Chapter 439, Section 437: Dyed Green!
Chapter 440, Section 437: Dyed Green!
The Muggle named Roberts was taken to St. Mungo's Hospital for treatment by the wizard in lantern pants who arrived just in time.
Fortunately, before he left, he called his other colleagues, who, along with Roberts' family, helped Lynn and her family check in.
Of course, Roberts wasn't the only one living in this little stone house; his wife was also there.
The Ministry of Magic staff explained to Mrs. Roberts that her husband had accidentally bumped his head on a tree and suffered a minor injury, so he needed to go to the hospital in a nearby town. This flimsy explanation clearly made the lady somewhat skeptical.
But before arguing with the wizard, she helped Lynn and the others complete the formalities, and then continued to haggle with the wizard, saying that this had to be considered a work injury, in short, that they had to pay extra.
Lynn had no idea what the outcome of their subsequent negotiations would be.
He, Hermione, and Umaru had already entered the camp.
"Weren't we supposed to avoid using spells here? What are those wizards doing?"
Hermione spotted several wizards dressed like those from the Middle East secretly using magic to start a fire.
The wizards happened to meet Lynn's gaze as he looked over. They didn't show any fierce or menacing expressions, but instead gave Lynn a knowing smile.
Lynn smiled back at him, then pulled Hermione away from the group.
"It's best not to get involved with them. It's said that the wizards there are proficient in all kinds of explosive magic and like to blow people up at the drop of a hat. There are also rumors that they have an unclear relationship with the local Muggle government, and there are even rumors that they participated in the Muggle war. Anyway, it's best to stay away from them if you see them."
Hermione nodded like a chick pecking at rice. She came from a Muggle family and knew exactly which regions were most likely to make international news every day.
Umaru tilted her head and looked at them suspiciously.
"What are you whispering about?"
Lynn pressed her head down and led her forward.
"There's no secret going on. What do you think of those two kids riding those flying broomsticks? If you like them, I'll buy you one when we get home."
Umaru saw the two little witches, who were about 5 or 6 years old, riding on two toy flying brooms, flying low, their feet lightly skimming over the dew-covered grass.
"That's a toy flying broom! Only little kids play with that. At my age, I should be riding a fire arrow!" she said matter-of-factly.
"Hehe, you're too narrow-minded. I thought someone your age should be riding a rocket to heaven."
Just then, a wizard who worked in the department spotted the two girls. He hurried past Lynn, Hermione, and Umaru, muttering irritably, "In broad daylight! Their parents are probably sleeping in."
Herman remarked, "These people are really busy today."
They also saw a little boy about the same age as the two girls who had just been riding toy flying brooms, happily poking a slug in the grass with a magic wand.
The slug slowly swelled to the size of a sausage, and as they approached him, the boy's mother hurriedly came out of the tent.
"How many times have I told you, Kevin? You're not allowed! To touch it again! Your dad's wand—ouch!"
She stepped on the giant slug, which exploded with a pop.
Lynn and the others had walked quite a distance when they could still hear her shouting in the silent air, mixed with the little boy's cries—"You stomped on the bugs! You stomped on the bugs!"
Just as they were getting close to their tent area, they suddenly saw a black-haired boy wearing glasses and a red-haired boy wandering around.
"Harry! Ron!" Hermione called their names.
Harry and Ron, who were watching with great interest as three African wizards in white robes roasted a rabbit, turned around at the sound and spotted Lynn and the others.
"Hi! Hermione, Lynn, and this one too!"
Harry stared at Umaru as she struggled to think of her name, and Ron scratched his head and said.
"I think it's called something like Shabak?"
Umaru stared at them with a sour face.
"It's Sofia Basak! Your name is Shabak!"
"Sorry, we've never officially met."
Harry said apologetically, then looked at Lynn again.
"Have you found your campsite?"
Lynn shrugged: "We were just about to head over, but the administrator said our camp is right next to yours, and he specifically reminded us that we can use you as a reference point."
Harry and Ron exclaimed excitedly, "That's great! Come with us, Dad and Sirius are figuring out how to make a stove the way Muggles do!"
They arrived at the Weasleys' camp with Harry and his friend.
Mr. and Mrs. Weasley remained very welcoming to Lynn and sent George and Fried to help set up their tent.
The tents and campsite were arranged by Leon in advance. Lynn did not specifically request that he find a place next to the Weasley family's campsite; these were all Leon's own considerations.
The tent looked quite ordinary from the outside. George, Fried, and Harry Ron helped set it up, but after they went inside to take a look, they realized that this tent was different from their own.
They look no different from the outside, but the space inside the tent is very large.
It was divided into five rooms and a living room, with a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedding was neatly arranged, and the cabinets were filled with all kinds of fruits and snacks. There was even a small refrigerator in the kitchen that was connected to electricity from somewhere and was filled with all kinds of drinks.
Compared to Ron's cat-smelling tent, George and Fried exclaimed that this place was like paradise.
They both knew that Lynn was not short of money, so they didn't stand on ceremony with him and each threw a bottle of chilled soda from the refrigerator.
Hermione sat in the tent for a while before running out, because she saw Mr. Weasley staring blankly at the box of matches for quite some time, and she couldn't resist going to teach him how to use these Muggle gadgets.
Umaru quickly got into a conversation with Harry and Ron.
All three of them love Quidditch and support the Irish team in this final.
As the three chatted, they excitedly walked out of the tent together. Judging from their expressions, Lynn even wondered if Xiaomai would imitate the story he had once told her, and suggested that the three of them go to the Peach Garden to become sworn brothers.
Fortunately, Umaru didn't go that far with her nonsense; she only suggested dyeing their tents green to show support for their Irish Quidditch team.
