Ye Jingyu straightened up and turned around to glare resentfully at Lilith and Diana.

Lockhart was rescued by Moriarty and lay unconscious on the ground.

Jericho slowly woke up and, upon seeing Moriarty and the others, was so surprised he couldn't close his mouth.

Moriarty recalled his earlier plan: to promote Lockhart and mold him into a great hero who thwarted the conspiracy of the Japanese black wizard.

Yuzuru Kaze had already frozen to death by the blizzard; he didn't possess his master's dark elemental magic.

“No problem,” Moriarty nodded and suggested, “Let Lockhart and Jericho stay. The Immortal Organization is not suitable for the public to know about it yet. Let them handle things and keep the incident under the control of ordinary dark wizards.”

Dumbledore stared intently at Moriarty, who knew that he was aware of Lockhart's relationship with him.

In the end, Dumbledore still said, "I believe you."

He turned around and walked towards the Auror who was flying down.

"Thank you," Moriarty said sincerely. "You'll understand why I did this."

After speaking, he woke Lockhart, instructed him to follow the plan, and then quietly retreated with the Ventura family, with Diana and Lillian following behind.
