Dark Eldar

66 Edward III's Life-or-Death Decision

The mirror image of "Kyklops" has come back to life, and Edward III stands before him amidst the weeds.

"You're awake?" Edward had been waiting for him to revive.

"Hmm, ah~~ why are you still here??"

"I remember now, did Loki, the human who possessed the Hammer of the Creator, bring it?" Kicrops asked. His voice was incredibly deep, with a peculiar tone.

"No. The elders from another world wouldn't allow him in." Edward knew a thing or two about what had happened in the council hall. He was "very experienced" in fighting the dark forces for many years. Edward also knew Loki very well; he knew Loki would definitely help him, after all, they had been "classmates" for many years. They had fought many battles together before, and their teamwork was quite good.

"So you lied to me!" Kiklops roared! The earth shook violently, and the cracks in the mirror world trembled and expanded!!

"Yes, I did deceive you (Note: sincerity, 'key point'). I know you crave the help of the artifact, but you don't understand my abilities. I believe I can get you out of here without the artifact 'Mold of the Creator'!" Edward III said earnestly. On the way in, and during the "long time" of waiting for the giants to "resurrect," Edward had already given up on Loki's help.

After witnessing Loki's "brilliant" debate through the "magic mirror," Edward prepares to "give it a try" using his own abilities. (Note: Confidence, a willingness to die for one's cause, etc., are "essential qualities" for high-ranking wizards.)

"Oh? Youngster, what are you good at? Tell me?" The Cyclops softened; for him, any method was acceptable as long as he could get out. Cyclops knew everything about the artifacts of the "Creator." He longed to possess them.

"You don't need to worry about what I'm good at. I need you to promise me one thing before I'll help you!" Edward stated his condition. (Note: Clever)

"As long as you can help me get out, I'll agree to anything. After all, I believe you won't outlive me... Hahaha..." the Cyclops laughed arrogantly! Just how long could this "demigod troll" live? That was an unknown...

"I need you to sign a magical agreement. Once we get out, you will become my 'demon pet'!" Loki said, pulling out the "contract" from his pocket.

"Oh no! You can't do this! You must know you're just an 'Odin Mage.' You're not a sorcerer! You're not qualified to sign a contract!" the Cyclops roared. (Odin Mage, an ancient title for a magician)

"I'm willing to change my profession for you. I've decided to become a warlock!" Edward's words meant that he would no longer be able to use his time magic. His warlock skills would have to be "started from scratch"!

(Note: weighing, choosing)

"Fine! Fine! You humans are really annoying! So fussy, you always have been! And you still are! You should know, I've lived longer than your ancestors!" Kiklops didn't care; hundreds or thousands of years were just a blink of an eye to him.

"Now that you've finished, it's my turn!" The cunning Kiklops wasn't stupid.

"What if you can't let me out? Are you willing to 'sacrifice' your soul to me?" (This is equivalent to some kind of "synthesis"! It's estimated that the lifespan of a demigod depends on this, [speculation])

"Alright! I promise you! Let's go! Are you ready?" Edward III asked. (A spirit of facing death without fear)

"Let's go! Poor humans!" Kiklops leaped into the air!

The Cyclops led the way. He knew the map of the Mirror World better than anyone else.

Deep within the void conveyor belt lies the "Hell" zone. Benjamin VI, Wolverine, and their companions are still teaming up to fight off "Hellhounds" and "Skeleton Soldiers"! They had just cleared a wave of monsters when they heard a series of loud noises behind them! "Footsteps!"

"Thump! Thump-! Thump-! Thump!" The Cyclops's steps were enormous!

Edward flew behind.

"Frostbolt!" "Nova!" Iron Man George hurriedly went to the back to cast a spell. "Slow down!"

They hadn't expected such a "big guy" to suddenly appear! Benjamin was also taken aback!

"Isn't that the legendary Kiklops?" said Nami, the intermediate priest, pointing.

"Stop fighting! Stop! We're on the same side!" Edward III rushed out and shouted.
