My Hogwarts has a serious problem.

129. A breeze blew past me.

Lynn's first impression of the Ravenclaw common room was that it had a lot of books.

It was a large, round room with elegant arched windows in the walls, and blue and bronze silks hanging in the walls. The young wizards in the common room could see the scenery outside from the windows.

The ceiling is domed and decorated with star-shaped stones, as are the stones on the dark blue carpet below.

The room contains tables, chairs, and bookshelves, and in a niche opposite the door sits a white marble bust of Rowena Ravenclaw.

A door next to the statue leads to the dormitory above.

Looking around this lounge, the most common thing you'll see is books on the shelves.

It is said that some of these books are rare copies left by early Rowena Ravenclaw, while others were donated by wizards who graduated from Ravenclaw.

"Qiu, why isn't the door to the lounge closed?" A tall, upperclassman girl came down the dormitory stairs and asked when she saw the half-open wooden door.

Cho Chang was one of the young wizards who had just entered the common room. The girl who spoke to her was Penelope Crivart, the Ravenclaw prefect.

"The bronze eagle door knocker on the wooden door of the lounge seems to be broken. None of us were able to answer its riddle, but it opened the door for us anyway."

Just as Cho Chang was talking to Penelope, the wooden door suddenly closed again.

The eaglets, who were chatting or reading in the common room, were suddenly startled, because none of them had seen anyone come in.

Ravenclaw Quidditch Seeker Roger Davis appeared somewhat nervous.

"Could it be a ghost?"

"Ghosts aren't scary at all. You've seen ghosts before," a young wizard mocked him.

"It's also possible that Mischief is playing a prank."

In the end, Penelope decided to go to the door herself. She and Cho Chang walked outside, and she touched the bronze eagle-shaped door knocker. The door closed, and the eagle repeated the riddle it had just uttered.

"A gust of wind, a boat, six sailors rowing together, and a helmsman in charge of everything."

The prefect shrugged and said, "Isn't there no problem? This door knocker was left by our house's founder, Madam Ravenclaw, and it won't break even after a thousand years."

But Qiu Zhang still felt something was wrong.

"Then why did the door open even when no one gave the answer?"

"Perhaps some freshmen are shy, guessed the answer but didn't dare to say it, and their whispers were detected by the door knocker."

"Well, that's the only way." Qiu Zhang felt there was no better answer.

After that, the two of them stared at each other from outside the door, their eyes wide open.

So what's the answer to the riddle?

......

Lynn, who was wandering aimlessly in the Ravenclaw common room, was unaware that because of him, two Ravenclaw girls were currently locked out and had to solve a mystery again.

Lynn is feeling extremely happy right now.

Ravenclaw girls... Pshaw! No, I mean Ravenclaw has a lot of books.

This place was practically another miniature library at Hogwarts. Lynn was tucked away in a corner of a bookshelf, reading a magic book about the petrification spell.

The Ravenclaw common room has a collection that does not overlap with the library's collection, and most importantly, it contains many rare books left behind by Ravenclaw during the early days of Hogwarts.

In the world of Harry Potter, there is no such thing as the older the magic, the more powerful it is. On the contrary, because modern wizarding scholars are constantly improving upon the magic of the past, the magic that young wizards are currently learning is superior to that of ancient magic.

However, nothing is absolute. Modern, convenient, and reliable spells are all variations of ancient, crude, and unstable spells. Sometimes, studying some ancient spells may be more helpful in learning modern spells.

Before he knew it, Lynn had been in the Ravenclaw common room for quite some time. He checked the time and realized that Hogwarts' curfew was about to begin.

Although he didn't think Filch could catch him, it wasn't good to stay in someone else's academy lounge indefinitely.

It was already quite late, and there were no more little wizards in the common room. Everyone had basically gone back to their dormitories to rest.

Lynn grew bolder and stopped hiding in the corner, instead walking openly in the middle of the road.

Meanwhile, outside the Ravenclaw common room, two poor girls were still trying to solve the riddle.

Not every Ravenclaw is good at solving puzzles. Penelope and Cho Chang are undoubtedly just freeloaders who usually sneak in by following other junior wizards and getting their puzzles solved.

They were now hugging each other tightly, trying to ward off the cold wind in the corridor.

Qiu Zhang couldn't help but ask, "Are we going to sleep in the hallway tonight, prefect?"

Penelope was still wearing her pajamas, and she was already shivering and had a runny nose.

"There are definitely no Ravenclaw wizards who haven't returned by now, and curfew is about to start. If no one in our house is planning to break the rules and go out at night, we'll probably be sleeping in the hallway tonight."

"But this is too embarrassing. If they see us locked out of our own academy tomorrow morning, they'll laugh us to death." Qiu Zhang buried her face in her knees in shame at the thought.

Penelope, being a seasoned prefect, remained unfazed by the situation.

"It's not uncommon, what's so shameful about it? Not only in our house, but even the Fat Lady, the wardens of Gryffindor, sometimes causes young Gryffindor wizards to sleep in the hallway when she goes to visit other houses."

As she spoke, she rubbed her arms again.

"But it's so cold. If I stay here overnight, I'll definitely catch a cold tomorrow."

"I hope someone can open the door for us from the inside," Qiu Zhang prayed.

"I promise I won't hold him responsible for his nighttime outing," even Penelope said.

As if the heavens had responded to their prayers, the wooden door to the Ravenclaw common room was suddenly opened from the inside!

The two girls immediately stood up excitedly.

As soon as Lynn stepped outside, he saw two figures shivering in the cold wind. Startled, he immediately crouched down again, carefully pressed himself against the wall, and tiptoed out.

Sleeping in the hallway late at night? That's a really strange habit.

After mentally ranting for a bit, Lynn didn't linger and quietly slipped away.

Cho Chang and Penelope stared in horror at the empty doorway.

"Did you see anyone come out just now, prefect?"

"I think I just felt a cold wind blow past me."

Just then, a flash of lightning streaked across the window, illuminating the two girls' pale faces.

Then came a deafening rumble of thunder, drowning out their terrified screams.
