As Kelros watched the leaping insects dissolve their exoskeletons and transform back into wriggling cocoons, his brow furrowed slightly beneath his helmet.

This sight made him uncomfortable.

After feeding, the Tyranids recycle biomass and reintegrate it into the hive's gene pool. However, this is to recycle all energy and biological materials. Yet, this human is now deliberately causing his insectoids to regress into eggs. In his view, this behavior is both wasteful and meaningless.

"What are you doing? Recycling their biomass?" Kelros asked with a hint of skepticism.

Rhodes didn't answer; the Eldar war shaman would find out soon enough.

A few minutes later, in a narrow passage deep in the valley.

Dozens of Slaanesh were lurking there, their pale purple bodies appearing and disappearing in the shadows. Their sharp claws scraped lightly against the rock face, making a piercing sound. Their eyes burned with a lewd light, and their lips parted slightly, uttering seductive whispers as they awaited their next prey.

Suddenly, a rustling sound came from the other side, and the Slaanesh all turned their heads to look, only to find that it was a creature they had never seen before.

Its size was terrifying; its nearly two-meter-tall body was almost shrunken into a ball, and its skin had a sickly swollen appearance, as if it had been injected with excessive fluid and was about to burst at any moment. Most conspicuous were the several huge green sacs on its back, filled with constantly churning acidic fluid, and with each pulsation, the thin membrane could be seen bulging.

Their limbs appeared short and clumsy beneath their swollen bodies, but this did not prevent the insect from using the hooks on its forepaws to hook its tail and roll toward the Slaanesh bewitches.

Even these demons from the warp frowned at the scent emanating from it.

It was a stench of decay and acid, like the smell of millions of corpses fermenting in concentrated sulfuric acid for years; just smelling it made one want to vomit.

When these exploding bugs first hatched, Rhodes wondered if they could become cute little pets in Nurgle's backyard.

"Kill it!"

A Slaanesh, sitting cross-legged on a rock, screamed as her claws pierced the bloated, clumsy creature, attempting to dismember it completely.

All I can say is that the feel is absolutely amazing!

The moment her claws touched the thin membrane, the insect's muscles contracted violently, and then its entire body burst open.

A deafening roar erupted in the narrow valley, and the highly concentrated acid, carrying the shockwave of the explosion, instantly engulfed all the Slaanesh banshees. Their pale purple bodies dissolved rapidly in the acid, turning into dissipating wisps of subspace energy before they could even scream.

The force of the explosion even triggered a small-scale landslide, with debris rolling down from both sides of the passage, burying the screams of the remaining few surviving banshees.

Kelllos, who was observing this scene from a distance, was also clearly stunned.

"These are the weapons you turned them into?"

Rhodes nodded, a hint of satisfaction flashing in his eyes.

Kylelos remained silent.

The Exploding Bug is a biological bomb specifically bred by the Zerg for this purpose. It contains an extremely high concentration of acid, and once detonated, a single Exploding Bug can destroy an entire city block.

It is said that someone once tried to study the remains of the exploding bug, but a single fragment the size of a fingernail blew the entire laboratory to rubble.

The poison bomb tactic is simple, brutal, but effective.

If you can't flatten the enemy's minions, it means you don't have enough Banelings.

Rhodes commanded swarms of Exploding Insects to charge at the Slaanesh banshees gathered in various parts of the valley. With each explosion, a group of Slaanesh banshees were sent back to their home in the warp.

Looking at the scene before him, the Eldar war shaman felt a deep unease.

Although the Tyranids are terrifying, their behavior is predictable—they fight for biomass, and they will retreat as soon as the consumption of biomass exceeds their expected income.

But Rhodes's swarm is different. As long as he gives the order, these insects can mutate according to his needs in a very short time, without even needing to return to their nests. This also means that each insect has a nearly complete genetic sample.

Moreover, the movements of the entire hive depend entirely on Rhodes's own ideas; they can launch suicide attacks at any cost, even against warp demons that cannot recycle any biomass.

"What if one day, this human decides to direct his swarm at us..."

Kelros pondered to himself, but quickly shook his head.

At least for now, these insects are helping them hunt down the minions of their great enemy, and that's enough.

However, Rhodes clearly had no idea what the Eldar warrior was thinking. Right now, he just wanted these blasters to bomb a few more swarms of Slaanesh banshees. After all, the resources required to mutate blasters were not cheap. Including the cost of the zebraflies, it was almost as expensive as a cockroach.

As the last exploding bug exploded at the end of the valley, the warp demons surrounding the entire valley were wiped out by the swarm in this suicidal attack. Even though harpy banshees were still emerging from the inside of the valley, the remaining marines and roaches could easily consolidate their defenses along the main road.

Just as Kelros was about to say something, he suddenly sensed a familiar psionic fluctuation.

"They're here."

At the other end of the valley, dozens of figures and several Eldar light vehicles were rapidly approaching.

Leading the way was a squad of guardians clad in turquoise and purple spirit bone armor, their starlight spears gleaming coldly in the sunlight. Close behind were dozens of Bone Singers, their fingers deftly manipulating the spirit bone weapons at their waists, ready to mold them into any desired shape. A group of Eldar warriors piloting Warwalkers walked on either side of them as crucial guards.

At the very back of the procession, an Eldar dressed in the robes of a prophet slowly approached, his eyes gleaming with a light that only those who walk the path of the prophets possess—a gaze that seeks the threads of destiny.

The other warriors of the Ark world of Ai-Keith have finally arrived.

Of course, the Eldar's first reaction upon seeing Rhodes was consistent with his stereotypical impression of these white bean sprouts. The star dart guns in their hands, as well as the firepower systems of the Warwalkers, were all aimed at them.

"Kael'thas, explain why these savage monkeys and insects are here with you?"

"Is your way of greeting people on your Ark by pointing a weapon at them?" Rhodes asked Kelroes deliberately.

"We people of the Ark world generally don't point weapons at monkeys, because we have more important things to do," Kelros said irritably. If it weren't for the helmet on his head, Rhode would have thought he was rolling his eyes. "But generally speaking, monkeys don't hang out with insects either."
