In the Vadol Plains (203, 530), the Allosaurus (level 35, skill: Bite Lv. 2) was no match for Loki. Loki launched a surprise attack, followed by two normal attacks, and the Allosaurus fell. Loki quickly collected the meat, obtaining two pieces of fresh Allosaurus meat, which he planned to give to the orc uncle at the inn for free.

The mission requirement was simply to kill 10 Allosaurus; the dragon meat wasn't a priority. Loki was having so much fun killing monsters that he couldn't stop. This was his usual fighting style: either he wouldn't fight at all, or he'd fight for an extended period, sometimes even grinding monsters for days and nights straight. Back then, he'd really go all out to get artifact parts, or sometimes just to level up. But now, for this side quest, Loki was much more immersed in the combat when facing monsters, and he immediately rediscovered his old fighting style.

"I can't keep going, my backpack will be too heavy soon." Loki could feel that the Allosaurus meat was quite heavy. He had unknowingly killed 40 sets, each set containing 5 pieces, for a total of 200 pieces of fresh dragon meat. If he sold it to the innkeeper, he could get 20 gold coins. (Note: Gold coins and ingots in the multiverse have no weight limit.)

Loki wiped his weapon with dry leaves, then wiped his sweat and checked his backpack (shortcut key B).

"I'm using a 48-slot backpack now, and Elaine uses one too. We bought them together in Regent City. I need to get a bigger one when I get the chance. The respawn rate of monsters is random; it's faster on some maps and slower on others. Monsters that haven't been looted will respawn even slower, which some heroes believe increases the drop rate, and Loki agrees. He wanted to help the bounty hunter get a blue agility item, even from any slot, but his luck was still bad; after killing so many monsters, he hadn't gotten a single blue rare item.

Loki stepped out of the quest map and looked around. He thought, "Logically, this is orc territory, but why are there so few orc novice heroes? I haven't seen a single one yet?"

"Never mind, I'll ask the old man when I get back to the inn." Loki said, then mounted his horse (Shift+P) and returned to the inn. Currently, he had neither a Hearthstone nor a Town Portal Scroll in his inventory. Loki had never seen anyone sell these items, nor had he ever seen anyone use a Town Portal Scroll or a Hearthstone, so he didn't inquire further.

He knew: "The Classic version has undergone significant changes, some even being completely faithful to the original. Hearthstone only introduced convenient magical items later in the game, so the current Classic version might not allow for the existence of high-level convenient magical items..."

"Wow! Young man, so many sets of meat!! Did you kill them all? How much did this cost? How are you so amazing! If you had room keys, you wouldn't have to pay anything. Haha!" The orc uncle at his friend's inn was overjoyed to see the spoils and couldn't stop grinning.

At this time, the bounty hunter was not at the inn; he might have gone to hunt dragon meat or to carry out a bounty mission.

"Killing these monsters is like cutting melons and vegetables for me. It's effortless. I don't want money or room cards, uncle. You can freeze the meat while it's still fresh and enjoy it later." Loki said, and then clicked to submit the quest (right-click).

Following the quest procedure, the uncle handed Loki a delicious voucher*1 and 58 experience points, which were also added to Loki's experience bar, giving him +58 EXP.

"By the way, sir, I'd like to ask, this is supposed to be the orc starting area, so why haven't we seen any orc novice heroes?" Loki asked, taking advantage of the cheerful atmosphere. He had his concerns; if he kept asking around without anything interesting to share, it would arouse the suspicion of the NPCs. If they reported this to "Order," it would be troublesome, and the heroes' "freedom" would be greatly reduced.

Loki was rather cautious.

"This... seems to be because it's in the suburbs. Where exactly is the orc starting village, and is this area considered a starting village? I'm not entirely sure, I only know that the Vador Plains are where human and orc territories meet. There used to be frequent wars between the races there!" The orc uncle spoke cautiously; they seemed to be trained not to speak about anything unrelated to NPC professions. Otherwise, they'd get their wages docked, or even their lifespan reduced...
