We agreed it was just a hug, why did you actually do it?

Chapter 63: Arrived at the Police Station

The group of people who had been quietly watching the game suddenly burst into laughter. Once the first laugh was heard, the others no longer needed to hold back and all erupted into laughter.

Yu Changning walked up quietly, suppressing a smile, but still tugged at Su Weile's sleeve and said, "Brother Xiaole, stop talking."

Tang Yi's henchman, the one who just spoke, is Xin Yue's manager, but he's not from a management company. He's Xin Yue's independent manager, essentially Tang Yi's lackey. Don't let his lack of a proper manager fool you; he's an expert on the entertainment industry.

Upon seeing Yu Changning, a contemptuous laugh escaped his lips. "Oh dear, who's this? Isn't this the little agent who was just dumped? What happened? Getting in through connections still didn't work, did Jin Fei kick you? So what kind of backer have you found now?"

Yu Changning's face turned pale and then red. Su Weile suddenly pulled Yu Changning behind her and said to Xin Yue's manager, "What the hell are you talking about? Are you a mad dog? Biting anyone you can get your hands on? Watch your mouth."

"What did I say? Ask anyone in the entire entertainment industry who doesn't know about this. Wow, you guys really are birds of a feather flock together!"

Su Weile glanced at Tang Yi, who was clearly the person in charge, and saw that he was just smiling and watching everything. He made no attempt to stop it. Su Weile nodded and said to Tang Yi, "It's your own dog, you're just taking it out for a walk without a leash, right?"

Xin Yue's agent blushed and said, "You brat, who are you calling a dog? You haven't even grown your fur yet, and you're already lecturing me?"

"You're so arrogant! You think you can act tough with me just because you have a pretty face? Wait till you find a better place to sell yourself!"

Tang Yi continued to watch everything with a smile, as if he were watching a joke. Su Weile looked at Tang Yi and said, "Fine, you don't care about your own dog, it bites people randomly, then I'll help you control it."

Before anyone could react, Su Weile had already taken a big step forward, grabbed his collar with one hand, and swung her fist at him with the other.

Su Weile used all her strength in that punch. Xin Yue's manager was also not one to be trifled with; one punch was enough to knock her down, blood spurting from her nose and mouth. She lay on the ground screaming incoherently.

Su Weile walked over and pulled him aside, coldly saying, "So you can still yell like that, huh? Then apologize. Apologize to Jin Jiajia and Yu Changning right now."

Seeing that they had actually started fighting, gasps of surprise rippled through the crowd. Jin Jiajia and Yu Changning quickly came up to persuade them, "That's enough, Brother Xiaole, that's enough."

Tang Yi stepped forward and said in an unfriendly tone, "That's enough."

Su Weile turned her gaze to Tang Yi and said, "Now you know it's enough? Where were you when your dog was biting people? Go find somewhere cool to stay now."

Over the years, Tang Yi has not been able to wield absolute power in Jinhai, but because he is backed by the Tang Group, most people give him some face, and no one has ever dared to speak to him like this.

Seeing the stares of those around him, he felt even more humiliated. "I'll make you let go of him now~"

Su Weile's gaze seemed to burn with intense heat as she looked at Tang Yi. "Either apologize for him, or get out now."

Then came another punch, followed by a clenched jaw and the words, "Apologize, did you hear me?"

After a series of wailing and screaming, Xin Yue's manager looked at Su Weile with some fear. Completely losing her composure, she cried out, "I'm sorry, I apologize, I apologize, okay? Ahh, Young Master Tang, save me! Everyone... everyone call the police! Call the police!"

In the midst of the chaos, Tang Yi's bodyguards finally rushed out of the car from a distance. Upon seeing the situation, they immediately joined the fight.

Su Weile had no choice but to let go of the person she was holding and focus on fighting Tang Yi's bodyguard. Yu Changning, who had just been trying to break up the fight, immediately released his grip on Su Weile and joined the battle as soon as he saw Tang Yi's bodyguard approaching.

This time, the situation escalated from a one-sided suppression into a four-way brawl, and the scene was completely out of control. Finally, someone dialed the police.

Although the bodyguards were professionally trained in combat, Su Weile was agile, ruthless, and had rich combat experience, so he didn't suffer any losses.

But Yu Changning fared much worse. He was small and not very ruthless, so he mostly ended up getting beaten up.

Su Weile saw this, and also had to take care of him, so she was punched quite a few times in no time, and her face was bruised.

But their momentum only grew fiercer, showing no sign of backing down. They focused on one of them and began to beat him relentlessly.

Su Weile was forcibly pulled away only when the police arrived.

Inside the police station, Su Weile and Yu Changning sat together on a bench, waiting to give their statements.

Su Weile gently touched the corner of his mouth, hissing as he gasped. His lip was cracked, and it hurt when he spoke. Yu Changning asked with concern, "Brother Le, are you alright? Does your body hurt?"

Su Weile gritted his teeth and said, "I fucking hate it when people slap me. I'll beat that bastard to death when I get out of here."

Yu Changning chuckled. Su Weile glanced at him. "Still laughing? Next time I get into a fight, you won't even have to lift a finger. You're so small, you'll just end up getting beaten up for nothing. How are you feeling? Where does it hurt? Is it serious?"

Su Weile glanced at Yu Changning, whose condition was far worse than hers; his face was covered in bruises, both blue and red, and his eye was cut. Su Weile said with exasperation, "You're hopeless!"

"Could you please protect your face next time? You're going to be disfigured now, tsk tsk, you used to be quite good-looking, what a pity."

Yu Changning looked at Su Weile and grinned. Su Weile looked at him and smiled back.

"That's it, it's worse than a disfigurement, the child's been beaten silly. What are you grinning about?"

Yu Changning said, "Brother Xiao Le, today is the happiest day I've had in a while. Also, thank you for helping me!"

Su Weile scoffed and said, "What are you thanking me for? This is nothing. I even got you arrested! Oh well, it's mainly because this is Jinhai. If this were my hometown, I would have someone bail you out in no time."

Yu Changning smiled innocently, "I'm not afraid, Brother Le. You only came in because of me."

The two leaned quietly against the wall behind them. Su Weile thought to herself that Tang Shaowu had said when she left home today that she should go back early. Now it was this late and she still hadn't returned. She figured he was going to get irritable again. It was really hard to appease a friend with a bad temper.

My phone was confiscated too. I wonder when this will be resolved. Sigh~
