I'm not one of those useless pirates?" Luffy retorted angrily when Luffy called him a pirate.

"Pirates aren't useless people! Pirates are the freest people! How dare you speak ill of pirates? I'll beat you to a pulp!" Luffy shouted angrily.

"Knock me out of the air, hahaha, that's hilarious! You're just a kid, how dare you try to knock me out?" Le Coq laughed loudly.

"Rubber rocket launcher!"

Luffy pulled his hand back, then rushed towards Lecco with both hands, finally putting his hands together on Lecco's chest.

"Oh!"

Before Lecco could finish laughing, he felt himself being lifted into the air, crashing through the wall and flying away. Seeing more and more people on the ground, he finally realized that he had been knocked away.

At the Goa Kingdom Navy branch, soldiers were drilling when suddenly a person fell from the sky and ended up hanging on the branch's flagpole.

A soldier immediately stepped forward and took Lecco off. "Lecco the bandit! Great! I caught Lecco the bandit! He's a bandit with a bounty of 500,000 Berries. I'm going to get a promotion!" the soldier shouted as he ran into the base.

From then on, the most diligent thing the Goa Kingdom Navy branch did was to train on the parade ground, waiting for the next Leccus to fall from the sky.

The bandits at the barbecue restaurant were bewildered when they saw their boss get knocked away. They didn't know what to do. If their boss couldn't be defeated in one blow, then they were even less likely to be. Just as they were about to slip away, the doorway was blocked by a group of city management officers who surrounded them.

"What are you doing? What are you doing? How dare you fight and cause trouble in the city? Arrest them all!" the city management captain shouted.

The city management officers immediately took action and arrested all of Le Coq's bandits. Just as they were about to arrest the shop owner, Luffy objected.

"What are you doing? Why are you arresting the shop owner?" Luffy blocked the urban management officers.

"Get out of the way, kid. Don't delay us from doing our business, or we'll arrest you too." The city management officer shoved Luffy without any politeness, but unfortunately, he couldn't move him.

"Oh! You've got some skills, no wonder you dare to meddle in other people's business?" The city management officer rolled up his sleeves, stood still, and then pushed Luffy with all his might, but no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't move Luffy.

Other city management officers also noticed the situation and stood in front of Luffy, trying to push the boy away, but they were unsuccessful.

"Hahaha, you guys can't move me." Luffy seemed to have discovered something amusing and laughed loudly.

"What are you doing?" the city management team leader shouted.

It was only then that the urban management officers realized they were there to arrest people, and they quickly slipped past Luffy to grab him from behind.

The city management officers were startled by Luffy's actions and then stumbled and ran away.

"I'm going to beat you to a pulp! How dare you grab the boss? If you grab the boss, I won't be able to eat this delicious barbecue anymore!" Luffy said to the city management captain with a smile, pressing his hand down.

"I won't arrest you anymore, I won't arrest you anymore!" the city management captain shouted, and ran out like the wind.

"Where are you going? What are you doing? Where are the people? Where are the people I need?" Udel shouted as he saw the city management officers running away.

"My lord, my lord, there's a monster here!"

"A monster! Where did this monster come from? Let's go take a look."

“Sir, there really is a monster. Its round body and its hands can extend. It’s terrifying. It’s definitely not human,” the city management captain said.

"Hmph! How audacious!" Udel strode into the barbecue restaurant.

A short while later, Udel flew out.

"Haha, I feel much better after exercising, but why do I feel hungry again?" Luffy said, rubbing his deformed belly.

"So the customer really is a person. I thought he was a ball," the shopkeeper said, pointing to the thinner Luffy.

At that moment, Luffy walked up to Martin and said very seriously, "You're strong, be my partner!"

"Who do you think you are, and what right do you have to ask me to be your partner!"

Upon hearing Martin's words, Luffy smiled brightly, then said seriously, "I am Monkey D. Luffy, the man who will become the Pirate King. Let's set sail together and become pirates!"

Martin always found this line hilarious. "The man who becomes the Pirate King" could be interpreted as "the man who marries the Pirate King," or...

“How can you eat barbecue without Berry? All the barbecue in this shop is sold by Berry. But I’ll give you a chance. If you can beat me, I’ll treat you to barbecue, as much as you want,” Martin suddenly said. He had come here to change the fate of this optimistic boy.

"Really? You're going to treat me to barbecue? That's great! You're such a good person. But I'm very strong. What if I hurt you?" Luffy said hesitantly. On one hand, he really wanted to eat barbecue, but on the other hand, he didn't want to eat Martin.

Luffy said this, and his hands were quick as well. He stretched out his arms and grabbed onto something high up, swinging towards Martin like Spider-Man.
