Chapter 374 The Head of the Elf King

Chapter 374 The Head of the Elf King

Thor lowered his gaze to the other two continents.

The continent located near the equator should be Iskepar, and the continent located closer to the South Pole should be Neflet.

Neither of these continents has a massive mountain range like the Wall of Sighs, and they don't seem to be plates that were separated from the continent of State.

"Although there's nothing unusual about these two continents, I definitely want to travel all over these places if I have the chance."

Although there was no color, everything before him still stirred Thor's heart.

"I wonder what the other half of the planet is like." A thought suddenly struck him, a somewhat inappropriate curiosity.

Suddenly, as if it knew Thor's thoughts, the black and white planet in front of him suddenly accelerated its rotation speed!

In almost a few seconds, it presented its "back" to Thor.

"hiss!!!!"

Thor gasped, stunned into place.

On the back of the black and white planet, there was a huge depression.

It's like a whirlpool in the deep sea, constantly sucking in seawater.

It's like a black hole in the universe, swallowing everything and plunging everything into eternal darkness!

But it's not quite the same as a black hole.

It will explode.

Just as Thor was observing, a sudden explosion occurred inside the huge depression.

The explosion blasted out seawater from the mainland, creating a massive, sky-covering tsunami.

The tsunami spread out in rows, heading north, and crashed violently into the massive mountain range at the northern edge of the continent of Stat.

Although the potential energy of the seawater had decreased considerably by this time, the force with which it crashed against the "Wall of Sighs" still made Thor's ears ache slightly.

Even though he didn't actually hear anything.

The tsunami was heading south, and it looked like it would also impact the Neflet continent.

Thor couldn't see what was happening there, and he didn't know how Neflet would cope with the massive tsunami without the Wailing Wall.

But that's not what Thor needs to worry about.

What he's worried about now is that there's such a huge depression on a planet, and that it might explode.

Can this planet really exist for a long time?

Thor closed his eyes, feeling as if his worldview had been greatly shaken.

Exhaustion washed over him, and all he wanted to do was fall asleep as soon as possible.

But then he heard another voice.

"Brother Thor, Brother Thor, are you outside?"

Thor's heavy eyelids, which were almost closed, suddenly opened again.

The bizarre and terrifying celestial body was no longer in his sight; he had returned to the pure white room.

The voice calling him came from behind Thor.

He turned around, searching for the source of the voice. "Penny, is that you?"

"Brother Thor, I'm here, in the woven picture before your eyes!"

Thor was startled and bent down to look at the woven painting in the center of the white throne.

He had seen the woven picture a long time ago, but because the picture was too small and not very conspicuous, he had not observed the contents of it carefully.

When he bent down to look, he found that although the woven picture was blurry due to the material, he could vaguely make out that it seemed to be a forest, and there were a few golden embroidery threads representing the sunlight shining down from the sky.

After careful observation, Thor discovered a silvery spot under one of the large trees.

The silver color seemed somewhat out of place.

At least this is the only place in the entire painting where silver material is used.

"Penny, what are you doing here? Is this also part of the Elf Valley?"

The Nightmare Butterfly seems to have entered a world depicted in a painting!

But having just experienced the shock, Thor was no longer surprised and was able to calmly ask questions.

"This is not the Elf Valley. Brother Thor, I am with the elves."

"You mean the elves who disappeared from this world, are you really with them?" Thor began to question Penny's mental state.

Could Penny have already been contaminated? Should we call her back into the diary?

"Brother Thor, I haven't been corrupted." Penny seemed to sense what Thor knew and was thinking, and quickly spoke up, "But I need your help with something now."

"What are you doing?"

"I...I'm trying to find the meaning of my existence."

"..." The topic suddenly became too lofty, and Thor didn't know whether he should refuse Penny.

He thought for a moment, then agreed, "What do you need me to do?"

Penny's voice immediately lit up with excitement, "Master, can you help the elves find their stolen treasure?"

Another stolen treasure?

This thing seems quite important.

Thor asked, speculating, "Is the treasure you've been talking about on Kongsa's head?"

"..."

There was a three-second silence on Penny's end, then a sharp voice suddenly erupted from her side.

"No way, no way, someone actually put the Elf King's head on their own head!"

Penny's surprise quickly spread to Thor, who opened his mouth slightly, unsure of which thing to be surprised about first.

Should we be surprised that there are kings among the elves? Or should we be surprised that elves still have physical bodies left in this world?

Finally, Saul couldn't help but wonder, "What on earth is Kongsa doing?"

First, she risked listening to the whispers of the elves, then she ignored Haywood's objections and bought the key to the Elven Valley from Billy, and finally... she even put the Elven King's head on her own head!

Thor had considered that the changes in Kongsa's head were related to the elves, but he never expected it to be done in such a brutal way.

After all, while Kong Sha's face is beautiful, it's not as stunningly beautiful as rumored.

Penny was also shocked. "Brother Thor, the most urgent thing is to get the Elf King's head back and put it here on the Pure White Throne so that we can leave the Elf Valley."

"Is this the only way to leave?" To be honest, as a wizard, if Thor had obtained the Elf King's head, his first reaction probably wouldn't be to come back here.

Although he had previously been very wary of anything related to elves, now that they were already here, and Ann had almost sacrificed herself for him, leaving empty-handed was not his style.

He didn't come here to actually save people!

Penny immediately understood Thor's meaning. She paused, then whispered, "Brother Thor, I understand, but I have a more suitable trophy for you than the Elf King's head. If you can return the Elf King's head to the White Throne, I can persuade the elves to open the passage so you can come and see it."

"I guarantee that just by coming in, even if you only take one look, what you gain will far exceed what you get from taking that dangerous Elf King's head!"

"You have a way to prove I'm not lying to you."

Saul understood that Penny's last sentence meant she was bound by the diary and couldn't lie to him.

Even misleading information is unacceptable.

Thor remained silent for a long time before exhaling.

"Sure. But the environment here is quite unique. I'm not entirely confident I can subdue Kongsha, who possesses the head of the Elf King. Is there any assistance you can offer me?"

"I'm sorry, Brother Thor." Penny didn't bring Thor any good news, "I can't offer you any real help right now..."

"However, I can give you all the remaining Hidden Crystals in this palace. You can maintain the stability of your spiritual body by continuously absorbing Hidden Crystals. Of course, you can only do this inside the Elf Valley. Outside, it may attract terrible pollution from the consciousness interlayer."

"This is the knowledge I gained here."

It seems the spirits inside are unable or unwilling to provide assistance.

Thor straightened up, thinking helplessly.

Who exactly lost the treasure? Shouldn't they be the most anxious people?

He crossed his arms, tapping his arms lightly with his fingertips, pondering a solution.

"Konsha, Mark, Monroe, and that Cassilo. The four of them seem divided, but since they've survived this long, they'll definitely unite when necessary. If the other three knew that Konsha's head was the Elven treasure... regardless of whether they actually returned the treasure, the bond that kept them together would certainly disappear."

Thor nodded slightly. "This is my chance too!"

Thor: This world is terrible.
