League: Educating LPL is my duty.

Chapter 377 Playing as a Wildcard

Li Chen followed Faker for two steps, then turned sideways to dodge Taliyah's W skill.

Then, the second E skill bursts out, and the chains successfully lock Taliyah.

At this moment, Taliyah is positioned in front of the mid-lane tower. If she takes one more step forward, she can enter the tower's area, but there is basically no chance of that.

The factory manager, arriving from the side, seized the last bit of control time, using his EQ combo to knock up Faker and deal damage. With Li Chen's help, he reduced Faker's health to near death, and finally, Li Chen finished off the enemy with a basic attack.

Sejuani, who was still giving LeBlanc a gua sha treatment, saw that things were not going well and immediately turned around and ran down the tower. Li Chen and the factory manager did not care about this.

Now that they're out of skills, it's more important to push the minion wave forward first. After all, Faker has teleport, but Li Chen doesn't.

"Sang-hyeok, this was my fault, my Q-flash got dodged." Peanut sounded a bit guilty, feeling that he was the one who caused Faker's death.

However, Faker shook his head and said, "It's not your fault. His reaction was too fast, and it was hard to control him. Besides, I was greedy this time, and I shouldn't have died."

Faker realized his mistake and knew he shouldn't have used E before Flashing. This gave Li Chen time to use W and also caused his own E to miss.

If he flashes first and then uses E, he might not die in this wave, or he might have a chance to trade kills with Li Chen.

After this wave, Li Chen and Clearlove quickly cleared the minion wave and pushed it under the tower, but Faker had already respawned and teleported out, so they didn't lose much minion wave.

As Li Chen and the factory manager disappeared from sight, Faker cleared the wave while habitually sending a signal.

However, SKT didn't pay much attention at the time. After all, Li Chen's health and mana were not healthy, and he didn't have Teleport, so he couldn't run around anymore. If he didn't hurry back to base to replenish his health, he would definitely lose lane later.

But in fact, Li Chen took advantage of this, pushing the mid lane minions to the turret and then immediately pulling the factory manager to rush to the top lane.

The top lane Malphite is clearly at a disadvantage against Sion, especially with his runes focused on magic resistance. He's currently being pushed back to his tower by Sion.

"Scout, push the lane fast!"

"clear!"

Upon receiving the order, Scout immediately began charging up and unleashed a particularly powerful Q. The remaining minions couldn't withstand Sion's damage and quickly fell one after another.

Seeing that Scout was still trying to push into the tower, Huni frowned and shouted, "Sion can be ganked! This position is a good gank!"

Peanut had just left the mid lane and was pampering his frog concubine when he turned around and saw Sion daring to enter the tower, so he immediately rushed to the top lane.

"Fight! Fight! Fight! You can fight! Slow down and stick to him first, I'm coming!"

Peanut thinks Scout probably doesn't know how to play top lane, and is treating it like mid lane, thinking that placing wards in the river will solve everything.

Unfortunately, the top lane minion wave is too long, so ganking isn't only possible by flanking from the river.

Upon seeing Peanut appear, Scout immediately turned and retreated without hesitation, but Huni sent out an Indian roti to slow him down and catch up, not intending to let Scout leave so easily, at least to use Flash.

"Don't stand in a row, or the factory manager will shoot you two in one."

Peanut followed behind the two, unsure if the factory manager was present, so he subconsciously reminded him.

Theoretically speaking, as long as they aren't knocked up by EQ, they're not afraid even if the factory manager is nearby. They might not be afraid of a 2v2 situation, and the turret is right behind them, so they can retreat at any time.

Faker was pushing the lane hard in the mid lane, but listening to the interaction between the two top laners and noticing that LeBlanc, who should have appeared by now, hadn't shown up, made Faker slightly wary.

"Be careful, LeBlanc might not be in mid lane!"

However, just as Faker finished speaking, Peanut, who had caught up from the top lane, used his Q skill to stun Sion. Meanwhile, Huni casually placed a ward in a bush, which revealed a man and a woman hiding inside.

On the LCK broadcast channel, the "Roaring Emperor" shouted loudly: "Don't chase! This is EDG's trap! The Prince and LeBlanc have already circled into the bushes. Huni, can't you realize that this distance is too dangerous?"

"The wards were placed, they saw it, but the prince made his move! He used EQ flash to knock up Sejuani and Malphite, LeBlanc's W hit Sejuani, and her E was on Malphite. Sejuani has no escape, she has to run, Huni!"

Another commentator added, "Huni used Flash in that position, but the distance wasn't enough to pull the chain. Sion followed up with Flash and charged Q, stunning the Malphite. The damage was incredibly high."

The Malphite, who was currently low in armor despite having no magic resistance items, was caught up by Sion with Flash and spat on him. Then, LeBlanc used her second E to root him and deal passive damage. Sion followed up with a charged Q and Malphite quickly fell to the ground and entered spectator mode.

On the other side, Sejuani, who has no mobility, was not spared by EDG either. She was stuck to by Jarvan IV's red buff W skill and couldn't create any distance. The three of them chased her all the way to the tower, where Sion and Jarvan IV took turns tanking the tower, allowing Li Chen to get a double kill.

The Demoness is on a killing spree!

As the system notification sounded, the first person to react was not Faker, but Bang, who was quietly farming in the bottom lane.

Bang's strength declined significantly when he entered meditation mode. When laning against Zet, he was even suppressed by the long-range combination of Varus and Karma.

Now EDG has a LeBlanc with three kills in four minutes, and Bang really doesn't know how to play this game.

After the top lane battle ended, Scout recalled to base on the spot. After clearing the minion wave, Li Chen and Clearlove also returned to the bushes, returning home under SKT's vision.

Huni, who was teleported out, had no intention of interrupting; he just wanted to stabilize his lane.

However, the teleportation that appeared immediately afterward when the mid-lane tower lit up almost sealed SKT's fate.

"They switched lanes! EDG opted for a temporary lane swap. The mid lane minions pushed into the tower, so Sion teleported over to farm them, then went to the top lane to control and push the wave back. C-God went to lane and was able to continue laning. EDG's macro play is so smooth!" Wawa exclaimed.

Remember to glance at the economic gap and say: "Before the game started, we said that EDG would be under pressure to attack in this game. With two tanks in the mid and jungle, and the bottom lane at a disadvantage, C's output pressure is very high. He has to support the team's damage in the mid-game."

But look at C's build now: a Deathcap, Sorcerer's Shoes, and a Small Tome. This build is devastating at this point in the game. If Taliyah makes a positioning mistake and gets chained, it's almost certainly a death sentence.

Su Xiaoyan concluded: "It feels like C-God switched to the mid lane and the game pace started even faster. It's only been four minutes and SKT's top, mid and jungle are already struggling. Peanut ganked twice, but C-God anticipated both, which caused SKT to suffer a big loss."

[C: I don't know, SKT wants to see my second form right from the start.]

[Trying to treat SKT like a wildcard team is one thing.]

Am I the only one who noticed Zet's CS advantage in the bot lane?

[Little Peanut: Who do you guys think will go first, me or Huni?]
