Dark Eldar
408 Transmogrification Equipment
The Dark Elf race is currently being serialized and is not to be missed!
On the secondary map Kevin Garni (313752), the Dark Iron Cavalry conquered almost everything they touched. Their power grew ever stronger. Even unexplored areas like the ancient forests, such as the Kui King Kong Mammoth (an ally of the Dragon Clan), and even more ferocious divine beasts (not yet appeared), dared not confront them directly. If the ancient divine beasts were all slaughtered by the Dark, the secondary order might collapse. The core of the higher level certainly did not want to see such a tragic scene, so they sent a negotiation expert—the "Mysterious Man" (Level: Skeleton).
The mysterious figures are distributed (monitoring) in every corner of multiple worlds. They each serve their own masters; some are powerful, some are weak. One should not generalize about the mysterious figures, nor should one underestimate them.
The mysterious man who came to assist Kevin Garney was a "high-ranking envoy" sent by the High Order. The level 2 map naturally allowed him to pass respectfully and dared not obstruct him.
Soon, the mysterious high-ranking figure appeared in a misty aura, without any entrance music or opening remarks. His level was displayed as: Black Skull, and his class as: All Classes. His equipment: Unheard-of Five-Colored Divine Gear (set bonuses stacked across 2 pages). His arrival also added "kinetic energy" to the level 2 map, Kevin Garnier! (Mission 2: Escort Mission. The new battery pack was teleported along and automatically replaced. When the mysterious figure returns, the old battery pack will be brought back—an old-for-new exchange.)
His weaponry and equipment were extremely luxurious, but in order to maintain his mystery and blend into the crowd, he used advanced transformations to make them less ostentatious. Unless you clicked on his avatar carefully, you wouldn't be able to tell that he was a superstar.
The debate over whether the mysterious figures are heroes or AI remains unresolved. Their mystery stems from their taciturn nature; they reveal little and never disclose any clues about their "organization." Killing them would likely yield only weapon fragments, but no further information from their mouths, minds, or even their backpacks. Any clues they might leave behind are highly likely to be traps.
The second-level Order opened a dedicated VPN portal, presented a welcome gift, typed a "smiley face," and then vanished without a trace.
Order and the Mysterious Man? Different levels, different tasks, no need for negotiation. The Mysterious Man, without permission, will not, and dares not, communicate with Order. To use an analogy, one is the manager/boss of a city, the other a lowly salesman sent down from above; their relative status is obvious. Another is an AI computer program, the other might even be human, making communication even more impossible. If this is truly the case, then their fundamentally different structures make effective communication impossible. AI's computational power, and their core architecture, are inherently opposed to humanity. If it weren't for countless rehearsals at the core level, humanity might have already destroyed itself... (Due to space limitations and other reasons, the "real world" will not be described in detail... ¥3!)
The mysterious figures move at incredible speed. They don't need mounts at all, but to "disguise" themselves, they will still ride them. From a distance and up close, they appear to be ordinary mounts. However, if you accidentally click on their mount portraits, you'll discover that their movement speed is abnormally high (off the charts). On the surface, or when there are many people around, their mounts seem to move or fly at a normal speed of 125. But in sparsely populated or deserted areas, their mounts magically teleport. It's essentially instantaneous... To avoid startling their target, they will slightly reduce the speed to make their arrival less sudden.
Now, the Dark Legion has grown far beyond what the king himself could control. Various bizarre formations exist, soldiers stand in neat rows, and there are even a few student soldiers—presumably from wealthy families. (Note: These student soldiers from private schools are more willing to pay to join the Dark Legion to show off their badges. They invest more money and have more connections. Dark and Ludar, of course, accept all comers. Rumor has it that Ludar's game time card has already been converted to an annual subscription; he has reached the maximum recharge limit and must renew after a one-year validity period. Due to the system, continuous recharge is not possible. If there were unlimited recharges, the original system and fun of casual players would be lost, and the higher orders wouldn't allow it either.)
When the high-ranking mysterious man saw the countless soldiers, generals, and legions of the Dark Legion with his own eyes, even he, with his vast experience, was somewhat shocked.
He approached Darkhide stealthily. Darkhide (level 5900), the Dark Archmage, naturally noticed.
"Lord Dark, I have been ordered to come and negotiate with you." The mysterious man's voice was not much different from that of an ordinary hero.
"I've been waiting for you for a long time. Come on, tell me your good news. Otherwise, I'll just have to take over!" Dark's coldness remained constant. His brief words and the dark shadow beneath his mask revealed his chilling and ruthless nature.
"OK, the portal will be open for 3 minutes, that's our bottom line." The mysterious figure was quite frank. Although he was confident he could defeat Dark in a 1v1, for some reason... the Black Skull-level mysterious figure showed no sharpness whatsoever? Perhaps he really was... an AI? Or perhaps he was just an ordinary human hero who had been elevated? Nobody knew, nobody knew how one could advance to the ranks of the mysterious figures. Some elder-level heroes had never even seen the mysterious figure once in their lives, let alone "bargained" with him...
"Five minutes!" Dark continued, "Five minutes, I estimate I can bring over 15 soldiers. Or let me settle this with a one-on-one duel! I'd like to taste your black blood, to see if you're human or a machine? Hahahaha!!!!" Dark laughed coldly and maniacally. Dark's awakening level was extremely high; he could already "distinguish right from wrong."
