I do recall seeing a female Luffy figure before, but unfortunately the modpack doesn't include a female version. Otherwise, it wouldn't be a bad idea to give it a try.

After all, if you're going to put on a show, you have to go all the way.

The village chief's granddaughter looked to be in her teens. The clothes were a size too small for Luffy, and they were a bit tight on him, but still passable.

"I'm missing a wig... No problem, I'll just use this one as a makeshift cover, anyway, the monsters probably won't be able to tell."

This seems to be a setting from the anime Demon Slayer, and this unreasonable regenerative ability does indeed fit the description.
