You said you failed your college entrance exam and are now crowdfunding to build a university?

Good books and good stories accompany you every day.

As fellow academics, they were well aware of the value of the research findings Lu Jianhua was referring to!

This achievement is highly likely to be published in top academic journals, or even in SCI journals. No wonder those seventeen academicians were so impressed and collectively liked Lu Jianhua's post.

"But these research results are all the result of your hard work, Professor Lu," Yu Guangchu said regretfully as he looked at Lu Jianhua.

For them, every research achievement represents an opportunity for success and fame, and even the possibility of being remembered for eternity!

"It's just a research result," Lu Jianhua said nonchalantly, waving his hand. "I've been studying the textbook these past few days and have gained some insights. I estimate that I'll have a second research result in a few days."

Everyone: "..."

After hearing these words, which sounded like something out of Versailles, everyone's foreheads creased with worry, and they all felt a considerable amount of pressure.

The academicians are indeed academicians. They have made breakthroughs in studying the teaching materials and achieved new research results in just half a month since they arrived, while they have not made any progress at all.

"No, I can't waste any more time like this. I'm going to be the dean of Haichuan University!"

"My requirements are not high, I just need to become the vice dean, but I also need to publish twenty SCI-level research papers."

"Let's set a small goal first: publish an SCI-indexed paper within a month!"

"You guys are too stubborn! I haven't even found a research direction yet."

Spurred on, Yu Guangchu, Qi Limin, and others bid farewell to Lu Jianhua and went straight to the library to begin studying the textbooks intensively.

The textbooks record the cutting-edge research results of the world today. They only need to master the textbooks to stand on the shoulders of predecessors, innovate, and create their own research results!

Yanjing, QS Educational Institution.

"QS ranking of educational institutions is based on no on-site investigation, has no credibility, is extremely perfunctory, has no basis, and lacks authority..." Zhao Qiankun frowned as he read a trending topic.

What he read was exactly what Lu Jianhua had posted, specifically criticizing their QS ranking as unfounded and denying their authority.

Seventeen officially certified academicians also liked this post.

"Director, he's just nitpicking and making trouble out of nothing!" Liu Changfeng sneered, his face full of indignation.

"Everyone knows that Haichuan University has just been established and is in dire need of development. They don't even know if the site is ready yet, so what's the point of investigating?"

"We improved its ranking by twenty places; it's already been quite a favor by not being last!"

Upon hearing this, Zhao Qiankun glared coldly at Liu Changfeng and said irritably, "Isn't this all the good thing that Peking University caused?" Anyone with eyes can see that there must be someone behind the cyberbullying against Haichuan University.

Combined with the previous incident where Yenching University bribed Liu Changfeng to manipulate the rankings behind the scenes, it's quite clear who was behind it.

However, Yenching University probably never dreamed that eighteen academicians would join them! Even their QS education institution was criticized by academicians for its lack of authority.

"Indeed, our educational institution hastily drew a conclusion regarding the ranking of Haichuan University without conducting on-site investigations."

Zhao Qiankun sighed and shook his head. He was hesitating about whether to restart the investigation into Haichuan University, comprehensively examine its various data, and re-rank it.

"Director, isn't this unnecessary?" Liu Changfeng said with a wry smile.

"Haichuan University's campus is not even built yet. Although it has recruited more than a thousand teachers, their teaching ability is still debatable."

"I also specifically checked the current major paper platforms and SCI papers, and they showed that Haichuan University has zero papers."

"Furthermore, we publish national university rankings every six months, and we have never made an exception and re-ranked them."

Zhao Qiankun glanced at the other party but did not speak. Indeed, further investigation now would have far-reaching consequences and could very likely affect the existing rankings of other universities.

This is also a huge blow to the authority of their QS education institution.

"Let's talk about it in six months." After a moment, Zhao Qiankun slowly spoke, making his decision.

Provide an extremely fair ranking so that those academicians can see the true authority of their QS education institution!

A residential community in eastern Sichuan.

Wang Yi was lying comfortably on his bed in the bedroom, scrolling through his phone.

"Where are those haters? I can't find a single one of them." He kept searching online for previous comments, wanting to retaliate, but he couldn't find them anywhere.

After the appearance of the eighteen academicians, the group of online trolls seemed to disappear overnight.

His parents stopped insisting that he repeat a year of high school and instead encouraged him to go to Haichuan University.

"Haichuan University is definitely not as simple as I thought!" Wang Yi glanced at the admission notice next to his desk and couldn't help but mutter to himself.

The most discussed topic online right now is the background of Haichuan University.

Half an hour later, he searched the entire internet but couldn't find a single group related to Haichuan University.

"How about I build one myself?" Wang Yi blinked and suddenly had an idea.

There are still more than ten days until the start of school. Soon he will leave his parents and home to study in an unfamiliar place.

Everything is unknown, and it would be a lie to say I'm not nervous. If I could find some freshmen, we could look out for each other in advance.

With that in mind, he immediately set to work and registered a group.

Group name: Haichuan University Freshman Group (Unofficial)

Group Description: This group was created to facilitate the enrollment of first-year students at Haichuan University. You can communicate and exchange ideas in the group if you have any questions, learn about school policies in advance, and prepare for enrollment.

Verification method for joining the group: Show your Haichuan University admission notice to join the group.

Administrator Announcement: After joining the group, please change your nickname to the following format: College + Major + Name

Looking at the group chat, Wang Yi was the first to change his nickname to "Wang Yi, Civil Engineering Major, School of Architecture".

Then he copied the group number and, while the buzz surrounding Haichuan University was still going strong, he flooded various comment sections with messages, sharing the group number with everyone.

A painting studio in southern Sichuan.

Su Xueyi was holding a paintbrush, immersed in painting, in a very pleasant mood, with a smile always on her lips.

Just now, her parents called her and said they would never pressure her again.

The emergence of the eighteen academicians changed many people's perception of Haichuan University's poor ranking, including her parents.

Otherwise, she would really have no choice but to run away from home early and live near Haichuan University for a while.
