Dragon Ball: My power level has been maxed out!

Chapter 22 Sun Wukong issues a challenge

Solo ate on the planet Arantis for twenty-five years, and he would avoid abalone whenever he saw one.

Thinking about it, it makes sense; the natives there are essentially cat people.

It's perfectly normal for seafood to be plentiful.

Solo's purpose in coming to Earth is to collect some seeds to take back to the planet Arantis.

Potatoes, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, cumin...

Nothing less.

"Solo, what's wrong?" Bulma asked with concern when she saw that Solo's eyes were red again, leaning forward slightly.

"The food here is delicious," Solo said honestly, picking up a piece of green vegetable and stuffing it into his mouth. "You can't get this good food on my planet."

"Is the environment on Solo's planet terrible?" Bulma asked, tilting her head and frowning slightly.

"There's not much high technology on this planet," Solo sighed, putting down his chopsticks. "Under my tutelage, they barely managed to invent electricity and the steam engine."

"Huh?" Bulma looked at Soro with pity, her mouth slightly agape. "A steam engine? That seems to be a machine from a very ancient era..."

"And this! This! This..." Solo pointed to tomatoes, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and other crops that didn't exist on the planet Atlantis, tapping his finger a few times above the plate. "We don't have any of these ingredients."

"Don't you even have these things on your planet?" Bulma felt even more sorry for Solo, her brows furrowing even more.

She then asked curiously, "So what do you usually eat?"

"The seafood on this planet is quite abundant," Solo said with a wistful look, his gaze drifting into the distance. "There's everything imaginable, like king crab, wild-caught prawns, abalone, sea cucumbers, and oysters."

"How about we send some ingredients to your planet?" Bulma's eyes lit up as she suggested, clapping her hands in front of her chest.

"That's wonderful." Solo nodded his thanks, a genuine smile on his face. "Thank you."

"Then it's decided, just like that." Bulma smiled, her eyes curving into crescents. "Before we go to Namek, let's go to your planet and ship some ingredients over."

"It's not on the way." Solo slowly shook his head. "This will add several days to the journey to Namek."

"It's alright." Bulma blinked, giggled, and tapped her finger on the table. "You've helped us so much, this is just what we should do."

"When I arrived on Earth, I saw two spaceships," Solo mused, stroking his chin. "The other one must belong to Naba, right? We can make some simple modifications to that ship and turn it into ours. We can make mine autopilot and send the cargo directly to Planet Atlantis. I'll leave a letter and instruct them to do as I say."

"If that's the case, then there's no problem." Bulma nodded slightly, her expression becoming serious.

She paused.

"We can use empty capsules to transport lots and lots of things over there. I'll take you around these next couple of days to see things that don't exist on your planet, and we'll pack them all up for you."

"Thank you so much!" Solo quickly expressed his gratitude.

This way, Xiao Yi and Xiao Bai won't have to eat seafood every day.

Finally, I can enjoy some different kinds of food.

Solo's lips curled up slightly as he picked up another piece of potato and stuffed it into his mouth.

……

I ate for a while.

Sun Wukong was getting restless.

He squirmed in the chair, his buttocks sticking out like nails, and he kept glancing in Solo's direction with bright, eager eyes.

"Is there something you need?" Solo smiled, put down his chopsticks, and basically understood what Sun Wukong meant.

"Um... Zoro," Son Goku suggested excitedly, placing his hands on the edge of the table, "Are you full? How about we have a little sparring session?"

"Sure, no problem." Solo nodded and stood up from his chair.

"Goku, are you kidding me?" Krillin was speechless, his lips twitching and his eyes widening. "You want to challenge Zoro? Zoro uses the Flash Technique, there's no way you can break it."

"Dad," Gohan chimed in, tilting his head, "wearing sunglasses doesn't help, does it?"

"Don't worry." Solo smiled slightly, his gaze sweeping over everyone. "It's just a friendly spar. I won't use Flash."

"That's wonderful!" Sun Wukong smiled excitedly and jumped up from his chair. "I was worried that I wouldn't be able to break your Flash Technique."

"Snapped!"

The next moment, Sun Wukong leaped up from his seat, somersaulted in the air, and jumped directly to the spacious area next to him.

His feet landed with a dull thud.

Solo also got up from his seat and slowly walked to the opposite side of Sun Wukong.

The two stood facing each other, about five meters apart.

The light from the courtyard shone on them, casting two shadows on the ground.

Bick put down his water glass, turned around, crossed his arms, and stared intently at the two of them.

Klin stood up from his chair, walked to the side, and put his hands on his hips.

Son Gohan climbed onto the chair and knelt down, his little hands resting on his knees, his eyes unblinking.

Master Roshi stroked his beard and squinted.

Garin the Hermit squatted on the table, his tail swaying gently.

"Zoro, I'm about to begin!" Sun Wukong said, first bowing to Zoro in a competition salute.

He stood with his feet together, leaned slightly forward, and held his hands at his sides before bowing.

Their movements were precise, and their expressions were serious.

"Come on." Solo nodded, beckoned to Sun Wukong, and hooked his palm upwards.

The atmosphere at the scene became tense.

Piccolo, Krillin, Gohan, Master Roshi, and Master Korin all immediately focused their attention on that direction.

They were also eager to know just how big the gap was between Sun Wukong and Zoro.

Without Zoro's help, I wonder if Goku could have defeated Vegeta and Nappa.

"Snapped!"

A powerful aura erupted from Sun Wukong's body.

A powerful aura erupted from his body, and golden light danced across his skin.

The lawn was blown backward by the airflow, and the plates on the table trembled slightly.

"call out!"

Sun Wukong didn't stand on ceremony; he stomped his right foot on the ground with a thud.

His figure transformed into a streak of light, moving so fast that only a series of afterimages remained, as he rushed swiftly towards Solo's location.

Immediately afterwards, Sun Wukong swung his fist, pulled his arm back, and clenched his fist tightly.

A layer of flame gathered on his fist, which slammed straight toward Solo's face.

Solo stood still, motionless.

He slowly extended one finger, raising his index finger.

"Snapped!"

The next moment, Sun Wukong's fist slammed heavily into Zoro's outstretched index finger.

Their fists clashed, producing a crisp sound.

Solo stood calmly and unmoved.

His body didn't move at all; his feet seemed nailed to the ground.

Not even a tremor in his fingers.
