My Hogwarts has a serious problem.
118. This is an exception!
The number of students at Hogwarts is neither too many nor too few.
In the upper grades, there are always a few outstanding junior wizards that can be found in each house.
As a result, the task of receiving foreign education commissioners fell to Lynn.
Lynn stared into Dumbledore's gentle blue eyes, eyes that seemed to put anyone at ease. If there wasn't something fishy going on, he'd be ready to rush up to Quirrell right now, rip off his headscarf, and give him a good wash!
But he had already been summoned here, and in front of outsiders no less. Dumbledore had personally asked him to do something, and if he refused without giving them any face, Lynn felt that he might lose a hundred points for stepping out of the headmaster's office with his left foot.
After quickly weighing the options in his mind, Lynn showed a sincere smile.
"It's no trouble at all, Ms. Shayk. It's my pleasure. You can just call me Lynn."
The witch named Shayk nodded and stood up from her seat.
"Then I'll have to trouble you with this matter, Headmaster Dumbledore. I still hope you can put in a good word for us, since what they're doing is getting increasingly out of line."
Dumbledore nodded slightly.
"I will."
Ms. Shayk and Dumbledore ended their conversation, and then followed Lynn out of the headmaster's office.

"Where are you planning to go first, ma'am?" Lynn asked.
She seemed very interested in the murals in the castle corridors, and while strolling around with Lynn, she would stop and talk to the figures in the paintings from time to time.
"Let's just wander around the castle. Could you tell me about the four houses of Hogwarts?"
Since she said she was just going to wander around, Lynn really did take her for a stroll in the castle.
"I'm just an ordinary second-year student, and I knew nothing about the wizarding world before entering Hogwarts, so I probably don't know as much about the history of the four houses as you might imagine."
Lynn's grades in the history of magic were actually quite good; he just didn't want to have much interaction with this Sukuri witch.
However, Shayk didn't seem to notice Lynn's disdain.
"That's alright. I don't want to hear about the history of these four colleges, but rather their current situation."
Lynn thought to himself, "This is troublesome."
He had planned to take the witch on a tour of Hogwarts, going wherever she wanted, talking less and doing more, and ensuring her safe departure would be the task Dumbledore had given him.
Who knew that this witch would actually mistake him for a tour guide?
Lynn had to use her brain cells to deal with her.
"Slytherin, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff are the four houses named after the four founders of Hogwarts, and the admission standards for each house are also based on the standards of these four founders. Each of the four houses has its own characteristics, with its own representative animal, color, and style."
Take Slytherin, for example. Our representative animal is the snake, and our school robes are mainly silver and green. Although Slytherin doesn't have a great reputation outside, we are all a group of little wizards who love Hogwarts and unite with our classmates..."
Lynn recited the official speech without any emotion as he led the witch to the vicinity of the library.
Now that we've entered the second semester of the academic year, there are many more little wizards in the library than in previous years, as the pressure of final exams rests on their shoulders.
Lynn had just launched into a long spiel about his college when they spotted Malfoy at the library entrance.
He was wearing a long robe with dark green as the main color, and it was obvious at a glance that he was a Slytherin student.
Malfoy was followed by his two henchmen, Goyle and Crabbe.
They blocked Neville's path with wicked grins on their faces.
"I've always wanted to find someone to test this spell on, Longbottom. I'm glad you're willing to be my guinea pig."
As he spoke, Malfoy cast a leg-locking spell on Neville.
Poor Neville was terrified but dared not resist. He could only sob and hop away like a rabbit on his two locked legs.
The loud laughter of Malfoy and his men came from behind.
Shayk watched this scene with great interest, and pointed at Malfoy, who looked like a complete scoundrel, and asked.
"Is this the little wizard from Slytherin House, the one you mentioned who helps everyone get along?"
"..."
Lynn, whose face was swollen from being slapped, stared expressionlessly at Malfoy, who looked smug and triumphant not far away, wishing he could rush up and beat him into a pig's head right now!
"This is an exception."
He explained as he led Shayk out of the library.
"A large forest has all kinds of birds, and it's not surprising that a few bad apples will emerge from the united and friendly Slytherin."
Shayk didn't seem to care about the accident that had just happened.
"What about the other colleges? Don't feel awkward. I'm not your professor, so you can talk to me more."
Just to be on the safe side, Lynn decided it would be better to talk about the mature and steady Ravenclaw.
"Ravenclaw is arguably the house with the best learning atmosphere in all of Hogwarts. The young wizards sorted here are all diligent and eager to learn. They are rational and calm, and have provided many talents for the British wizarding world."
Lynn was trying to maintain Hogwarts' public image when, at the corner at the end of the corridor, a group of young wizards dressed in blue robes walked towards them, talking amongst themselves.
They seemed to have just finished a Charms class and were discussing the universal anti-charm that Professor Flitwick had taught them.
Lynn breathed a sigh of relief.
There's nothing particularly strange about Ravenclaw.
The moment that thought crossed his mind, a familiar voice and words rang in his ears.
"Steamed corn bread, four for a dollar, hehe. Steamed corn bread, four for a dollar, hehe..."
Hanging behind a group of people, Ian muttered this eerie phrase expressionlessly with empty eyes, passing by them as if he hadn't seen Lynn at all.
He's been driven crazy by Lynn these past few days because the modified Soul Sealing Spell keeps malfunctioning, and their teamwork is consistently unsuccessful.
Although Lynn didn't say anything, Ian felt that it might really be a problem that his spell wasn't powerful enough.
So, he would practice this incantation whenever he had a spare moment. It was embarrassing at first, but after repeating it a lot, it became nothing special.
Shaik watched with a smile as Ian walked away as if bewitched.
"Is this the calm and resourceful Ravenclaw student?"
Lynn helplessly covered his face with his hands. He had no one to blame but himself; Ian's condition was entirely his own fault.
Can I still call this an exception?
