"It's air."
Lynn revealed the answer, and as soon as he finished speaking, the door to the Ravenclaw common room opened.
Actually, there's more than one answer to this mystery; basically, all gases can meet its conditions.
It has weight but no form, and cannot be captured, but the gas that is known to people, including wizards, is naturally the ubiquitous air.
Luna looked at him with great interest: "You have now become the first non-Ravenclaw student in thousands of years to open the door to the Ravenclaw common room, so you are also qualified to go in."
Lynn certainly wouldn't go in; he wasn't really a clueless kid with zero emotional intelligence.
Ravenclaw's prefects have publicly stated that Ravenclaw's common room welcomes any young wizard from any house, as long as they can answer the questions posed by the eagle-knob, while also proudly declaring that their common room has never been visited by outsiders.
Anyone with common sense can see what these little eagles are thinking. They just want to show off that they are the only ones with the highest intelligence among the four academies, while the other three are just mindless idiots.
If Lynn were using his own identity, he could go in without worrying about the hawks getting angry or developing a hostile attitude towards him. But right now, he's using Hermione's face.
Lynn wasn't afraid, but if it meant making Hermione an enemy for no reason, he'd rather not.
"No, I'm not interested in Ravenclaw's common room. Out of respect for your house's privacy, could you please go in and call Mrs. Grey out?" Lynn said.
Although Luna didn't understand why Lynn wouldn't come in even though the door was open, she had made a promise to Lynn beforehand to help him, so she naturally wouldn't refuse.
"Well, actually the Ravenclaw lounge is quite interesting. It's a shame you can't go in and have a look."
It was indeed very interesting. The voluptuous senior students were reading on the sofa in their close-fitting pajamas. Of course, it was very interesting. Unfortunately, Lynn had already sneaked in to take a look once, and not only did she get a feast for the eyes, but she also satisfied her need for excitement.
Luna turned and went into the lounge. Lynn waited quietly in front of the door. He didn't have to wait long before a beautiful, tall female ghost floated out of the Ravenclaw lounge.
She was at least 1.7 meters tall, and with her floating in mid-air, Lynn looked up at her as if he were looking up at Hagrid.
"A young wizard from Gryffindor? What do you need me for?"
Lady Grey never initiates conversations with young wizards outside of Ravenclaw, but since her mother is one of the founders of Hogwarts, she never refuses to speak with young wizards from other houses.
Lynn looked at the ancient ghost and, without any unnecessary words, went straight to the point.
"I've heard you're the daughter of the Eagle Ancestor, madam."
When her identity was revealed, Lady Grey's expression did not change. Few people at Hogwarts knew her identity, but it was not a secret. Anyone who was willing to inquire would eventually find out something about her.
"I have never denied it." Ms. Gray held her head high and looked at the "young girl" in front of her with an arrogant expression. "If you just suddenly heard about my identity and were excited about it, so you came here to confirm it with me, then you can leave now. My mother's reputation is indeed very high."
Based on the experiences of this only surviving Ravenclaw descendant, both during her lifetime and after her death, it is clear that she was an utterly foolish woman.
Despite being Ravenclaw's only daughter, and knowing that everything her mother left behind after her death was hers, she couldn't suppress her yearning for fame and wisdom, stole her mother's golden crown, and then escaped from Hogwarts.
Before her death, Bloody Barrow was ordered by her mother to take her back to see the dying Ravenclaw one last time. Knowing that Ser Barrow was hot-tempered, she refused and provoked him with her words, and then died by Barrow's knife.
After nearly a thousand years since becoming a ghost, she was still bewitched by a little wizard like Tom, revealing all her secrets. Then, she was deceived by Tom, who turned everything she had given up in her life into an evil Horcrux.
She was incredibly stupid. No wonder she wanted to steal her mother's crown. At least she had some self-awareness and wanted to gain more of the wisdom she already had.
Therefore, Lynn had absolutely no respect for this ghost with a distinguished background and ancient origins; she was a typical spoiled young lady from a wealthy family.
"I'm not here to admire your reputation, ma'am. I'm here to help you," Lynn said, neither humble nor arrogant. Although he wasn't particularly fond of Ms. Grey, he needed to get information from her, so he naturally wanted to be as friendly as possible.
"Help me?" She raised her voice, as if incredulous. "I'm doing just fine as a ghost at Hogwarts, and I don't need your help at all."
Lynn looked at her calmly: "Then, Ms. Grey, do you know where that crown that your mother left behind, the one that brings wisdom, is now?"
Upon hearing Lynn's words, Ms. Grey couldn't help but let out a sneer.
"Is this what you meant by helping me? I've seen many young wizards like you who, after learning my identity, all come to ask me this question. Do you, like them, also want to wear that crown and gain the same wisdom as my mother?"
Lynn was quite certain of her earlier judgment that the ghost's mind was indeed not very sharp. Not wanting to waste any more words with her, Lynn directly pulled out the dusty, unrecognizable golden crown from her empty bag.
Ms. Gray's smile froze.
Even if the crown were now worn and tattered, she would still recognize it as the thing she had given up everything for in her life.
Her body was visibly trembling as she reached out to take the golden crown from Lynn's hand, but because she was a spirit, she could not touch the physical object.
"Where did you get it from?"
Lady Grey could no longer maintain her previous arrogance; her voice trembled slightly. Ever since Tom brought the crown out of the Albanian forest, she had no idea where it was. Who would have thought that decades later, a young wizard would come to her with it?
"You should be able to sense it, madam." Lynn didn't pay attention to her reaction. Apart from Peeves, the other ghosts couldn't interact with things in the real world. Even if Lynn was willing to return the crown to her, she wouldn't be able to put it away.
"This crown is no longer the crown it once was; it is now being corrupted by an evil soul."
