Hao Qiangzhuang glanced at the time; it was only 10:30. He wasn't hungry yet, so he didn't touch his chopsticks. Hesitating for a moment, he turned his head and saw that Wang Qian had already finished eating the dumplings in front of her.

Seeing her hungry expression, Hao Qiangzhuang pushed his plate of dumplings in front of her and said, "If you're hungry, eat first!"

"And what about you?" Wang Qian didn't eat immediately, but looked at Hao Qiangzhuang and asked.

Just then, two men appeared in front of the dumpling restaurant. Wang Qian immediately turned around when she noticed them, and it seemed that she knew them.

Hao Qiangzhuang turned around and saw the two men, both nearly 1.8 meters tall, tall and robust, with strong physiques, thick eyebrows, big eyes, and broad shoulders.

I thought those two people would just wander around the entrance of the dumpling restaurant and then leave, but they walked in instead.

Unaware that Wang Qian was sitting four tables away, the two loud voices shouted as they entered the store, "Boss, two large portions of dumplings, quick!"

"Okay!" the boss replied, quickly turning up the heat to prepare to cook the dumplings.

Hao Qiangzhuang took in everything before him. Seeing Wang Qian's timid appearance, he was now trembling all over, as if he had the flu.

Hao Qiangzhuang reached out his strong, powerful hand and grasped Wang Qian's hand, shaking his head and saying, "With me here, it's alright."

After the dumplings were served, the two men each ordered a bottle of baijiu (Chinese liquor). One of them said while eating dumplings, "Dumplings and liquor go hand in hand. The more we eat, the better. Let's eat our dumplings quickly so we can go find Wang Qian. If she runs away and goes home, not to mention her parents, my parents will kill me."

Another person picked up the conversation and continued, "You're fucking heartless. That's your own aunt's daughter, and you dared to cheat her. You're utterly depraved."

The man sneered and said disdainfully, "Everyone looks out for themselves. I've worked my way up in the company; if I weren't ruthless, how could I keep my subordinates in check?"

The two men had a good tolerance for alcohol; they drank a bottle of baijiu without getting drunk. After paying the bill, they staggered out of the dumpling restaurant.

The dumplings in front of Wang Qian had gone cold, and a film had formed on the surface of the soup. Ever since those two men came in, she had kept her back turned and was crying silently.

Hao Qiangzhuang knew this wasn't the time to watch her grieve, so he patted her shoulder and said with a smile, "Those two are gone. Hurry up and come into the factory with me!"

Wang Qian wiped away her tears, sobbed, and nodded, saying, "Let's go!"

Jin Shangwu rested at night. After getting off work during the day, he went to his dormitory to take a shower, slept for two hours, changed into a black suit, wore a white shirt, a blue tie, applied hair wax, and styled his hair in a side part.

He was standing at the factory gate waiting for Zhang Ziyi. The two had agreed to go shopping at Yida Mall together and he would buy clothes for Zhang Ziyi.

Jin Shangwu had been waiting for over an hour, and he looked impatiently towards the staff dormitory, muttering, "Damn it, this old hag is so nagging!"

Just as he finished muttering to himself, the security guard came out of the guard booth, opened the door, and then saluted respectfully: "Good afternoon, Manager Hao."

Then, Hao Qiangzhuang walked in, followed closely by a disheveled woman wearing Hao Qiangzhuang's clothes.

Jin Shangwu walked over with a smile and greeted him, saying, "President Hao, who is that person behind you?"

Hao Qiangzhuang didn't answer him, but instead asked, "You're dressed so provocatively today, did you go out partying with Zhang Ziyi again?"

Jin Shangwu's cheeks flushed red instantly. He lowered his head, scratched his ear, and said with a grin, "I've been working for more than a month straight. Today I'm switching shifts, tomorrow I'll be on the day shift, and I'm not working tonight."

Hao Qiangzhuang looked up and saw Zhang Ziyi in the distance, wearing a black Korean-style coat and high heels, walking quickly toward him.

Hao Qiang patted Jin Shangwu on the shoulder and said with a smile, "I have something to do. Zhang Ziyi is coming over, so I won't be a third wheel. Have fun."

Hao Qiangzhuang said, pulling Wang Qian's hand, "Wang Qian, let's go!" and walked towards the staff dormitory building.

The moment Zhang Ziyi saw Hao Qiangzhuang leave, her heart sank. She quickened her pace, but by the time she got there, Hao Qiangzhuang had already gone into the dormitory building.

Zhang Ziyi gasped for breath and asked, "Who is that girl following behind President Hao?"

Jin Shangwu shook his head and said with a wry smile, "I don't know either, but I really envy him. Not to mention the girls in your personnel department, they've practically become his private garden. And now he's even started bringing girls from outside."
