Chapter 154, Section 151: The Third Vault

"Su Country? Why go there?" Lynn asked, frowning.

He hadn't expected Dumbledore's final request to be this.

It's already 1992. The Kingdom of Su in the Muggle world has only recently dissolved. He doesn't know what the magical world of Su has become, but judging from the last Su witch incident, the Su Magic Council is definitely not peaceful either.

"Do you remember Yelena Shayk, the Sue witch who visited Hogwarts last time?" Dumbledore suddenly brought up something that had happened not long ago.

Lynn certainly remembered her. Someone had impersonated her and sneaked into her dorm room, seemingly trying to use some kind of psychedelic magic to get something out of her.

"That Ms. Shayk was actually a good friend of your mother's," Dumbledore said softly. "I had you receive her so that you could have some contact beforehand and be prepared."

Lynn was stunned when he heard Dumbledore's words.

Because he had always lived in an orphanage since he came into this world, he had never thought about his parents. Even after Kira appeared and told him that his previous identity in Muggle society was fake and that his real parents were pure-blood wizards of the Grindelwald family, he had no concept of it because they were both dead.

Lynn has been an orphan in two lifetimes. If he suddenly had a second set of parents, he really wouldn't know how to face them.

As a result, Dumbledore suddenly told him today that his mother had a friend whom he actually knew.

"After your parents died, some of the things they left behind are with her. Go to Sue during the summer vacation to find her and get back what belongs to you," Dumbledore said.

“But Professor,” Lynn looked at him, puzzled, “Kira told me that I do have a family vault, but it’s in Gringotts, Germany.”

Dumbledore explained to him, "The German vault is actually the vault left behind by Gellert. Your parents actually separated from the Grindelwald family. After Gellert's downfall, they changed their surname. Their vault is in Gringotts, Scotland, and the person who keeps the vault is this Ms. Yelena Shayk."

Lynn remained silent for a long time, genuinely bewildered.

Good heavens, the Fox family's vault, the Grindelwald family's vault, and now his own parents' vault—before he knew it, there were already three vaults waiting for him to inherit.

The more I interfere, the less it helps their situation; in fact, it only causes trouble for the British Ministry of Magic."

He took a sip of the black tea in his cup, then looked at Lynn and said.

"I can unconditionally support your desire to reform Hogwarts, but do you know why this reform in Su Guo happened?"

"Why?" Lynn asked, looking bewildered.

If you were to ask him why the Muggle society of Sukuritan collapsed, he could give you a detailed analysis based on some marketing accounts he had read in his previous life, but he genuinely didn't know why the Sukuritan Magic Council had run into problems.

"Because they also want reform, to reform the problem of racial discrimination in the country."

Lynn looked at Dumbledore with suspicion.

"So, Professor, you really just want me to go there, observe, learn from the experience, and do nothing but come back if there's danger?"

It wasn't that Lynn was cowardly, but rather that he simply didn't dare to trust Dumbledore.

Dumbledore looked very sincere, and he nodded and said, "You don't need to think too much about it. I just want you to see what happens to a country that has failed in its reforms."

"So, if I don't go, Professor, will you not agree to my reform proposal?"

"Of course not," Dumbledore replied decisively.

"However, the reforms at Hogwarts cannot continue so soon. We can wait until you graduate, and then I will arrange a professorship for you at Hogwarts. It might be much easier then."

After he graduates.
