The cabin was quiet at night.

The waves gently lapped against the hull, making a rhythmic sound. Moonlight streamed in through the portholes, casting a silvery-white patch on the floor.

Lilith lay beside Ron, her hair spread across the pillow, her breathing light. She turned over, placed her hand on Ron's chest, and asked groggily:

"Brother, are we going to the island again tomorrow?"

"Yeah, let's talk about something." Ron said with his eyes closed.

"Then I'll continue waiting for my brother on the boat~"

Ron pinched her pretty chin:

"Wait here, but if things are settled, I can take you for a stroll on the island this afternoon."

The little pink-haired girl responded with satisfied "uh-huhs".

"Brother~ I want to take a bath, I feel sticky and sweaty."

She whispered in Ron's ear in a slightly coquettish tone.

"Go by yourself!" Ron was now in a calm mood.

"No, please!" she said, grabbing him tightly.

He led Ron into the bathroom.

The next morning, just as dawn broke, Ron got up.

Lilith was still asleep, her hair spread out on the pillow, revealing her fair shoulders. Ron didn't wake her. After washing up, he took out the crystal core that Margaret had hunted the monster with the day before from his bracelet, jumped off the ship, and walked along the beach toward the island.

Margaret woke up as soon as Ron approached.

She lay on the boulder, her tail dangling gently beside it. She was somewhat surprised to see Ron; why was he here again?

Ron then took a closer look at the boulder beneath Margaret; it had become somewhat silvery.

This rock has been assimilated by the magic emanating from the silver dragon over the years; tens of millions of silver coins can be extracted from this one boulder.

Margaret looked at Ron with shining eyes and felt uneasy.

What's wrong with this little guy? He was perfectly fine yesterday!

Ron snapped out of his daze, a fawning smile spreading across his face as he handed over several crystal cores:

"Hey friend, I need to talk to you about something."

Margaret tilted her head and looked at Ron with her big eyes.

"I'd like to mine some silver around your residence."

Margaret's pupils contracted sharply. She stood up, her wings slightly spread, protecting the large bed beneath her. She looked as if to say, "If you dare to destroy my home, I'll fight you."

"Don't get excited!" Ron quickly said.

"I didn't dig for free; I paid for it."

"How about I give you ten more bottles of the serum next time I come?"

Margaret hesitated upon hearing this, her large blue eyes darting around, clearly somewhat tempted.

Ron quickly increased his bet:

"Fifteen bottles! That's the most I can do, or I'll lose money."

Margaret wasn't stupid; she knew Ron always made a profit from each trade. Otherwise, why would he come?

The original solution was just too effective, especially for dragons, creatures with strong physiques and unlimited potential.

That's why she thought the original liquid was exceptionally precious, and every time she exchanged it, she considered it an equal exchange, even feeling that she was getting a good deal, so she would seize any opportunity to exchange it.

However, she clearly did not expect Ron to keep so much.

After some back and forth, the two finally agreed that each time they came to mine silver, they would be paid for twenty bottles of the raw material. This time's raw material would be paid on credit, and they would deliver it together next time.

Both of them felt they had gotten a good deal at that price.

The silver ore itself was created from the magic that Margaret released, so it was of no use to her.

As for Ron, it's just twenty bottles of concentrate. He can just dilute it with more water...

If not, be more generous! At least don't add water or magic potions, okay?!

After talking with Margaret for a while and explaining that people would be coming to mine later, and asking her not to hurt them, Ron returned to the ship.

When the news was told to everyone, they were indeed surprised.

Ron was clearly surprised that his lord had managed to negotiate with the dragon, and he paid no attention to the discussions among his men.

So Abaddon led them, carrying tools, to mine. Ron also took Lilith with him.

Upon arriving at their destination, the sailors saw the silver dragon lying on the boulder. They were all so frightened that they shrank their necks and dared not take a step forward, for fear of disturbing the dragon.

Ron didn't blame them for their behavior. Lower-level creatures naturally feel a sense of fear when facing higher-level creatures, especially dragons who possess an inherent dragon's might.

He said loudly, "Don't be afraid, the dragon won't harm you. Get moving and start mining quickly, we don't have much time."

After Ron's reassurance, the sailors were relieved to see that the dragon indeed showed no signs of attacking.

He worked with trembling hands, but he still dared not relax, especially not daring to make a sound, for fear that the dragon would notice him.

Ron could only accept the situation and let them adjust in time.

Then he brought Lilith to the silver dragon, while the little pink-haired girl hid behind Ron, not daring to make a sound.

Ron held her small hand and gently comforted her, "It's alright, it's alright, aren't you going to be a princess?"

"Come on, say hello to her."

The little pink-haired boy whimpered and stammered a couple of times. Margaret raised her eyelids and glanced at him.

The little pink-haired boy immediately hugged Ron tightly in fright, his ahoge (cowlick) standing on end.

Margaret ignored the two of them and focused on absorbing the effects of the original solution.

Ron didn't bother her any longer, and instead led Lilith to a shady spot to sit and watch his men mine.

There weren't many people working; there were only about twenty sailors in total, and even their guards had to go mining.

Aibadon shouldered a pickaxe, the blade striking the ore between cracks with a clanging sound. Silvery-white ore crumbled away, glittering in the sunlight.

This mine has a high silver content; we can extract one-third of the silver from the ore, making it a high-quality mine.

The clanging and banging went on all morning, and in the afternoon Captain Marco found Ron to deliver the good news:

"Sir, we have discovered a rich deposit in a mine. The silver there is in chunks, and it is almost pure silver."

"One piece can be made into over ten thousand silver coins!!"

"And it's extremely easy to mine; you just have to move it. Even when Aiba was a knight, he could only move one piece at a time."

Ron was overjoyed; this was great news! "Take me to see it."

Upon hearing this, Margaret, who was on the nearby boulder, raised her eyelids slightly, then turned her head to the other side and continued sleeping.

Ron followed Marco to the front of the mine, which was not far from Margaret's boulder, only a few hundred meters away.

Ron's men showed him the silver nuggets they had found, which did not appear to be naturally formed.

Ron pondered for a moment, then turned to look at Margaret.

She lay on the boulder, eyes closed, tail swaying gently. But Ron noticed that one of her eyes was slightly open, looking in their direction.

When she saw Ron look up, she quickly closed her eyes and stopped wagging her tail.

Ron understood immediately. Without saying much, he ordered his men to collect the materials as quickly as possible.
