Chapter 323 The Witch and the Giant Python

The Ritz Paris.

Within the safety table.

Hermione went up the stairs and entered the wondrous space that had been expanded with the Unseen Stretching Charm.

"Change back to normal right now!" William shouted.

But William and Hermione, having already used Polyjuice Potion to transform into two Muggles, easily left.

William turned around and saw a witch walking towards him.

She was petite and had short, brown hair that reached her ears.

She strode towards them, aggressive, and pulled out her wand.

When she got closer and their eyes met, she froze, covering her mouth with her hand.

"Mr. Clegane!" she exclaimed, looking embarrassed. "I'm so sorry! I didn't know it was you."

"Hmm." William recalled Clegane's manner of speaking and said sternly, "I need to re-examine the scene of Newt's attack."

"Hmm?" the witch asked in confusion. "Didn't you already check and tell everyone not to come near?"

"This is somewhat unexpected," Crigan said seriously.

"The day before yesterday, Stark, the representative of Wisconsin-Madison, visited Scamander. Scamander told Stark how he found the box."

Clegane gestured to Hermione.

"Miss Costa got some information out of Stark, and I need her to double-check the details."

Costa nodded nervously and said softly, "Stark is obviously a bit of a womanizer."

William: "..."

The witch looked Costa up and down, then turned her eager gaze to Clegane.

William and Hermione saw Newt's visions.

Newt collapsed to the ground, and a woman appeared. From beneath her robe, a giant python three or four meters long emerged.

The python coiled around the box and delivered it to the woman.

"Thank you, Nagini."

A commotion arose again in the distance.

William waved his wand, and the golden smoke vanished.

He grabbed Hermione's hand and Apparated her directly.

A group of Aurors rushed in. There was nothing inside, only faint magical fluctuations.
