Transmigrated as the male lead's roommate's vicious girlfriend

Ning Xi opened her eyes and found herself transmigrated into the body of a vicious female cannon fodder character in a book who wouldn't survive the first three chapters.
The original owner used heavily photoshopped pictures of herself in a super short skirt with her legs showing but not her face to start an online romance with the male protagonist's roommate.
After using underhanded tactics to move in with the male lead, she stole a large sum of money to get plastic surgery in South Korea. She fantasized about transforming herself into the face of the male lead's ex-girlfriend in order to seduce him and become a wealthy wife.
As a result, they encountered a scammer and lost both their money and their relationship.
Desperate, the original owner of this body resorted to clinging to her online boyfriend, using a fabricated medical record to gain his sympathy. While simultaneously criticizing his inability to provide her with a better life, she feigned illness to manipulate him. She relentlessly exploited him, forcing him to work 24/7 to earn money.
The man was eventually hit and killed by a car while delivering food.
She only learned after the man died that he was the youngest son of one of Hong Kong's top tycoons.
The wealthy man abandoned his wicked girlfriend, who had killed his son, in the mountains. The original owner of this body gave birth to child after child in the mountains, eventually dying in childbirth in a sheepfold.

Ning Xi didn't want to be thrown into the mountains with endless children, nor did she want to die in the sheepfold.
She made up her mind to pay off her debts, save money, and run away.
Before she ran away, she wore pretty short skirts that men liked to see every night.
When he gets home from get off work, I'll make him his favorite late-night snack.
She lied to him; she truly loved him and couldn't live without him.
The male lead will die if he delivers food, so she'll do it!
Finally, Ning Xi saved up enough money and, while her husband was out socializing, packed her suitcase and ran away.
The man who should have been out socializing stood by the car she had called, his eyes red, and pressed her against the car door, saying, "Don't leave me behind."
It's not that Ning Xi can't live without him, it's that he would go crazy or die without Ning Xi.
