A Certain Magical Hogwarts

Chapter 403 Give me a Mojito

Chapter 403 Give me a Mojito

Hagrid's fields were filled with pumpkins, each one the size of a small cart.

William, Hermione, and Anne, bored, squatted on the largest pumpkin, looking down at the three snails moving house.

Soon, this family of three had a new name:

Hermione Stark, William Granger, and Anne Granger.

After the three chose their preferred snails, they began placing bets. Whoever's snail reached its destination last would be the biggest winner.

The reward is a bucket of sizzling honey candy.

When Hermione's "William Granger" finally reached the end of the pumpkin, the procession carrying the coffin... oops, I mean the wedding party finally arrived.

Six lurking, eight-eyed giant spiders emerged from the edge of the forbidden forest.

They carried the ebony coffins, swaying and crawling over as if performing a joyful dance.

Their movements were exceptionally precise, clearly indicating they had received professional training.

The coffin also has a unique style, designed as a flip-top.

William originally wanted to design it as a slider because it would be cooler, but Hagrid insisted that Norber preferred a flip phone.

This is a matter of personal aesthetics. If it weren't for the technical limitations, William would have liked to add a piece of glass to the coffin and make it a full-screen display.

I can't speak for anything else, but I can at least guarantee that this style will remain timeless for thirty years!

"To be buried here, Hagrid, in your pumpkin patch?"

Hermione stood up. Perhaps because she had been squatting for too long, her legs were numb. She swayed and almost fell off the pumpkin.

William reached out, grabbed the girl's hand, gently pulled it back, and then casually half-embraced her.

Hermione glanced at Anne and, finding that she hadn't noticed, breathed a sigh of relief.

Annie was still squatting on the pumpkin, her butt sticking out, staring intently at the giant eight-eyed spiders.

What kind of strange species is this, Merlin?!

That's so cool!

Annie's eyes widened in disbelief; she had never seen such a magical creature before.

"I think it would be better to bury him in the Forbidden Forest."

She turned her head and couldn't help but suggest, "We could go to the Forbidden Forest... Hmm, what are you two doing?"

"Nothing?" Hermione immediately released William's hand and tidied her bangs slightly.

Anne squinted, scrutinizing the two of them from head to toe with a critical look.

William changed the subject, asking, "Anne, do you want to go to the Forbidden Forest?"

Anne quickly shook her head and explained, "What I mean is, we don't need to go too deep... You've definitely never been to the Forbidden Forest, right...? Neither have I, aren't you curious?"

William and Hermione both shook their heads, saying in unison, "Not curious."

What's so special about the Forbidden Forest? It's a place I've been to countless times; who would be curious about it?

"...Never even been to the Forbidden Forest, how utterly boring."

Anne muttered twice. "Haven't you heard? A Hogwarts experience without visiting the Forbidden Forest is incomplete."

William rolled his eyes.

This sentence was spread by online trolls he hired!

The following sentence adds: "Akali's Mystery Shop lets you experience the tension and excitement of the Forbidden Forest without leaving home."

The real purpose is to trick... cough cough, to encourage everyone to buy more prank items from Akali's Mystery Shop.

For example... the upcoming Spider Trap Egg.

"No." Hagrid finally finished digging the pit, and he choked out, "You can't go to the Forbidden Forest. This place is fine. I think Norbert will like it here."

Hagrid placed the dragon horn inside Norber's "flip phone," along with some chubby chicken plush toys, to keep it company on its journey to the afterlife.

Hagrid also told Norbert that if he got hungry, he should eat whatever he wanted and not be shy.

William waved his wand, and the coffin slowly fell into the grave.

This tomb is quite elaborate, featuring a rare sunny luxury home with a double bathroom and large living room, and a duplex design!

Six eight-eyed giant spiders immediately rushed forward like lackeys, digging through the soil and covering the pit.

Anne clicked her tongue in amazement.

I don't know who trained these spiders, but they're so obedient.

Hagrid's tears streamed down his wrinkled face again.

Since giant spiders can't shed tears, they spray venom instead, using it as a temporary substitute.

This is the legendary "crying at the grave"!

Just two words.

specialized!

William, instead of being saddened by the scene, wanted to laugh.

There's no way anyone could be saddened by the death of a fire dragon like Norber.

However, William did like Norber, of course... he meant purely physical attraction.

After mourning Norbert, the group returned to Hagrid's cabin.

Hagrid slumped into a large chair, wiping away his tears with a handkerchief.

Ya Ya, who had been hiding inside the house during the funeral, immediately ran over.

As usual, it rested its head on William's lap, wagging its tail frantically, begging for treats.

After eating William's meat, it will go around begging Hermione and Anne for jerky.

Hagrid picked up the half-finished whiskey from the table and chugged it down in large gulps, looking utterly heartbroken.

"You can't drink alcohol, so how about some pine needle tea?" Hagrid asked.

"I brought caramel macchiatos," Annie said, taking out a large cup. "Brother, Hermione, would you like some?"

"No need, I brought a bottle of Mojito."

William took a bottle of low-alcohol cocktail from the safety watch.

"William, give me a drink too," Hermione said with a wink and a smile.

Anne: "..."

She watched the two clink glasses lightly, and suddenly felt that the macchiato in her hand... wasn't sweet anymore.

"Hagrid, what's wrong?" William asked after taking a small sip.

"Dumbledore wrote to me saying that Malfoy had found the Committee to Deal with Dangerous Animals," Hagrid said. "They'll definitely kill Buckbeak..."

Buckbeak is the hippogriff that bit Malfoy during the first Magical Creatures class.

William and Hermione exchanged a glance, and Hermione couldn't help but comfort him, "Hagrid, maybe there's still a chance. Dumbledore will help too."

"Perhaps... but I'm not optimistic," Hagrid said sadly. "I've already lost Norber, and I don't want to lose Buckbeak too."

"This feeling is very unpleasant; it almost reminds me of when my father passed away."

"I haven't shown you my dad's picture yet, have I? It's here..."

Hagrid swayed to his feet, walked to the wardrobe, opened a drawer, and took out a photograph.

There was a short wizard on Hagrid's shoulders, his eyes as black as Hagrid's, narrowed into slits. He was laughing happily.

Judging from the apple tree next to him, Hagrid was over two meters tall, but his face was young, full, and smooth, without a beard—he looked no more than eleven years old.

Wow, he's already over two meters tall at eleven years old... With that physique... he should go play basketball, he'd be no match for Jordan.

"This photo was taken shortly after I entered Hogwarts," Hagrid said hoarsely. "My father was overjoyed... He thought I would never become a wizard."

You might not know this, but my mother... was actually a... giant.

Hagrid, drunk, kept talking about his parents.

"Hagrid, you're drunk. Don't tell anyone about this," William said seriously.

Discrimination in the magical world is far more severe than imagined.

Many pure-blood wizards discriminate against wizards of Muggle origin, let alone half-giants like Hagrid.

It's truly remarkable that Hagrid, with his gossipy nature, managed to keep this secret for so many years. Dumbledore must have cleaned up his messes countless times.

"I know... but you three little guys are fine..." Hagrid opened another bottle of whiskey.

Overall, Hagrid's father was also a magical wizard.

How could someone who is only 1.6 meters tall have a relationship with a giant and have a child?

While the giant is asleep?

This one is probably bigger.

For the Giantess, it was probably like being bitten by a mosquito; she didn't even feel it.
