How can the western lands not lag behind the eastern lands?

After thinking about these things, Xuanhuang began to understand the so-called Great Tribulation of the Primordial World.

Not only does the expansion of heaven and earth require the consumption of spiritual energy, causing it to decompose, but the living beings in this world also need to absorb and consume spiritual energy, making the decomposition of spiritual energy even faster.

This is undoubtedly a detriment to heaven and earth, as it competes with them for the already insufficient spiritual energy.

Therefore, because of this, the universe will give rise to a great calamity, through which a group of beings that have absorbed a lot of spiritual energy will be eliminated, so that the spiritual energy will return to the universe.

Thinking about this, Xuanhuang felt a chill run down his spine. He vaguely felt that he had come across some truth.

Even if what I can think of isn't all the reasons for the great calamity, it is definitely one of them.

"So, if the end times come, will the Way of Heaven still exist? What will become of the sages and all living beings?"

Xuanhuang murmured to himself, looking up at the sky.

During this trip to the West, the first thing he realized was the cause of the cataclysmic event that occurred between heaven and earth, and he understood that heaven and earth would eventually be destroyed.

That time will be an immeasurable eon, and the Heavenly Way is not eternal. When heaven and earth are destroyed, the Heavenly Way will naturally cease to exist.

And what about sages? Sages' primordial spirits reside in the Way of Heaven. If the Way of Heaven no longer exists, then naturally there is no such thing as the Way of Heaven being immortal, nor the sages being immortal.

Even saints are no longer immortal beings, let alone ordinary people.

"However, that time is still far away. I may still have a chance to transcend. Since being a sage is not enough, I will become stronger than a sage, surpass the sage, and surpass the Heavenly Dao. Then I will be able to survive."

Xuanhuang stopped thinking and silently comprehended the Dao of the Western Land.

Because of the scarcity of innate spiritual energy, most of the Dao that exist in the world of the Western Lands have clearly weakened.

However, some aspects of the Dao are far more active and powerful than the Dao of the Eastern Land.

The Dao is divided into Yin and Yang. One part of the Dao is weak, and naturally, another part of the Dao becomes strong in contrast.

Xuanhuang compared the differences between the Great Dao under the two different environments and gained a lot in a short time.

His cultivation level increased silently and imperceptibly.

I'm afraid that after some time, I'll be able to break through again, and at that time, I'll reach the peak of the Great Luo Golden Immortal realm.

Moreover, Xuanhuang had another realization: since spiritual energy can be transformed from chaotic energy into innate spiritual energy, and then from innate spiritual energy into acquired spiritual energy.

Even the acquired spiritual energy eventually dissipates, turning into ordinary air, or even nothing at all!

Study this process.

Innate spiritual energy decomposes into acquired spiritual energy, but what exactly does it decompose into?

The types of acquired spiritual energy, the energy they contain, and so on.

Then, the same innate spiritual energy also needs to be studied, and there are many types of innate spiritual energy.

Different types of innate spiritual energy, after being decomposed, naturally produce different types of acquired spiritual energy.

From this, Xuanhuang also thought that since there are different types of innate spiritual energy and acquired spiritual energy, what about chaotic energy?

It is said that the primordial energy is the mother energy of all things, but is there only one kind of primordial energy?

Maybe it is, maybe it isn't.

Xuanhuang was multitasking, studying the mutual transformation between innate and acquired spiritual energy on one hand, and the various Great Daos of the Western Land on the other.

There is an unseen connection between these two things.

The Great Dao and spiritual energy. If we compare the Great Dao to a fixed formula or rule, then spiritual energy is energy.

For the Great Dao to function and fulfill its purpose, it needs to be filled with spiritual energy.

Without spiritual energy, the Great Dao will lose its power and all its functions!

In other words, the Great Dao may very well perish along with the eventual disappearance of spiritual energy.

Even the Great Way will perish.

Xuanhuang was somewhat alarmed upon realizing this, but it was not unacceptable.

Just as he had realized earlier, the Great Dao has two aspects, Yin and Yang. Often, when one aspect weakens, another aspect strengthens.

The same principle applies to the extinction of a Great Dao. When one Great Dao perishes, another Great Dao may be born in the unseen realm.

Yin gives rise to Yang, and Yang gives rise to Yin! The principles of Yin and Yang have been elevated to a new level.
