Who is Reyes?

That was the famous professor of the Secret Society in the wizarding world, a second-level wizard who stood at the very top of the wizarding world's pyramid. Over the years, countless people, both openly and secretly, had tried to kill Reyes, but Reyes had always lived well and had not been affected in the slightest!
