A Certain Magical Hogwarts

Chapter 747 These young people are having a really exciting time!

When William opened the door, he was surprised to find that the visitor was none other than Mela Picqueli.

Mela walked in, her dark eyes flashing with worry and anxiety.

"Thank goodness, you two are in the same room! Time is running out, hurry up and get ready."

William looked at the former American Auror with a puzzled expression.

"What happened?" he asked.

"Your British representative... Umbridge."

"Umbridge has replaced Dumbledore as the British representative?" Hermione walked over and said angrily.

"This is blatant judicial corruption!"

"That's not the point, Miss." Mela was still panting because she had run there.

"Umbridge believes the federation should try both of them."

"The Federation wants to put us on trial?" William frowned. "Why?"

Where is this going?

He's been so low-key, even going so far as to apply to the Austrian Ministry of Magic to visit Grindelwald... how come he's being put on trial?

“Nobody wants to put you on trial. My aunt met with Mr. Scamander before she came to America,” Mela explained.

Mela's aunt is Serafina Piqueli, the former president of the Magical Congress of the United States.

She's also the one Rita reported on, the one who was rumored to be dating Newt.

"Scamander asked my aunt for help to get the two of you to speak at the federation."

But Umbridge deliberately twisted her meaning, concluding that the Federation wanted to put you on trial.

Hermione crossed her arms, her eyes sharp. "So Umbridge can use the extradition treaty on me and William?"

"I bet she's already a member of the Wizengamot..." Hermione scoffed. "Pretty smart, huh?"

Mela glanced at Hermione with surprise.

Her aunt had just sneaked out of the meeting room and asked her to go and tip off someone.

After listening to it several times, Mela finally understood the logic behind it.

I thought that if I came to explain, William and Hermione would be confused, but to my surprise, Hermione understood the whole thing after only hearing the beginning.

This is outrageous!

Mela inexplicably recalled that two years ago, she went to Hogwarts to inquire about the Thunderbird.

She was completely overwhelmed by the other party's use of various legal provisions, and in the end, she learned nothing.

Mela couldn't help but think:

Did this girl memorize all the legal provisions?

No way,

Surely no one is really that bored?

Hermione looked at William, clearly asking if this witch named Meera Picqueli was trustworthy.

"Once Umbridge sends people to find us, we will officially become criminal suspects, and leaving at that point would be considered an act of fleeing the scene."

William nodded slightly and decisively said, "Then let's go now! At worst, we'll just have to break out of the Ministry of Magic!"

As someone who has escaped to Paris and Venice and wandered through time loops, William has an absolute wealth of experience in this area.

He had already begun to fantasize about breaking out of the Ministry of Magic surrounded by a group of Aurors.

Missandei, who had been silent until now, suddenly spoke:

"I know where the secret passage is. Follow me, and I'll lead you out!"

Hermes smiled gratefully at her and said, "Okay, let's take the secret passage then."

William felt a moment of disappointment, like Jackie Chan who had stopped jumping off the building and started walking up the stairs.

The three people were walking quickly down the corridor.

The elevator didn't stop even after it passed by, because it was already going down, obviously pressed by the person who rushed into the lobby.

When he stopped on the stair landing, Mela was standing there, listening intently.

The heavy footsteps of someone going upstairs reached William's ears.

"It's the Aurors, they've arrived."

They went down one floor, and by then the footsteps were very close. Judging from the echo, they were only one floor away, and two Aurors had just entered the elevator, preparing to go upstairs.

Led by Missandei, the group made several turns and moved silently through the Ministry of Magic.

Missandei seemed particularly familiar with the Hofburg Palace, easily finding empty corridors.

When she arrived at a certain room, she lifted a painting, revealing a hollow secret passage.

She said calmly, "Just keep walking straight ahead from here. The exit is the Muggle underground parking garage. Just go straight out."

"Just be careful of Muggles."

William nodded, looked at Missandei and Mela, and thanked them, saying, "We'll be back soon. We'll leave things here in your care for now."

The two entered the secret passage and walked forward along the dark corridor.

After walking for about twenty minutes, at the end of the secret passage, there was indeed an underground parking garage.

William pulled out Hagrid's giant motorcycle, inserted the key, and started the engine.

The two put on their helmets, and William twisted the throttle, sending the motorcycle speeding up the ramp at the exit. Hermione clung tightly to his waist.

As the motorcycle drove out of the parking lot and into the night, William finally understood what Missandei meant by "beware of Muggles."

This is clearly an Austrian government office, and four or five muscular soldiers are standing at the entrance to the parking lot.

They looked back and saw William and Hermione rushing away.

Hermione sat in the back and glanced over her shoulder at the soldier. He was holding a rifle, aiming intently.

He was shouting in German, "Stop the car! Stop the car now!"

Hermione suddenly raised her wand and shouted, "A sudden gust of wind!"

A howling wind swept around, and a crisp gunshot rang out. The bullet veered off course and struck the wall in the distance.

William, skilled and daring, simply released the car handle, waved his wand, and shouted, "Expelliarmus!"

A flash of red light, and several guns fell into his hands.

William casually tossed the safety watch aside and made a sharp left turn at the intersection.

Hermione felt like she was going to fly away, so she immediately clung to the boy and struggled to maintain her balance.

William turned onto a wide avenue and sped off. It wasn't until they had driven an entire block that they felt their breath catch.

William sped along the tree-lined avenue, weaving through traffic; fortunately, the traffic was light at night.

Some pedestrians would take a second look when they passed each other.

They were clearly surprised that these two young men were speeding on such a large motorcycle.

These days, young people... they really know how to have some exciting fun!
