The night sky over Tarsannis should have been filled with stars, but now countless flames burned in the planet's outer space, creating a terrifying hellish scene.

"Refuse?" Fagin slowly squatted down, gently stroking Novanbe's cheek with his right hand, his eyes greedily taking in the little girl's entire body. "You have no right to refuse! Without me, you would have starved to death here long ago. With just one word from me, you can forget about surviving in this slum."

Don't even think about it!

Upon hearing this, Fagin became utterly enraged. He swiftly grabbed Novanbe by the neck with one hand and lifted her up. The weakened Novanbe kicked helplessly with her legs and grabbed the man's arm with both hands, trying to break free.

Fear, anger, and helplessness filled Novabine's mind. Gradually, her eyes were replaced by a white light, and white lightning appeared out of nowhere in the surrounding space.

"If I'd known you knew this trick!" Fagin immediately pressed the button on his helmet.

In an instant, immense pain swept over Novabene's entire body, and the white light in her eyes vanished. Novabene felt as if countless needles were piercing her brain, tearing her soul apart.

"The psionic shield I finally managed to get was to prevent your psionic energy." Fagin released his grip, letting Novanbe fall to the ground.

"Little girl, since you're unwilling, then use your body to exchange for it."

No sooner had he finished speaking than Fei Jin licked his lips, shook his head, and lunged at Novanbe, tearing at her tattered clothes.
