My Plunderer System

When walking through the entryway, Milo scanned the room before anything else, the room was pretty spacious. There were three beds, three dressers and three desks for each of the students. After putting his stuff down on the last remaining bed without any stuff on it, his roommates were nowhere to be found, most likely they had gone down to take the Ability Evaluation. Before heading down to take his evaluation, Milo decided to unpack his things, as he was putting the last of his stuff in the dresser closest to his bed, he heard the door slide open.

When turning around he saw two people locked in conversation,

"I don't know why they say the fire element isn't as strong as lightning and ice, I can summon fire from my fingertips. Fire!"

"All I know is that with my ability its a whole lot easier to counter fire than it is lightning and ice, all i gotta do is avoid wood and I'm good, but lightning is so quick by the time I can shift, I could get struck and with Ice, no matter what I shift into if my joints freeze I'm screwed."

"Yeah, yeah whatever."

By the time the pair noticed the third member in the room they had already finished their conversation, once they were done talking at the entryway. They turned and noticed Milo closing the last drawer on his dresser. They were quick to introduce themselves. The shorter of the two had fair skin, and was the shortest in the room, he had brown hair and blue eyes that had a bit of fire behind them. He was loud and full of energy and introduced himself as Chris Newman, he also told Milo his power, which was fire

When hearing that Chris had the fire ability, ideas swirled in Milo's head about what it would be like to control fire and frost.

His other roommate was a bit more reserved, he shook his hand and politely greeted Milo, saying his name was Mark Renault. He had dark brown skin and was only slightly shorter than Milo. He was quite buff and due to his hair he stood out with his mohawk that faded from blonde to black, similar to a honey badger. He also introduced his ability, and Milo's eyes shined as it sounded like something that could be pretty cool. His ability Physical Transmutation allowed him to shift his body to be the same material as something he was touching until he released his ability.

After their introductions they talked a bit more and all of them seemed excited to start school and show off their strength. When Milo introduced his ability to the two as Frost he could see a new fire light in Chris's eyes as if he was ready to test which of the two abilities was stronger.

Before any tests of strength could go down, Milo excused himself saying he still needed to take the ability assessment. Mark and Chris both wished him luck. Chris in particular was enthusiastic, encouraging Milo to go down and "kick some ass."
