Chapter 387 Catastrophe is Approaching

Watchtower.

The lowest level is the basement.

As the hatch opened, Clark and Shazam helped the weakened Scott walk towards the highest point.

"Thank you for saving me, you are good people!"

Scott looked at his wound, which had been torn open by the Celsius rays shooting from Darkseid's eyes and was now bleeding profusely.

However, after being burned by Clark's heat vision, the wound healed, and even the bleeding stopped.

"You're welcome. I believe you would have done the same if you were in my shoes." Clark said with a gentle smile, almost bringing tears to Scott's eyes.

He was right about them; the Justice League is full of noble people!

With Clark's help, the three of them entered the elevator together, which then ascended towards the top floor.

"They're back."

At this moment, on the top floor of the lobby, Gino rested his chin on his hands, staring at the elevator door not far away.

As the elevator doors opened, Scott and his group came into view.

"He was wearing armor and looked like an alien?"

Barry immediately turned his gaze to Scott, looking quite surprised.

Lex, however, focused more on the opponent's armor. As a top scientist, he could tell that the armor contained impressive technology, which made him want to study it.

"Thank God, I've finally met you all!"

Compared to the inquisitive looks from the others, Scott seemed incredibly excited.

God knows how terrified he was when facing Darkseid, and now he has finally met his savior.

Especially.

Scott focused his gaze on the young man sitting at the head of the long table.

Beneath the long, golden hair was a handsome face. A slender, pale finger tapped rhythmically on the table. His azure eyes scrutinized Scott, sending chills down Scott's spine.

Is this the oppressive aura of the strong? It's truly terrifying!

At this moment, Gino had no idea what Scott was thinking. He was staring at Scott, simply wondering who this guy was.

There are countless superheroes in the DC universe, and Gino couldn't possibly remember them all, so he was staring at this person's outfit.

"Don't worry, my friend, you'll be safe once you come here."

Unable to figure it out, Gino simply stopped thinking about it, flipped his hands, and smiled as he looked at Scott.

"But before that, you can introduce yourself."

Gino glanced at Clark; he had already learned what had happened from Clark when he returned.

What story lies hidden within the story of an unlucky guy being hunted down?

"Okay, that's exactly what I was going to tell you."

Scott quickly began to tell Gino what had happened.

"So, you're Mr. Miracle?"

After listening to Scott's account, Gino was somewhat surprised.

Mr. Miracle, a new god of creation who can escape any labyrinth or heavily guarded place.

After hearing the other party's description, Gino's heart was also clouded with gloom.

He knew Darkseid had always coveted Earth, but he never expected the guy to be so persistent.

Or perhaps the other party's actions were much faster than I expected.

According to Scott's account, Darkseid added a plot against Earth to his battle plan.

He began to mobilize the worlds he had once conquered on a large scale, and united their forces to launch an attack on Earth as a vanguard. After weakening Earth's strength, he would then lead the Apokolips army to press on and deliver a fatal blow to Earth with absolute force and power.

It must be said that this plan was extremely ruthless and decisive; only a dark king could devise such an insidious scheme.

"This is very bad." Clark was a little anxious. He couldn't imagine what everyone would do if things really developed to that point.

"I think we should unite and search for allies!" Barry offered his opinion.

"Heh, I'll go develop a killer weapon right now to deal with them," Lex said, outlining his plan.

"Phew, calm down, everyone."

Just as everyone was expressing their opinions,

Gino stood up, interrupting the conversation, and stared coldly at the space beyond the watchtower.

"Searching for reliable allies is essential. We must find some forces that can contend with, or rather, hold back, the Apokolips army. At the same time, we must also develop a plan to target Darkseid."

As Gino spoke, he gave the order to the singer: "Have everyone return to the watchtower immediately, we need to have a meeting!"

"Bang!"

The expected flash of light, followed by her being taken to Earth, did not happen to her.

In New York City, the female assassin was surprised to find herself thrown back by the power of the Lamp Ring and then crashing heavily to the ground.

"Run away?"

The already deep green grew even more magnificent, and then burst forth with a dazzling light in an instant.

A massive figure slowly emerged from the light.

The enormous figure seemed to be over five meters tall, so much so that even the slender female assassin standing in front of him looked like a docile kitten.

The man, clad in metallic armor and seemingly modified with various circuits, wielded a large iron hammer and stared coldly at Batman and Wonder Woman: "Two weaklings, daring to talk back!"

"This guy has terrifying strength!"

The venom inside Batman roared at him, causing the expression on his face beneath the Batman mask to change repeatedly.

Batman could feel the oppressive aura emanating from this monster, which was on a completely different level from his own.

If we want to deal with such a formidable opponent, perhaps the only solution is to call in Clark and Gino.

"Venom, contact the Watchtower for backup!"

Batman has never been a stubborn or prideful person. After realizing the vast gap between the two sides, he decisively chose to request support.

Several black tentacles surged from Batman's suit, then frantically tapped on the keyboard on his wrist to send a support request.

Diana, however, had charged forward with her longsword the instant the monster appeared.

However, the Valkyrie, who charged forward so fiercely, was sent flying backwards and crashed to the ground at the same speed as she had charged.

The two exchanged only one blow. Diana wielded the Vulcan sword and slashed, but the giant swung his metal hammer and sent her flying.

"Cough cough! This guy is strong!"

It's fortunate that Diana's role in the Justice League is that of a warrior with a tank-like quality; in game terms, she's incredibly durable and resilient. If Barry or Batman had been the one to take that blow, the outcome might have been different.

"Don't engage in pointless reconnaissance; everyone will die in this catastrophe, and then be reborn!"

The metallic giant who had defeated Diana let out a low laugh, his tone filled with murderous intent.
