Dark Eldar

Guild 376; Difficulty

"Elder Joseph??"

Schopenhauer subconsciously felt that he might be missing his teacher too much. But the former Grand Elder, who had been out of contact for a long time, was a brilliant and talented warrior mage elder, the greatest hero in Schopenhauer's heart.

The initial attribute of Archmage Joseph, like Schopenhauer's, is Intelligence. These top-tier, purest high-output, high-magic-power battle mages are generally from noble families of VIP4 or higher. It's extremely rare to find someone with such exceptional pure talent outside of this world. Indeed, Schopenhauer is no exception; he comes from a prestigious family, though not particularly famous. Schopenhauer intentionally conceals his background (the Schopenhauer family is a niche noble VIP family, and their titles can be hidden; this falls under the category of privacy). He relies more on his own strength and the legacy of Elder Joseph.

"Yes, it's been so long since I've seen my teacher," Schopenhauer sighed, gazing at the mountain of high-purity iron ingots (purple).

He dared not have too many personal thoughts or emotions. He had long since effectively shielded himself from his own longings and other distracting thoughts. This was also the reason he was able to become the Grand Elder of the Otherworld. As for why he was "dismissed" so quickly? Schopenhauer did not particularly reflect on this. His wisdom was exceptional, and he was Grand Elder Joseph's "prized student." More importantly, he understood that he must prioritize the greater good and must not "act willfully" and escape into "endless darkness."

Those involved are often blinded, while bystanders see things clearly. Regarding desire, every hero in this otherworldly high-level mage class has received orthodox training in controlling various emotions, eliminating destabilizing factors, predicting the future, and so on. These are all compulsory courses for otherworldly mages. They must begin as novice apprentices, learning to restrain and resist the "dark side." (Note: Somewhat similar to "monks" in the real world, but they can marry and eat various kinds of meat.)

Elder Schopenhauer's thoughts didn't linger for long before he was back in the midst of his busy work. His dedication was something all advanced apprentices in this other world should emulate.

The 32nd generation mage of Leiyin Temple in another world possesses the secondary professions of "Grandmaster-level" Disassembly and Forging Master. He didn't participate much in the Grand Elder election from a young age, thus having ample time to become a master of both Grandmaster-level secondary professions. It's said he's only a hundred digits away from reaching the peak of the "Zen Master level"!

The 32nd Elder of Leiyin Guild was the captain of the dismantling and forging team. He was sweating profusely under the guild's scorching furnace, too exhausted to even greet the former Grand Elder, Schopenhauer, in the distance. He understood that Elder Schopenhauer was in a bad mood and couldn't bring himself to be overly "attentive" in his communication. As a dedicated mage of the lightning element, the 32nd Elder of Leiyin Guild possessed exceptionally high emotional intelligence. (Remember our domain name: [domain name omitted], exciting content available anytime.) If he were to be too proactive in communicating with or greeting Schopenhauer, it would only make Elder Schopenhauer uncomfortable.

Many elders are still busy with the task, including: Birmingham95 (human, level 999), Elaine Mekrayoyo (female elf warlock; level 999; "exchange student on Mysterious Island"), Vida II (dwarf mage; level 999), and many mid- to high-level mages. Novice mages are too low-level to accept the quest. (Red)

Every disassembler and elder was focused on their respective duties. They couldn't predict the decisions of the otherworldly Grand Elder Morza. But they firmly believed that their great guild (shortcut key J) represented justice across the multiverse. All members of every class—mages, warriors, warlocks, rogues, hunters, and support—were guided by the light! They believed their guild's glory would surely defeat the "Dark Eldar."

The other faction, the "Dark Eldar," is preoccupied with other matters. Their leader, Arthas VII (level 999, class and equipment unknown), seems to be maintaining a low profile. They only spar in the "Arena," and haven't engaged in large-scale or small-scale conflicts with otherworldly guilds. While they do sometimes engage in "bad deeds," these are merely the actions of minor leaders. The higher-ups, Arthas VII and Lord Apa, may have oversights in their management methods, and the sabotage isn't simply a matter of the Dark Eldar's daily tasks. (Non-main storyline)

In other worlds, there are sometimes imposters. Since the Dark Eldar are a new race introduced from the original game, it's possible that there are villains or those with ulterior motives. Arthas VII is currently in need of personnel, so his management isn't particularly strict. He might only be strict about avoiding direct conflict.

The Dark Eldar's henchmen, who committed their evil deeds, only dared to fire and then move on. They were hunted down by both Edward III and Benjamin VI. This was due to their "roving" nature and the "uniqueness" of their race.

Edward III, along with other higher-ranking elders, led the group, but their actions only served a deterrent purpose. They did not take any real action against the lower-ranking leaders. Instead, they engaged in "fundraising" and "generous donations."

The otherworld's conservatism stems entirely from the decisions of Elder "Morza." For instance, if Dark Eldar thugs were to attack Village A, the otherworld would issue emergency missions to evacuate the village's "NPCs" beforehand. By merely sending casual players as "cannon fodder," this indirectly achieves a predetermined "difficulty level" set by a certain "order." ...
