In the first half of the year, the world's largest cold chain group reached an international joint venture with China Merchants Group to establish a new logistics company and acquired a large domestic logistics company. Following this, East Asian logistics companies acquired stakes in leading domestic cold chain distribution companies through equity investments and capital increases. Simultaneously, some port development companies signed agreements with investment groups to develop bonded port cold chain logistics businesses.

Local governments and agricultural product logistics parks are signing agreements intensively to ensure quality and supply on a large scale, coordinate the secondary allocation of food supplies, and undertake the task of large-scale regional projects.
