Hogwarts' Golden Glory
Chapter 55 Black Lake Early Morning Training
So how could Kane's actions possibly be related to murder?
"What are you talking about?"
Kane noticed the twins behind him whispering to each other, so he turned around and looked directly at them.
The two seemed to be frozen in place, instantly shutting their mouths.
His eyes were filled with fear, afraid of ending up like Pipi Ghost.
"Ugh."
Seeing this, Kane sighed helplessly.
He realized the two must have misunderstood something, and quickly explained, "I just cast a sleeping spell on Peeves to calm him down for a while. Don't worry, he'll be fine."
Hearing this, the twins' tense nerves relaxed slightly, but their faces still showed signs of shock.
This series of unexpected events made their emotions go up and down like a roller coaster, so exciting that it was almost unbearable!
"But what if he wakes up later? Won't we be in trouble?"
George suddenly thought of this problem, and a worried expression appeared on his face.
"What are you afraid of? Words won't prove anything later, and he won't dare to complain!"
Kane said nonchalantly, then urged.
"Alright, we need to get out of here quickly. If Filch comes back, we'll be in real trouble."
The three of them quickly tidied up the mess in the cabinet and then left Filch's office.
The twins had originally planned to continue exploring, but after being disturbed by the mischievous ghost, they were still shaken and had no choice but to end their nighttime adventure.
Soon, the three returned to their respective dormitories.
Kane sat on the edge of the bed, clutching the Marauder's Map tightly in his hand.
The moonlight streamed through the window, gently bathing the old parchment in its glow, which only heightened his excitement.
As a die-hard Harry Potter fan, who wouldn't want to own such a magical Marauder's Map?
"I solemnly swear that I will not do any good deeds!"
Kane whispered the incantation, and in an instant, the patterns, writing, and moving dots on the parchment gradually became clear.
"Moonface, Wormtail, Bigfoot, and Fork, hereby proudly present the Marauder's Map to you gentlemen."
Kane knew that the four people mentioned above were Lupin, Peter Pettigrew, Sirius Black, and James Potter from the "Raiders" group.
This map was originally invented by the four of them to help Lupin avoid acquaintances and go to a safe place when he transforms into a werewolf during the Full Moon.
It's just that I don't know why Filch confiscated it later.
However, in the original story, the twins eventually stole the Marauder's Map and returned it to Harry, which can be considered a return to its rightful owner.
Kane's gaze slowly moved across the map, unconsciously lingering on the location of the Gryffindor common room.
Peter Pettigrew and Ron Weasley have names that are very close together.
If Kane's guess is correct, the two men are currently sleeping in the same bed.
The thought made Kane feel nauseous. A fat, greasy man sleeping next to you all day, and you carrying him with you every day...
After that, he wanted to see what Dumbledore and Professor Ald were doing.
Unfortunately, there were no two people on the Marauder's Map.
Perhaps it was because both professors were out on business and not at the university.
The most amazing thing about the Marauder's Map is that it shows the location of everyone inside Hogwarts.
Even if you use a compound potion, transform into an Animagus, or even use an invisibility cloak, your name will still appear on the map.
However, the Secret Room and the Room of Requirement are not shown on the map. Kane speculates that this is because the "Raiders" quartet never ventured into these two locations, which is why the map cannot display them.
Kane's eyes lit up at the thought of the Room of Requirement.
He remembered that Voldemort's Horcruxes were hidden there. He made up his mind to go to the Room of Requirement tomorrow to find out.
Now, he needs to rest.
The next day, early morning.
Kane got up early.
This time, he woke Draco and his group up, not to take them to breakfast!
The morning mist in the Scottish Highlands hangs over the Black Loch like a Dementor's cloak.
Draco Malfoy's boots were covered in morning dew.
"Straighten your calves." Kane's gentle words were more chilling than the lake water beside him.
"Or are you trying to emulate Draco and make him your role model?"
Their gazes swept across a spot ten meters away, where Draco's thin frame was raised high in a straight line.
His years of laziness led him to unexpectedly refute Kane.
Now he kicks his left leg forward, his leg taut and straight.
He stood still, completely motionless.
To outsiders, Draco appears to be a determined fighter!
However, the three people present knew in their hearts that if they were not serious, they would be frozen in place by the immobilization spell just like Draco.
"Keep your head upright, neck straight, mouth closed, chin slightly tucked in, and eyes looking straight ahead."
"Where are your hands?!"
"Did you forget to stick your middle finger along the seam of your pants?"
"Can't even do the simplest things? I'll have to give you extra training!"
......
Early in the morning, a few people were running and standing at attention here.
Not only did a few people not understand, but everyone who saw this scene was also confused about what was going on.
"Is that the Malfoy family conducting dark wizard training?"
Ron's voice echoed through the Gryffindor community.
All eyes turned to him, their gazes filled with a hint of confusion.
Ron lowered his voice, feigning mystery.
"Did you know that the Dark Lord's henchmen all have a kind of brand?"
"The Malfoy family has always been the Dark Lord's henchmen! Kane is definitely training subordinates for the Dark Lord."
"Only wizards who undergo this kind of training can be branded with dark magic and become true Death Eaters."
The Gryffindor students around him felt that what Ron said made sense and was well-founded.
Their faces showed surprise and worry, and they began to whisper among themselves.
"Really? Are the Malfoys really that bad?"
......
Harry wanted to argue when he heard this, but he felt that what Ron said made a lot of sense.
"Ron, are you sure you're telling the truth?"
Just then, a melodious voice came from the crowd.
Everyone's eyes turned to the source of the sound.
A Ravenclaw witch pushed through the crowd and walked gracefully to the front of them.
Her long, glossy black hair fell smoothly over her shoulders, shimmering like black silk in the morning light.
A pair of bright almond-shaped eyes, now filled with dissatisfaction and determination, stared straight at Ron.
Harry's gaze was instantly drawn to the other person, and his heart began to race uncontrollably.
For some reason, Harry's face was still burning hot despite the cold morning wind.
Everyone was drawn to the girl; beauty and cuteness were their first impressions of her.
"What I said... is definitely true."
Ron felt a little uneasy when he saw the girl staring straight at him.
"Ron, stop talking nonsense!"
The girl's voice was clear and strong as she retorted to Ron.
