Every person, or life, has its own dreams. Some dream of becoming powerful warriors, some of high-ranking priests, and some of helping the impoverished "First Men"... But ultimately, very few achieve them. Reality is too cruel. As a child, I dreamed of owning several sets of "Elven Armor" (forged by the Elven race), but now that I'm grown up, I find it difficult to even forge a simple "Elven Ring" (blue). —Otherworldly Rules, uploaded by "Wilberg" (Rogue), 32221545165156111

Loki made his decision; he would return to the "Otherworld" first. Sometimes making a decision takes a long time, while other times it only takes half a second. Considering the current state of the "Multiverse," Loki thought long and hard, and in the last few minutes, he activated (double-clicked) the Gathering Stone.

The teleportation process always feels incredibly long in the "target's" timer... It requires traversing countless maps. There are neutral and non-neutral maps. Anyone teleported is invisible to those on the surface. Its basic spell structure is similar to the "wandering" of high-ranking elders. If it's a high-ranking figure, like the demigod Izora, he can sense any "anomaly" that teleports away from his head—who exactly is "flying at high speed"? Izora's permissions aren't high enough to see (cannot query). However, if it's "army teleportation," an army of thousands summoned through a large "summoning stone," ordinary mages can sense it. The "blueprints" (orange) for these summoning stones have long been "decomposed" (deleted). Order prevents large-scale "military coups" or "coups"! Historically, there was a tragedy of the "Dark-skinned Orcs" being wiped out—that was their own war (in the closed beta), tens of thousands of years ago...

"Look! Loki's back! Loki's back!" The first to see Loki was Edward III, who hadn't expected him to return. The one screaming, however, was Wolverine John, the eldest son of Wolfd. Since the last advancement test, Wolverine John had wanted to thank Loki, but Loki had quietly left... He had been wanting to find another opportunity to "repay" him.

"Yes! It's him, it's him! He hasn't changed much, still so young!" Some of the other elders were also whispering among themselves, mostly female elders, who were all quite old. Loki wasn't particularly interested in the female elders. (Note: In this other world, most female elders are married; very few are young girls. Because of the need to "uphold world justice," most young girls choose to become "Eden's Handmaids." There are also "Catherine" elders, "exemplary" young women who become high-ranking priests. Another important reason is the special nature of the priest profession; its leveling difficulty is high. Girls often choose to "give up" when they reach around level 40. "41!" "42!" "43..." Without a high-level character to help, it's definitely not as simple as counting numbers... "Female priests" have weak defense and even weaker attack power, a major weakness in leveling up!!)

Loki quickly "teleported" away from the teleportation platform; he didn't want to attract too much attention.

Elder Schopenhauer nodded to Loki upon his return. He didn't ask further questions, fearing Loki might be annoyed, as Loki was the most outstanding of the new generation of wizards. Although Edward III was also excellent, the mere fact that he possessed "artifacts" made him incomparable. It seemed that no matter how outstanding or hardworking Edward III became in the future, he would always pale in comparison whenever Loki appeared beside him.

"Alright, heroes! Most of you are here. I will not call out names one by one," Elder Schopenhauer said softly. Although his voice was low, every otherworldly mage, every profession, and every apprentice above intermediate level in the audience fell silent.

Seeing that the order was good, Elder Schopenhauer smiled politely and continued, "It is my honor to give a full analysis of the 30th update today. I believe you have all received the 'official' letter, which was just a preliminary plan with minor changes. Please refer to what I am reading today."

Elder Schopenhauer paused slightly.

"Alright, let's talk about the next update. On any future day, open the team finder (default shortcut: "I") and select the PvP tab. Then you can choose Casual - Random Battleground (click the "Join Battle" button) to be matched with other mages of the same or similar level and of various classes, joining one of the six major battlegrounds in the Multiverse: Shattered Silver Mine (Olga City), Scarlet Isle of Conquest (Undercity), Warsong Gulch (Thundercity), Demon Mountain (Castlerock City), Battle of Isa (Brussels), and Ice Lake (Jonah City)!" (Applause! Cheers!)

"Wow! The 'battlefield' is finally open! All six major cities are participating!" (Whispers)

"Yeah! It's a shame it's a random battleground! We could PvP and grind reputation there later, right?" (Whispers)

"Quiet! Next up is important update content!"

The entire room fell silent immediately.

"Level cap 'unlocked'! The Dark Eldar are about to reappear!! Our nemesis has returned!!!" Elder Schopenhauer announced in an extremely pale voice, as if he were about to run out of breath.

"No way?? Is it really necessary to unlock level 150? I'm only level 93, I'll never reach level 150 in my life, is the legendary 'Dark Spirit Clan' really that powerful??" An unnamed elder said sullenly.

"Yes, I heard they've already reached level 400, and level 200 is the norm!" The speaker was the Fire Elemental Elder, whose information network was extremely well-informed. (Note: Elemental creatures, except for the Dark Legion, are mostly in "unselectable" mode! This means that creatures like the "Fire Elementalist" are most likely "AI.")
