In the afternoon, on the school playground.

Today was the third physical fitness test since the start of the school year. The lower-grade female students almost all gathered on the grass at the very edge of the track, chatting quietly in small groups...

Looking around, some were stretching and warming up, some were staring intently at the track, and a few were squatting on the ground drawing crooked lines with pebbles...

Amumu nudged Hero Yiyi's arm again, his gaze following the students running on the track, his worry barely concealed. "Yiyi, you only need to run five laps later, it's okay if you go over time, but you must finish, understand?"

Holoi grinned, her tone relaxed: "Okay, I got it. It's only five laps, I'll finish!"

Five laps is nothing to him. In the past, his father would often throw him on the track of the military training ground to make him lose weight, and he would run more than ten laps at a time!

The track there was many times bigger than the one at school, so he wasn't afraid at all.

"Yi Yi," a timid Ayu poked her little head out from behind and kindly told him, "If... I can run behind you later, I'll wait for you."

"No need!" Heroie turned and smiled at him. "I can do it. Just keep running, Ayu. I heard there's a prize for first place."

"Run hard, and when you win the prize money, you can buy delicious food so you won't go hungry."

Ayu nodded, looking somewhat dazed. "I...I can't get it. There's a female insect in Class 3 who's really good at running. She's already won first place twice in a row."

Upon hearing this, the little female insects surrounding them all nodded in agreement.

Hroyi, however, was not discouraged. He patted Ayu on the shoulder and said confidently, "Then I'll run as hard as I can later. If I win first place, I'll use the prize money to buy you guys some food."

After she finished speaking, everyone hesitated and wavered for the first time regarding Heroiyi's statement.

Several small female insects secretly sized up Yi Yi's figure. Her round waist, chubby cheeks, and the slight tremor in her belly when she jumped up showed no signs of her having been trained.

More than the prize money, they were worried that Yi Yi would not finish the run and would be scolded by the instructor!

But that doesn't matter. People are bound to be obligated to help those who help them. They are prepared to share hardships with Yi Yi. After all, without Yi Yi, they estimate that many of their insects would still be starving.

A few minutes later, a head instructor stood on a high platform with a megaphone, his voice amplified and echoing across the playground: "Class 2 of the lower grades has finished its running test. Class 3, move to the track. Class 4, get ready!"

The little female insects on the playground immediately sprang into action. The little female insects from Class Two went off the field one after another, the Class Three lined up neatly and walked to the starting line of the track, and the Class Four lined up on the grass and moved to the preparation area.

Amumu pointed to the little female insect leading the third squad and said in a low voice, "That's him, his name is Ayou."

Heroy looked in the direction he pointed. The little female insect was taller than other insects of the same age, with a lean and sturdy body. A thin layer of muscle lines could be faintly seen on her exposed forearm.

At this moment, he was bending down to tie his shoelaces, his movements were neat and efficient, and his whole body exuded a competence that was inconsistent with his three-year-old age.

Seeing this, Heroiyi was not frightened at all, but instead became interested.

Seeing his expression, Amumu cautiously asked, "Yiyi, are you really confident?"

Holoi winked at him, her entire being brimming with confidence: "Of course!"

A few minutes later, Class 3 finished the race, and the little female insect that led the way, "Ayou," indeed won first place in the class, with a time of exactly 4 minutes.

He crossed the finish line with a steady stride, though his breathing was slightly rapid.

After the other female insects from Class 3 crossed the finish line, some were panting heavily, some were holding their knees and couldn't straighten up, and a few were helped by their classmates to the side to drink water...

"Class 3, exit the field; Class 4, move onto the track; Class 5, enter the preparation area!"

The head instructor's instructions came down from the platform, and the ranks on the parade ground quickly began to move.

The instructor of Class 4 stood at the front of the class, his gaze sweeping over the neatly arranged female insects, and said crisply, "All insects, line up and enter the track."

The little female insects lined up one by one, stepping on the white lines. Some insects clenched their fists, some took a deep breath, and some swallowed.

Standing in the middle of the line, Heroiyi bent slightly to stretch her ankles, then nodded to Amumu next to her.

Soon, the referee's whistle pierced the afternoon air, and all the prepared little female insects from Class Four rushed out at the same time!

In the first and second laps, everyone basically stayed on the same level – the frequency of their short legs alternating was not much different, and the footsteps were mixed together.

But by the third lap, the gap began to appear;

The insect's pace slowed noticeably, its breathing became heavier and deeper, and when it was overtaken by the small female insect behind it, it subconsciously reached out and wiped away its sweat.

By the fourth lap, the pack had stretched into a long line, with only a handful of runners remaining at the front.

Amumu gritted his teeth and followed in the second group. Ayu was beside him, her steps were a little unsteady, but she didn't fall down.

And the one who has been running in the lead all along is Heroiyi.

His short legs moved quickly and steadily, each step firm and solid. The whole insect was like a small stone launched by a slingshot, carrying a momentum that surprised all insects.

Clearly, they hadn't expected that Yi Yi, who looked so gentle and delicate, would be even more courageous than them when it came to actually doing things!

As it crossed the finish line, the robot bug beeped, and a line of data appeared on the screen: Herroy, 3.58 points.

Following closely behind, the younger females crossed the finish line one after another—Ritz 4.16 points, Amumu 4.22 points, Ayu 4.29 points, Morti 4.35 points...

The results bounced off the screen one after another, and a low, barely suppressed commotion arose on the grass.

After the test, everyone returned to the grass to rest. Their breathing hadn't completely calmed down, but some insects had already begun to secretly observe Holoi.

That little female insect that looked like it might run out of steam at any moment actually came in first place in the class!

It even broke the fastest record since the start of the basic lower grades test!

The instructor came over to look at Hroyi and praised him, "You ran well! Get some rest, and get ready for the sprint in an hour."

The sprint race is a second round of competition that only the top three students from each class can participate in.

Heroi sat on the ground, looked up and nodded at the instructor, then turned his head and raised an eyebrow at Amumu.

Amumu paused for two seconds, then laughed, "Yiyi, you're amazing!"

The little female insects nearby chimed in, their voices mingling: "Yeah, yeah, Yiyi, you ran so fast just now!"

"How did you do that? Even that bug in Class 3 isn't as fast as you."

"With Yi Yi here, we're sure we can beat Class 3 this time!"

"That's right, Class 4 is the best!"
