French Minister of Magic, Randall Tarly, stood in the rain and questioned loudly.

"Do you think Muggles would point their weapons at wizards?"

"In fact, Grindelwald is wrong!" Tully's gruff voice echoed.

"We have been at peace for half a century, neither discovered by Muggles nor at war with them!"

Today, we are actively engaging with Muggle politicians from various countries, and the Soviet Union has collapsed!

Arya teased, "Minister, do you think my thoughts stop here?"

Arya stood atop the dragon's head, her face illuminated by the golden light of the skull pipe. She inhaled deeply through the tube, her blue eyes rolling upwards.

Arya, like a student who was being challenged by the professor during her thesis defense, released her second slide.

William gasped.

It was a picture he had seen countless times in his textbooks in his previous life.

A very despairing picture.

At this rate, every year the Earth will gain a population equivalent to the entire country of France.

Arya's words shook all the wizards around the square; the Aurors murmured in fear...

"Wizards, my fellow wizards, the Muggle population is growing out of control. They are reproducing faster than goblins."

But this planet has limited area and resources, and cannot accommodate so many Muggles.

More and more of them will damage the planet's environment... In fact, they have already severely damaged the planet's environment.

They will also encroach on the wizards' living space, occupy the habitats of magical creatures, and cause their extinction.

"Within a hundred years, the Muggle population will be completely out of control, and society will be on the verge of collapse."

Like an ostrich burying its head in the sand when a pride of lions gathers around—that's truly insane.

"This is no reason for you to destroy Paris!" Tali said angrily.

He was more saying, "You can destroy London, destroy New York, destroy Berlin... why do you have to mess with Paris?"

"William, is what she said true?" Hermione asked in a low voice.

"Yes, the population growth curve is indeed as Arya said," William nodded.

When he transmigrated, the population had already reached over seven billion.

However, the Earth's habitable population is only four billion. While the Earth's population is growing and life expectancy is increasing, natural resources are rapidly dwindling.

William frowned. He had initially thought Arya was a Grindelwald who wanted wizards to rule the world.
