Dark Eldar
80 Gludin
The surrendered monsters were a chaotic mix, like a small "gathering." There were menacing "shrimp soldiers," "iron-headed men," "giant-toothed tribes," "fishmen," and "half-snake women," as well as elemental creatures (metal) resembling "alien species," humanoid monsters, and orcs—needless to say, they were everywhere. There were also a few human scouts, all cautious and unwilling to speak.
Ludar didn't bother with further questions and ordered everyone to line up. Anyone with even a modicum of fighting ability was given weapons.
These are nothing more than knives and forks. In the DK Legion, the accompanying "blacksmiths" would forge weapons for them on the spot, and if you were lucky, you could get a green spear or a sword. These weapons, still warm from use, were put into immediate use without any gem enhancements.
Ludar gave the five or six human scouts "special treatment," providing them all with green weapons, since they were easier to communicate with. The simple-minded monsters, on the other hand, were simply issued white weapons; some weren't even sharpened! (Whetstones were in short supply.)
Dark counted; a total of 238 new members had been recruited. There were also 20-30 enormous monsters who hadn't come; they were "self-aware" (due to their enormous appetites), or they had never participated in an "organization" before and were unwilling to "team up."
Dark Messenger Dark gives a speech!
"To all the newcomers, including the DK Legion! It's a pity... I don't know why we're here, or what our future holds. But I think, since 'fate' has brought us together to form this new army, then from now on, everyone is part of the DK Legion! (Applause!) I hope I can lead everyone to find delicious, high-quality elemental food, good energy, and what everyone dreams of! Kevin Garnier's best equipment!! (Applause! Cheers!) And let me assure you! If any god-tier gear drops, I absolutely won't steal it. Same old rules! We'll roll the dice!! (Roll, an old method of evenly distributing equipment.)"
"Ooh ho! -- Good! Buzz!" (Applause! Cheers! The resonant sound of the Megalodon)
Everyone applauded!
Dark understood that all living beings, monsters, and low-ranking soldiers shared a very simple "purpose" for survival: "destiny"! Before him, even he, a mere messenger of darkness, shared the same fate as these monsters! If he went against Dema's will, he too would lose control of his own "destiny."
"Beep! — Beep!"
The war horns have sounded (forward)! A massive 700-strong Death Knight contingent sets off! In this moment, Dark sets himself a new goal: "To rule Kevin Garnier! To rule the Demacian Legion!" (Dark still harbors ambition; it was this ambition that Demacia recognized, which is why they gave him the red quest.)
The humanoid monster led the way, while the ugly elite monster (likely a prophet) walked at the very front. They seemed quite familiar with the terrain. Dark opened a map from their backpacks. In the distance, they saw a city called "Gludin."
The scouts on Gludin's watchtower had spotted them early on.
"Report! An unidentified army is attacking from 2 meters to the north! Among them is our fleeing scout 'Mana'!" (Common language) (The ugly humanoid monster's name was originally Mana, who once served as the leader of a scout squad here.)
"Are there demons?" Lord Gludin asked urgently (the half-human). On the throne, he had three arms, and another arm on his back (a mutant), wielding a giant axe. He appeared to be a battle-hardened "berserker"! His level was approximately 40. (Kevin Garney's calculation method differs slightly from that of the other world; for now, we'll categorize by combat power, and classes will be roughly based on the "other world" classification.)
The army halted at the boundary of Gludin's "moat." Dark looked on helplessly. He didn't want to fight (he didn't want casualties, especially with the existing DK dark soldiers), but he had no way to force the original lord to "give up the city." Using magic too early would prematurely reveal his strength. Dark checked the city walls' defenses; they weren't even equipped with protective shields!
At the top, the enemy city lord's level wasn't too high, so Dak decided to hand over command to the rebel leader Ludar, so that he could lead the first battle!
Ludar was more than happy to lead; the task was a piece of cake for him.
The Barbarian King and the Slayer had long sensed the presence of "death," and "siege and capture" was a very interesting "job" for them!
Without a single word, the war began silently. The half-human city lord knew that further words were futile! He could not allow over 700 strangers to enter the city and "eat and drink for free"—the threat was ever-present!
Dark intends to "capture the king first," then "massacre the city"? To him, all "life" within the city is "insignificant." ... ("Warlike," "cold-blooded," and "ruthless" are the unchangeable "initial attributes" of dark elemental creatures.)
