The small boat capsized several times in the lake before Hermione managed to stabilize it.

The small boat, engraved with numerous ancient magical protective runes, suffered little damage to its hull except for its bow being flattened inwards.

The mermaid chased after the small boat, Hermione drifting with ease, the pointed stern of the boat splashing water in the process.

At this moment, William had already abandoned his longsword and walked towards the mermaid princess.

She used the same trick again, throwing the trident at him.

William learned his lesson once, but he won't repeat it.

He Apparated again, waved his wand, and a beam of blue light shot out.
