Summary

Transmigrating into the body of the least favored seventh prince, Xiao Chen voluntarily requests in the imperial court to establish Hanyuan City, the coldest and most desolate place in the Great Xia Dynasty, a place where ice stretches for thousands of miles and bandits roam freely.
On the day he left the capital, he arrived in a dilapidated carriage with three old servants. The whole city waited to see the prince freeze to death in his first winter in the northern border region.
Unbeknownst to them, what Xiao Chen saw were endless underground coal mines, cold-resistant and high-yielding frost wheat, and the finest warhorses of the grassland tribes.
A year later, the walls of Hanyuan City were high, the soldiers and civilians were well-fed and clothed, and an elite army was formed.
Three years later, the northern border was unified, and the iron cavalry struck fear into the hearts of neighboring countries.
Amidst the bloody struggle for the throne in the capital and the chaos that engulfed the land, a Xuanjia Army marched south from the north, their banner bearing four large characters:
Purge the court of corrupt officials and quell the national crisis.
The old emperor, trembling as he looked at the seven princes besieging the city, asked, "What...what do you want?"
Xiao Chen sat facing south and said softly:
"Father, it's time to change the throne."
"And this land of Kyushu... it's time for a new master."
