Hearing the familiar voice filled with surprise and anticipation, Moriarty deactivated his invisibility and revealed himself to the girl.
"Lilith, I'm really surprised to see you here."
Moriarty smiled at the air in front of him; he knew that the invisible Lilith was standing there.
"That's exactly what I wanted to say. If you hadn't experienced it firsthand, would you have imagined that we would meet at Haneda International Airport?"
"Oh Merlin, what a fateful coincidence."
Lilith broke the illusion spell, a smile playing on her lips.
She was dressed like a Muggle girl, in a tight top paired with a brown leather jacket, blue skinny jeans, and brown ankle boots. She looked youthful and beautiful as she appeared before Moriarty.
Lilith looked Moriarty up and down and gave her assessment of his new look.
"He's quite handsome, but why the need for a makeover?"
Moriarty said slowly, "A lot of strange things have happened in Japan. Before we investigate them thoroughly, I think it's necessary for us to keep our identities hidden."
"Can you transform me into a queen?" Lilith asked with a grin. Meeting Moriarty at a foreign airport made her truly happy.
"In this sensitive time, ordinary people won't attract attention," Moriarty joked. "After all, when we walk together, I alone am enough to draw attention."
"You mean, you're going to turn me into an ugly woman?" Lilith said expressionlessly.
"That won't work either. If people see me walking with an ugly woman, they'll say I have no taste." Moriarty waved his wand and pointed it at Lilith.
Lilith suddenly felt as if a stream of cold water had been poured over her head and then flowed over her entire body.
A second later, Lilith transformed into a red-haired young woman with a hot body.
"Tsk, your taste is truly amazing." Lilith, having adjusted to the new face and image, stared at Moriarty with a meaningful look.
"Don't like it? Become a man then." Moriarty shrugged.
"No, no, no," Lilith quickly waved her hands. "Let's leave it at that. I like it, and you like it too. It's fine this way, isn't it? We can pretend to be a married couple."
"Ah, a wonderful idea," Moriarty nodded with a smile, a hint of amusement in his eyes. "Then remember this: we are an English antique dealer couple. My name is John Wick, and yours is Trinity."
"Yes, Mr. Wick. Trinity got it."
Lilith tossed her hair, her emerald green eyes gleaming. "Tell me about your situation. I don't believe you have the ability to predict the future, and that you came all the way to the airport to find me."
Moriarty told Lilith about the strange things that happened yesterday, and then gave a serious summary.
"Strange things are happening frequently, most of which are related to the Japanese BOSS. We cannot ignore any details and must remain cautious."
"That's right," Lilith said, her expression turning serious, a hint of coldness in her eyes. "My original intention was to settle accounts with the Tsukamura family, but something that happened this morning changed my mind."
"This morning?" Moriarty narrowed his eyes, as if combining the information he had gathered, and asked in a deep voice, "You mean, the flight was delayed?"
Lilith's eyes widened slightly: "You know?"
She then explained, "My flight was supposed to arrive at the airport at 7:20 pm last night, but it was delayed by more than 6 hours and only just arrived in the early hours of this morning!"
"Do you know why it's delayed?" Moriarty's eyes gleamed. Judging from the timing, Lilith's flight was the first of five delayed flights.
Lilith might be able to discover some unusual suspicious points.
Meeting Moriarty's expectant gaze, Lilith smiled slightly. "I don't know—nobody knows, but I vaguely sensed a familiar magical fluctuation on the plane. It's somewhat similar to the Rainbow Raven that attacked Hyprose."
"crow!"
A flash of lightning seemed to strike Moriarty's mind.
The crows in the sky affected the plane's flight, which is why it was delayed.
"Please recall the specific details again."
Lilith frowned, trying to recall the details of the flight, and described, "Strangely, the magical fluctuations seemed to be both outside the plane and inside the plane... They seemed to be jumping around, and I couldn't pinpoint them."
As she spoke, she put her right hand behind her back and gently stroked her right wrist with her left hand. If it weren't for the Transfiguration technique, she wouldn't have been able to sense the magical fluctuations.
At this moment, Simon and the Slit-Mouthed Woman walked out of the door and went to Moriarty and Lilith's side.
"Wick? Did you run into someone you know?"
"Let me introduce you, Trinity—she's also a wizard." Moriarty turned around and dispelled the invisibility effect from Simon and the Slit-Mouthed Woman.
"That's great! With you two here, my wife and daughter will definitely be safe and sound." Simon clenched his fists excitedly.
Moriarty and Lilith exchanged a glance, thinking to themselves that it might not be so simple.
Once the matter is linked to the Japanese boss, the uncertainty and danger will increase significantly.
To ensure the safety of those around him, Moriarty cast a Disillusionment spell on everyone and they entered the lobby of Terminal 3 together.
There are four floors in total, and more than half of the seats are already occupied. Moriarty and his three companions chose a row of seats that would be difficult for others to spot.
Simon plopped down in a chair, covered his face with his hands, frantically pulled at his hair, and muttered to himself, seemingly praying for Abraham to bless his wife and daughters.
Moriarty gave Lilith a wink, and the two walked aside.
"Simon must be hiding something; perhaps that's why the accident happened to him," Moriarty said to Lilith after glancing at Simon.
Lilith crossed her arms and said dismissively, "Someone like that can be taken care of with a single Legilimency."
Moriarty shook his head slightly: "He is a pure Hebrew, and I don't want to easily lay a hand on him."
"So what if they're Hebrews?" Lilith looked at Moriarty strangely. In her mind, Moriarty wouldn't be held back because of the other party's background or strength.
Moriarty smiled faintly and did not tell Lilith about the Hebrew lords. He guessed that the Hebrews had long since separated from the Jews and gone into hiding.
As a Jewish man who speaks Hebrew, Simon was unsure whether he would be targeted by the Hebrews.
Just then, a hidden magical fluctuation appeared, and Moriarty and Lilith both looked up at the sky.
The floor above them was the second floor, but their gazes seemed to pierce through three floors, staring straight up.
Moriarty narrowed his eyes. "Someone is phantom-like on the fifth-floor rooftop!"
"That's right, there are a lot of them," Lilith said, frowning. "I can't determine the exact number."
"There are about 13 of them. Judging from the magical fluctuations, the leader of them is at the level of a Hogwarts professor."
Moriarty made his decision and walked away.
"Let's go to the rooftop and see what these wizards are doing at the airport."
Lilith followed behind, speculating, "Could it be that they discovered the reason for the flight delay? If it really is because of the crows, then it makes sense. Only a wizard can deal with those crows."
"If your guess is correct, then I think I know the identities of these wizards," Moriarty said casually. "The Japanese Ministry of Magic."
"Oh right," Lilith suddenly realized, and shared some information she knew: "I heard that the laws of the Japanese Ministry of Magic are very strict, and they severely punish wizards who violate the Secrecy Act and the Japanese Wizarding Code."
"You mean to say that these wizards are not easy to communicate with?" Moriarty glanced at Lilith.
“Yes,” Lilith emphasized, “In fact, Asian wizards are somewhat difficult to communicate with.”
Moriarty nodded, and they went up to the rooftop and looked over.
There stood 13 wizards dressed in red robes, both men and women, craning their necks to look up at the sky.
"who are they?"
Lilith scanned the faces of the red-robed wizards one by one, her mouth agape in surprise.
"I thought the wizards who came would be Aurors from the Ministry of Magic, but they weren't!"
Ten years ago, I saw a group photo of the Japanese Aurors in my grandfather's office. It was part of the information that the Japanese Ministry of Magic submitted to the International Wizarding Federation.
I'm pretty sure they're not up there!
