Hogwarts: Who uses a crowbar in wizard duels?

Chapter 141 The Prophecy of That Year

Kevin had noticed something was wrong the moment Harry suddenly walked to the door.

His sonic perception detected that Harry had moved to the doorway, but when he glanced behind him, he found that Harry was still standing in the same spot without moving.

So it's quite obvious that the Harry who didn't move was fake.

So Kevin discreetly began to find out the real Harry's whereabouts, and then overheard Harry's conversation with someone named John Dexter.

After saying all that, all I really wanted to do was trick Harry into getting the prophecy orb.

It's obvious without even guessing that it was Voldemort's doing.

However, Kevin wasn't in a hurry to stop Harry from taking the prophecy ball. He figured it would be good for Harry to be tricked and learn a lesson.

As for Harry's safety, there's even less to worry about; even if I die, Harry might not.

Besides, they're just going to get a prophecy orb; Harry won't get hurt until they get it.

As the elevator doors slowly opened, Harry, Sirius, and Dexter arrived at the Department of Mysteries on the 9th floor of the Ministry of Magic.

Looking at the deep, dark corridor and the wooden door at the end of the corridor.

Harry was momentarily dazed. This scene seemed familiar, but it was his first time here. How could he have seen it before?

"What's wrong, Harry?"

Sirius Black turned around, tilted his head, and asked calmly.

Harry looked at Sirius's unusually calm expression, shook his head to indicate that he was alright, and followed Drax again, stepping behind the fallen wooden door.

Upon entering, Harry couldn't help but marvel at the sight before him.

This was a huge room that stretched as far as the eye could see, with countless wooden shelves on all four sides, each shelf filled with a multitude of prophecy orbs.

Some of the prophecy orbs were dim and lifeless, while others occasionally shone.

Following Delilah's footsteps, he passed through one wooden frame after another, delving into the heart of the area.

"Found it, right here, Mr. Potter."

The Delilah in front suddenly stopped and looked at a prophecy ball no bigger than the palm of his hand on the shelf beside him.

Below the prophecy ball, there is a small metal plaque with Harry Potter's name written on it.

Harry also went over and looked at the prophecy ball. It was just an ordinary glass ball, with nothing special about it, and it was even smaller than most of the prophecy balls here.

"Mr. Potter, go and pick up that prophecy ball."

Dexter stood behind Harry and spoke seductively.

Harry took a deep breath and reached out to pick up the prophecy orb.

As soon as the prophecy orb was picked up, a pale green halo gradually appeared around it.

The one with the power to conquer the Dark Lord will be born at the end of July. The Dark Lord sees him as an opponent, but he possesses a power that the Dark Lord does not understand.

Because two people cannot both live, one will inevitably kill the other.

A voice that sounded exactly like Trelawney's rang in Harry's mind, only this voice carried a hint of madness.

This voice is the prophecy made by Professor Trelawney years ago, which was recorded in the prophecy orb.

Only the person who picks up the prophecy orb can hear this voice.

"Very well, Harry, now give me the prophecy orb, let's go find the Minister together..."

When Delilah saw Harry pick up the prophecy orb, a smile finally appeared on his face, and he slowly moved closer.

Harry didn't move, as if he was in a daze.

It wasn't until Delilah walked up behind Harry and reached out to grab him that things started to change.

A magic wand was pressed against his neck.

"Should we go see the minister, or Voldemort?"

Harry had somehow produced his wand and, taking advantage of Dexter's inattention, turned around and subdued him.

"...When did you find it?"

Seeing that Harry had discovered him, Dexter stopped pretending and his expression turned cold as he slowly spoke.

Before Harry could speak, Sirius, who seemed to have just noticed something was amiss, immediately moved closer, as if to help Harry subdue the Dexter.

But Harry suddenly pointed his wand at Sirius.

He collapsed to the ground, completely unconscious!

A blue spell flashed, sending Sirius flying with a single blow.

At the same time, this gave Dexterity an opening, who reached out and grabbed Harry's hand holding the wand, preventing him from casting another spell.

Harry's other hand was holding the prophecy ball, which also had no offensive capabilities.

But he wasn't one to be trifled with either; suddenly, he delivered a powerful front kick, slamming it into Delilah's abdomen.

Harry kicked Delilah, forcing him to release his grip, and thus created some distance for Harry.

"Fuchsia!"

"The force is released!"

"Disarm you!"

Then Harry cast a spell every second, and immediately subdued the Dexterity.

"I sensed something was off as soon as you started talking to me."

"After that, I discovered many more suspicious points, but I immediately seemed to be brainwashed and deliberately ignored them."

"I knew right then and there that you had definitely tampered with me; you just wanted to use me to get this prophecy orb."

"That's why I've been pretending to be bewitched by you, going along with your wishes to take the prophecy ball."

Harry spoke slowly after he had subdued Dexter.

"Heh heh heh, amazing, Harry Potter."

"But what gave you the courage to come down with me alone..."

Dexter showed no sign of being controlled, a cold smile on his face. As he finished speaking, four more masked men in black robes appeared around Harry without him even noticing.

They all pointed their wands at Harry, surrounding him completely.

However, Harry remained completely calm and even smiled.

"That goes without saying..."

"Kevin, of course!"

As Harry finished speaking, a crowbar shot through the air and pierced the body of one of the Death Eaters.

They didn't even have time to react.

Kevin suddenly appeared on the spot, grabbing a Death Eater with one hand and slamming him to the floor, his life hanging in the balance.

The last Death Eater is still in shock, not yet realizing how the situation has suddenly taken such a turn for the worse.

Seeing the miserable state of his three companions, he could barely hold his wand.

"I underestimated you, Harry."

Kevin slowly stood up, looked at Harry beside him, and smiled.

Harry rolled his eyes. "Do you really think I'm still that clueless kid?"

Kevin chuckled, walked over to the last remaining Death Eater, casually crushed his wand, and then ignored him.

Soon, the minister arrived late, accompanied by a group of Aurors and the real Sirius Black.

Sirius Black, who came down with Harry, was a fake from the start. After being hit by Harry's spell, he turned into smoke and disappeared.

Delixi, on the other hand, was counterfeited using compound decoctions.

Fudge's face turned extremely ugly as he looked at the imposter Dexter. His right-hand men had somehow been replaced by Death Eaters.

What's even more outrageous is that so many Death Eaters have infiltrated the Ministry of Magic without their knowledge.

Even if some Death Eaters had escaped the net in the past, they would never have dared to be so audacious.

Clearly, Kevin was right, the Dark Lord has returned...
