A Certain Magical Hogwarts
Chapter 613 Krum Under Attack
Chapter 613 Krum Under Attack
The students are lining up.
Filch stood beside the crowd, checking their names against the long list.
The list contains the names of parents or guardians who are permitted to visit students in Hogsmeade Village.
When it was Harry's turn, Filch stared at him.
Harry shrugged indifferently.
Sirius Black, as his guardian, signed it, and Professor McGonagall approved it as well.
Therefore, he is a qualified student and does not need to go through the secret passage to Hogsmeade.
Filch's gaze quickly left Harry and began to glare fiercely at Krum.
Miss Alice on the ground also sniffed hard, as if trying to remember his scent.
Krum frowned, his thick eyebrows furrowed in annoyance.
He hadn't offended this administrator, had he? His capture by Snape that time had nothing to do with him.
But Filch still glared at Krum with the look of someone who was his enemy.
Harry led Krum away from the castle and headed towards the carriage.
He looked around but didn't see Ron or Malfoy.
Harry's heart skipped a beat.
Malfoy was attacked this morning and must be in the hospital. Could Ron have been hit too?
Thinking about this, he lost all interest in going to Hogsmeade. Even the thought of teasing Krum completely vanished.
He felt somewhat bored:
"Sorry, Viktor, I just remembered something. You can go ahead on your own."
"But..." Krum's eyebrows furrowed.
"The cauldron in my dorm is still simmering on the fire. I forgot to turn it off before I left!" Harry made up and ran towards the castle.
Krum was speechless. He had already seen William and Hermione get into the carriage and drive away completely.
Without Harry to lead the way, how would he know where to find the two of them!
Krum also chased after Harry.
The two returned to the castle and ran into Filch, who had apparently just seen off the last group of people who had gone to Hogsmeade.
"What are you two doing?" Filch asked suspiciously.
"Nothing," Harry said honestly.
"Didn't do anything?" Filch spat on the ground, his chin twitching unpleasantly.
"You make it sound so real! You two are running around panting, it doesn't look normal!"
Why aren't you with your annoying redhead friend? He's probably in Hogsmeade buying stink bombs, burp powder, and buzzing bugs right now.
Harry shrugged.
"Go back to the common room where you belong!" Filch snapped.
He stood there staring at Krum until Krum was out of sight.
"Have you offended him?" Harry asked in a low voice.
"No, I don't think so." Krum shook his head.
"I'm going back to my dorm now, don't follow me!" Harry said hurriedly and ran off.
Krum chased after it again, but the stairs suddenly began to spin, sending him to another corridor.
Krum got lost and stepped onto a staircase, but the wood suddenly disappeared, leaving his feet stuck at the bottom of the stairs.
This damn hallway!
Krum swore.
Who the hell designed this?
Just as he was about to call for help, he suddenly felt everything go black and collapsed onto the stairs.
……
……
Ron stood at the castle window, gazing gloomily outside.
Not long ago, he saw Harry and Krum walk into the castle together.
Footsteps approached from the other side of the corridor. Ron turned his head and saw Ludo Bagman walking briskly towards him.
"Ron, son!" Ludo walked over warmly and put his arm around his shoulder.
"Well done, you've actually become a warrior, good lad! Your father already knows, Arthur and I are on good terms!"
Ron nodded blankly. He remembered that Ludo had helped them get their World Cup tickets.
"Let's go somewhere else. This place is too conspicuous. Nobody wants to see a warrior alone with a referee!"
"Um... okay," Ron said.
Ludo led Ron to a slightly secluded spot, then turned to look at him with a fatherly expression.
"How are you feeling, Ron? Is there anything I can help you with?"
"What?" Ron stammered.
"Do you have a plan in mind?" Bagman asked furtively in a low voice.
"If you'd like, I can offer you a few ideas. I mean..."
Bagman lowered his voice even further and continued, "You're at a disadvantage here, Ron... if I can help..."
"Aren't you a referee?" Ron blurted out, but immediately regretted it.
Ron, you idiot, what are you talking about?!
This is a great opportunity!
Ludo, however, showed little embarrassment and continued gently, "Cheating is a tradition in the Triwizard Tournament. Besides, Arthur and I are best friends..."
Ron's heart suddenly started racing.
If Bagman were willing to help... he might win the championship before anyone else knew about the first event!
Bang bang bang!
Wooden footsteps approached, and Mad-Eye Moody suddenly appeared, limping toward them with his cane and his wand glowing.
He yelled, "You two, did you see anyone strange?"
"What's wrong?" Ludo suddenly asked in alarm.
"Professor Moody?" Ron stammered.
"Hello," Moody said in a muffled voice.
His magical eyes stared at the two of them, then rolled back to the back of his head.
"What are you two doing here?" he asked suspiciously.
"Ron was asking me about the World Cup, you know... he and Harry got kidnapped," Ludo said immediately.
"I told him 'Everything's under control,' didn't I, Ron?"
Ron nodded vigorously, as if Ludo was telling the truth.
They were just discussing cheating, and they can't let anyone know!
"What happened, Moody?" Ludo asked.
"Someone has been attacked, Durmstrang's student—Krum!" he said grimly.
Just then, footsteps sounded again.
Filch came from the other side, with a cat following at his feet.
He grabbed Harry and said triumphantly, "Professor Moody, I caught Potter. He hasn't gone far."
I told him to go to the lounge, but he didn't go. He must have done it!
Harry struggled, shouting, "I didn't! I didn't attack Krum!"

Hogsmeade Village
William and Hermione, having strolled around, held the cream-filled chocolates they had bought from Honeydukes Candy Store.
They bought many gifts: large chunks of butter peanut brittle, shimmering pink coconut ice cream, a big tub of multi-flavored beans... and sent them back to their respective homes in their own names.
William sent it to the Grangers, and Hermione sent it to the Starks.
This tactic has been used for several years and has been quite effective.
At least every time William came home, Lyanna would rave about Hermione, saying he had no conscience for not bringing her any gifts.
Little did they know, it was actually a gift they bought together.
These days, when it comes to delivering packages, you should naturally support your own company, so neither of them chose owls.
"It's time, we should head to the Hog's Head." Hermione glanced at the time.
The two walked along the main road and soon turned into a side street, where there was a small bar at the intersection.
A dilapidated wooden sign hangs on a rusty frame above the door, depicting a severed wild boar head, its white cloth soaked with blood.
Aberforth was holding a big, fat sheep, combing its wool, and tying a bow on its tail.
Upon seeing the two, he felt as if he had spotted a real fat sheep and immediately stood up.
The two walked through the crowded bar toward an old witch.
"Mr. Stark, Miss Granger, hello." The old fox gave a fawning smile.
Gringotts owes so many Galleons, so naturally they have to adopt a more humble attitude.
Aberforth walked over, rubbed his hands together, and asked, "What would you like to drink?"
"Two bottles of butterbeer," William said.
"Just two bottles!" Hermione emphasized.
"Five bottles of butterbeer? Two bottles of flaming whiskey?" Aberforth muttered. "And a bottle of lime brandy?"
Aberforth ordered drinks haphazardly, as if he had never seen a guest before.
Everyone knows the Starks are rich; they've earned millions of Galleons.
You drink two bottles of butterbeer, who are you insulting?!
Under William and Hermione's helpless gaze, they saw the old man, who looked very much like Professor Dumbledore, go to get the wine.
"Did you bring the things?" William asked.
"I brought it, it's freshly trained, and the price, well, it'll have to be..." The old fox grinned slyly.
"Five thousand Galleons a day... that's not a low price for me," William said impatiently. "You're just leaving it there anyway."
"Of course. And sir, you can't draw blood... you can't injure him... and you definitely can't kill him..."
The old witch repeatedly gave instructions and carefully handed over a black box.
