Dark Eldar

Before leaving Delsa, Dark Messenger didn't forget to keep a backup plan. He feared that if Viktor were to truly be defeated, the Dark Lord Krut would hold him accountable.

At Frédre Fortress in Yundar, Loki decided to leave early. He simply gave the remaining 5 Yundar coins to the dwarf innkeeper.

The dwarf uncle accepted only one of them. He said to Loki, "Young man, you have a long road ahead of you. Although we are of different races, we can be friends!"

"Okay! Thank you, sir."

Before leaving, the dwarf uncle gave Loki two large loaves of bread to eat on the way.

After saying goodbye to the dwarf uncle, Loki didn't rush to leave the city; instead, he went to a nearby village.

Elisa was still helping her father with farm work in the fields, and Loki only dared to watch from a distance, afraid of disturbing Elisa.

As Elisa bent down to pull weeds, she inadvertently spotted Loki in the distance. She waved to Loki, and Loki waved back to her in farewell.

"Hey! My benefactor! Don't go!" Elisa suddenly shouted at Loki.

Loki heard the shouts and turned around, wondering what Alyssa wanted. He could have simply turned and left. But Loki had changed; he cared deeply about small things, about the feelings of ordinary people and ordinary lives.

Elisa ran over quickly.

"My benefactor, are you leaving Frazier?" Elisa asked.

"Yes, I'm about to leave," Loki replied.

"Then, please let me return the money you gave me to you personally!" Elisa said.

"Oh. That! You remember? I thought that after being purified, I would lose..." Loki almost let it slip.

"What, what? Purification??" Elisa asked in confusion.

"Oh, it's nothing. I thought you needed the money!" Loki explained.

"It was supposed to cost 1 cloud coin, but my mother's illness was too serious. The witch doctor was asking for 2 cloud coins. That night, the innkeeper, Bright, lent me 1.5 cloud coins. I heard that you might be able to lend me some, so I thought I'd give it a try. Who knew you would be so generous!" Elisa cried, her voice filled with tenderness.

"...So it was all a misunderstanding! But thankfully! The purification spell should have no side effects," Loki thought to himself.

Elisa continued, "My benefactor, including the exorcism and the medicine, it cost you a total of 5 cloud coins. Please wait a moment, I will go and return the remaining 15 cloud coins and the 2 cloud coins borrowed from my relatives to you first."

"Alright." Loki couldn't refuse. He knew that Alyssa was originally a kind girl, and he didn't want her to feel any guilt.

"Can I come with you? To see your mother?" Loki pleaded.

"Of course, my benefactor! If you don't mind."

With that, Loki and Elisa went to her house together.

Elisa's place was simple and unpretentious, but it was very clean and tidy.

Elisa's mother lay on the wooden bed in the living room. She looked up and saw Loki, and knew immediately that he must be the generous benefactor Elisa had mentioned!

"Thank you, thank you, my benefactor!" Elisa's mother's voice was hoarse; she was very ill. Loki dared not use magic to heal her recklessly. After all, he was not a "priest."

Loki took out some herbs from his backpack and gave them to his aunt. "Nettle Herbs" are healing potions made by the guide and have anti-inflammatory properties.
