Having just been teleported to the main map, some of the low-level soldiers of the Dark Legion were eager to try and conquer the sacred "Otherworld"? They had been rampant and unrestrained in the level 2 map, and they wanted to be as successful as they were in Kevin Garnier.

Dark wasn't blinded by his initial success. He hoped to merge his existing team with the declining Dark Legion. He had once been an agent of the Dark Legion and longed to return to his former allies.

"Lord Dark, our current level is still far behind that of the heroes from another world. We can't make any purchases yet. Should we apply for a group purchase to reach the maximum level, or should we level up slowly?" (Group purchase of the maximum level is a commodity, and it's quite expensive.)

Inside the makeshift military tent, Ludar (level 793; dual mastery of combat and tactics) spoke.

The other generals generally respected strategist Ludal. Some who had conflicts with Ludal in the past were still stuck in the level 2 map, unable to teleport over smoothly. Ludal was cunning and had many ways to resolve conflicts. For example, he would place a hero he disliked at the back of the teleportation queue, ostensibly to "fill in the gaps," but in reality, to exclude him. Dark turned a blind eye to this, as he didn't value this "ragtag army" much.

The heroes assembled in the level 2 map are mostly "inherently disadvantaged." Firstly, they lack financial resources; they may have plenty of enthusiasm, but can they really fight against so-called fate (the plot) through sheer hard work? Secondly, the difficulty level (which is not selectable) is quite challenging. The VIP powerhouses in this other world are all incredibly wealthy; even a simple VIP team from this other world, just with the "hidden ultimate skills" they purchase in the shop, would be enough to overwhelm the Dark Legion...

After listening, Dak nodded slightly, signaling Ludall to continue.

"Dak and I first made our mark in another world, but due to fate (the needs of the plot), we came to your world. Now that we've successfully returned to the main map, let me give you a brief introduction to this other world!"

Dac nodded, indicating his agreement to the introduction. (Ludall's logic was clear.)

The squad leaders were also extremely excited upon hearing this! They had heard of the main map before, but most heroes, due to financial constraints or other reasons, had never had the chance to participate. Now, they cherished this opportunity for "cross-server" exploration. Moreover, their skins were rare in this other world (soul-bound). "The Otherworldly Main Map consists of six major cities: Casterly Rock (111129), Brussels (31407), Jonah (832155), Undercity (133180), Olga (100200), and Thunder City (530473). Casterly Rock is an ancient city built by dwarves, cavemen, gnomes, and goblins as their homes. Brussels is the birthplace of orcs, and also my and the Barbarian King's hometown, a paradise for barbarians. If any of you barbarians or giants wish to return home, then Brussels is your home!"

Inside the tent, the tall warriors, strongmen, greatsword wielders, and shield bearers, upon hearing this, made feigned shouts, but dared not utter any strange cries or cheers. They could only gesture, offering a small measure of "silent celebration." Cheer!

Dark's requirements for his team are seriousness, with a touch of liveliness. This liveliness is limited to "silent celebrations," considering their years of experience conquering the level 2 maps, many "careless generals" have met their demise due to excessive jubilation. Therefore, the current high command of Dark's Legion possesses a certain level of "cultivation." While some are of frenzied, unrestrained orcs, or rude half-human elites, under the influence of strategist Ludar and Dark's authority, their methods have become increasingly similar to Ludar's "meticulousness." The former rare elite, the level 2 map lord of Gludin, "Barbarian King," is a prime example.

During the introductory meeting, the team administrator temporarily started a live video stream, allowing the soldiers of the Dark Legion to share their joy. They could only express their happiness through text and simple emoticons. Although they were just soldiers, they were able to maintain their composure, as they were strictly managed by their squad leaders.

The strategist, Ludar, continued his explanation.

"Jonah City is the homeland of the undead, the night elves, and elemental spirits. Olga City is a ruin, destroyed in the War of the Ages; it was once a pilgrimage site for warlocks. As for Thunder City, I don't need to say much, right? I believe you all know it; it's the birthplace and starting village for humans. Founded by the 19th Thunder Lord. If we were to rank the top ten mages in history, we would have to mention…"

Ludar spoke slowly and deliberately, his expressions rich and varied. He was the quintessential "tour guide." Even Dark, the captain, who had removed his first black mask (a double-layered Meteorite combat helmet, purple, drop location unknown), listened with rapt attention. Ludar wasn't afraid of angering Dark. He always handled this perfectly. After each sentence, he would steal a glance at Captain Dark, something ordinary heroes wouldn't notice. This was Ludar's initial talent—"the art of groveling" (commonly known as flattery) and reading people's expressions. It belonged to advanced sociological skills, specifically social skills (the academic name). Ludall's ability to handle superior-subordinate relationships can be described as "master-level." (The highest level is grandmaster, which has not yet been discovered.)
