Chapter 194 Divine Sword Without a Trace

Chapter 194 Divine Sword Without a Trace

During their four years at Hogwarts, Hagrid and Ike didn't have much contact. In fact, if it weren't for Hermione, their relationship would have been limited to that of pure student and professor.

And that's only two years away.

However, Hagrid did know quite a bit about Ike, mainly thanks to Hermione and Ron, especially Ron, who would say a few words to him almost every time they met. Excluding most of the rather unpleasant subjective evaluations, one thing was certain, and it was confirmed during the Triwizard Tournament.

Ekko is very strong.

Seeing Ike here was definitely not good news for Hagrid. There was Tall Horse and his men, McNeil, plus Ike, while he only had Orim Maxim. It was safe to say that if they weren't careful, they might not be able to escape.

Of course, such a complicated matter only briefly crossed Hagrid's mind before it was filled with anger and regret.

"You really are with the Death Eaters now, Ike," Hagrid sighed, a touch of sadness in his voice.

"I am a Death Eater now, Hagrid." Ike took out his wand and held it in his hand. "You'll need to get used to it."

"I..." Hagrid opened his mouth, but had no idea what to say. On the contrary, Maxim couldn't help but speak. For some reason, she had been very irritable lately.

Maxim pulled Heracles behind him, pointed his wand at Ike, and shouted, "Blast!"

A dazzling red light flashed, but landed directly on the ground beside them, exploding into countless pebbles and clods of earth that swirled towards them. Ike instinctively stepped back, flicking his wand lightly, and a silver-white light shield, shimmering like flowing water, instantly appeared around him, blocking all the pebbles and clods of earth from entering.

"Damn it!"

McNeil cursed and raised his wand to retaliate, but Maxim was faster. A whirlwind suddenly appeared, carrying pebbles and dirt towards them. Seeing this, McNeil quickly dodged to the side; these small pebbles may seem insignificant, but they still hurt when they hit them.

"Thunderous explosion!"

"Crushed to pieces!"

Maxim kept creating more small pebbles, and the little whirlwind grew bigger and bigger, slowly taking the shape of a tornado. Maxim no longer needed to replenish it with weapons; miscellaneous items, clothes, snow on the ground, and the swirling pebbles and clods of earth were all spinning wildly, even giving Gao Gaoma and the others a headache.

Without hesitation, while everyone was busy dealing with the grand spectacle she had created, Maxim grabbed Hagrid's hand tightly and swung his wand violently.

"Snapped!"

After a piercing sound, the two people were nowhere to be seen.

"Stop the curse immediately!"

Suddenly, the tornado disappeared. The things that had been swept up seemed to be paused, hanging motionless in mid-air, before falling to the ground like rain, making the giants jump and stomp their feet.

McNeil dodged several objects that were thrown at him in a flustered manner. When he turned around, he saw Ike running towards him.

"Walk!"

His arm was grabbed, and he was pulled a few steps toward where Hagrid and Maxim had disappeared. Then, Ike stretched out his wand, closed his eyes, and quickly opened them again. Then, he swung his wand violently, and the two of them vanished from the spot.

The spell Apparition is something that almost all adult wizards can use skillfully, but McNeil has never seen anyone like Ike who can follow the traces of another person's movement.

Moreover, this phantom teleportation was unstable. When McNeil's feet touched the ground again, he immediately noticed that Ike's entire left arm had turned bright red, and a piece was even visibly missing from his shoulder.

"What are you standing there for? They're right ahead!"

Ike's cold voice startled McNeil, who looked up to see Hagrid and Maxim staring at him in disbelief. Clearly, Ike's actions had also surprised them.

He collapsed to the ground, completely unconscious!

McNeil didn't hesitate, but his Stunning Curse had no effect and was easily blocked by Maxim, who even quickly unleashed several spells on him, catching McNeil off guard.

Like fireworks, the curse rained down on McNeil. In an instant, he had no chance to fight back and could only struggle to hold on.

"Is this the strength of Principal Beauxbatons?!" McNeil thought to himself, but shouted Ike's name aloud. It was already quite an achievement that he could barely hold on and not be defeated by himself.

"Hold on a little longer!"

It's not that Ike doesn't want to help, it's just that he also has a lot of trouble.

It's a bit of a stretch for LV5 Phantom Teleport to follow other people's teleportation paths, or rather, it's a stretch to do this with someone else. Long time no see, Ekko has once again encountered being split in two.

Just as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a bottle of white sap to apply to his wound, before he could even cast a healing spell, McNeil was subdued by Maxim. Meanwhile, Hagrid pulled out a small pink umbrella and charged towards him.

Unlike other wizards, Hagrid's fighting style was different. His spellcasting speed was only average, but his magic was very solid, and he would quickly approach his target while casting spells. Looking at those clenched fists, Ike was quite certain that if he were to get hit, he would definitely be knocked unconscious, and it wasn't impossible for him to be killed with a single punch.

Back off! Back off!

Ike kept casting Barrier Spells, trying to stop Hagrid, but the effect wasn't very good. Hagrid dodged some, and some hit him, only making him stagger and slowing his charge slightly.

But that's enough.

With Ike's current magical level, using both hands simultaneously is a basic skill. His right hand casts a barrier spell, while his injured left hand moves slightly, and streaks of emerald light flash continuously on his left shoulder. With the help of the white juice, the injuries to his clone heal in no time.

Without hesitation, Hagrid swung his wand downwards with his right hand, and Hagrid, who had been charging forward, was suddenly thrown back several steps as if he had hit a solid wall, staggering uncontrollably.

"Obstacles are numerous!"

"Flames are raging!"

Spells rained down on Hagrid, and stones were hurled at him intermittently. Hagrid struggled to defend himself, but to no avail. Just like McNeil and Maxim beside him, in an instant, he was completely at a disadvantage.

Maxim, who was standing nearby, saw this and became anxious. In a fit of anger, he sent McNeil flying, and magic rained down on Ike like a storm.

"Be careful!"

McNeil shouted, having taken a disarming spell himself, and had no idea where his wand had gone; he could only call out to warn him. Ike, however, remained calm, his massive silver shield crackling in front of him despite the magic's attacks. Hagrid, having had some of his attention diverted by Ike, was finally able to block the incoming magic.

"Hurry up!"

Maxim maintained his magic while grabbing Hagrid's hand. After Hagrid blocked another spell, Maxim used Apparition again, trying to escape.

"The Divine Blade is Without a Shadow!"

Seeing this, the silver shield in front of Ike shone even brighter, but was immediately riddled with cracks by the barrage of blows. Ike seemed oblivious, and swiftly swung his wand down with his right hand.

"Snapped!"

A piercing sound rang out, and Ike put away his shaky silver shield. But Hagrid and Maxim were nowhere to be seen in front of him.

"They escaped?" McNeil finally got up from the ground, came to Ike's side, and asked.

"They got away." With that, Ike squatted down, grabbed a clump of dirt from the ground, and threw it back.

"This is...blood?"

"Yes." Ike nodded, straightening his body. "My spell still hit them; it wasn't entirely ineffective."

"Let's go back." Ike said calmly, grabbing McNeil's arm.

The next second, the two figures disappeared.
