Chapter 285 The Changing Battle Situation

"Armor for protection!"

A voice rang out, and just as Lupin's face filled with despair, a massive silver shield suddenly appeared before him, firmly blocking the incoming red light. Before he could react, a figure darted past him, wand waving, and the golden light that filled the sky reappeared, colliding fiercely with the sneak attacker!

"boom!"

A violent explosion occurred, shaking the ground. Then came a terrified scream, and the two separated carriages slowly tilted to the side before crashing heavily to the ground.

"Bang!"

A flash of gold appeared in the dust, and Hermione, with her massive silver shield propelling her backward, was sent flying. Lupin reacted quickly, trying to catch her, but was knocked away himself. Had it not been for the intervention of Moody, Sirius, and others, he would likely have crashed into a pack of werewolves.

"How is it, Remus? Hermione?"

Moody shouted, his eyes fixed on them, but the demonic eye remained fixed on the thick smoke and dust.

"Cough cough... It's nothing..."

Lupin stood up, clutching his chest. A quick touch revealed several broken ribs. Before he could say anything, he suddenly felt the air grow colder and shivered.

I instinctively looked up and saw a dark, churning cloud rushing towards me.
