Dark Eldar
43 Iron Cavalry Blades
"Captain, this is my money." Rona offered to throw her money pouch over.
"You two are both outstanding warriors of the rebel legion! Are you sure you want to duel?" The barbarian leader knew what he was doing; he didn't want those of higher rank to kill each other.
The banshee was quite sensible, after all, the dagger wasn't part of her equipment.
"Alright, little sister, I'll give it to you, but I'll give you half of your purse!" the succubus said, setting the terms.
"No problem, no problem," the barbarian leader said, grabbing a handful of fruit and giving them to the banshee.
The banshee was smug. She collected the gold coins.
Just as Rona was about to retrieve the remaining gold coins, the guild leader took a liking to the "Blue Vine Bow" she was carrying on her back.
"This won't do, it belongs to my friend!" Rona, who knew the leader better, declared first.
"What do you need a bow and arrow for if you already have a dagger?" The captain tried to cheat, wanting to get another blue weapon.
The soldiers started talking amongst themselves, and some even wanted to bid on the bow!
"Stop arguing! That's my weapon!" Benjamin stepped forward!
He has a very strong presence!
"Who did I think it was? It turns out to be our new recruits!" the regimental commander said.
"Alright, 30 gold coins it is! I decide! Anyone want it?" the guild leader shouted, ignoring Benjamin's wishes!
"We have weapons again! Look! What a beautiful blue vine bow!" Inside the legion, the crowd was eager to try them out!
Benjamin wanted to kill the commander immediately, but he held back! He was afraid of frightening Lorna.
"I'm sorry, Ben!" Rona looked at Benjamin, feeling guilty. She couldn't help it; after all, the leader was the boss. And the leader was level 35, the highest level among them. (A level 35 Barbarian King is slightly stronger than a novice human mage.)
Benjamin wasn't afraid of anyone. He shouted, "I accept all challenges! Who's up? All of you at once, please!"
The underlying meaning is simply to scare everyone and make them feel afraid.
There really are some daredevils! A wanderer has appeared!
"Enough talk! Give me all your money! Let the duel begin!" the leader announced.
This wanderer is really something, a full 400 gold coins. I wonder what he needs that bow for?
Lorna discreetly handed the newly acquired Ironclad Blade to Benjamin from behind her back. Benjamin smiled slightly in thanks.
The duel has begun! Benjamin isn't as cruel as the banshee. He keeps slashing, triggering his "passive attribute" to make himself completely invisible. He also wants to take this opportunity to teach Rona how to use "Iron Cavalry Blade".
The Wanderer is indeed an archer! Otherwise, he wouldn't have needed that bow.
The commander sat back and watched the fight unfold, plucking his bowstring and making a "tap-tap!" sound. The mission was already complete, after all. Ludar's requirement was that each raid yielded at least 200 gold coins in profit.
"We've already exceeded our expectations. Iron Cavalry Town is truly a blessed place!" The captain's attention wasn't on the duel.
The wanderer unleashed a barrage of arrows in an attempt to force Benjamin out.
It was no use; Benjamin was actually behind him.
"So you admit defeat?" Ming appeared, coldly pointing a dagger at the wanderer's throat.
The Wanderer was no weakling; he "mutated" in less than a second. Blurred and indistinct, he escaped the chokehold! He then unleashed a volley of arrows into the sky.
Benjamin had already run a hundred meters away by morning. The arrows had just fallen, like raindrops.
Dodging and weaving, Benjamin had unknowingly closed in on the vagrant again, a cold blade pressed against his throat. "Aren't you going to surrender?"
The loafer was choked twice; he dared not play anymore, fearing Benjamin might accidentally stab him to death, and then the game would truly be over.
The guild leader received another 200 gold coins, and gave 200 gold coins to Benjamin. The guild leader kept his promise.
Benjamin handed over his old rattan bow and iron cavalry blade to Lorna.
"Great! Great!" The mischievous Lorna jumped up excitedly and kissed Benjamin on the cheek. Benjamin immediately blushed.
Everyone present, including Lorna, believed that it was the "Iron Blade" that helped Benjamin win.
