The three of them, now dressed in nanosuits, stood on the platform again, Clint still holding the Bertana spaceship that Rocket had given him.

Lin Yi felt that the two of them didn't need to go at all, but since they insisted, he didn't say anything more.

However, the three had already reached a consensus on the plan: Lin Yi would take the lead and knock Thanos unconscious to finish the battle quickly.

"The timer is set. Return in five seconds. Remember to be quick and decisive," Tony instructed, adjusting the navigation device.

The specific timeframe was provided by Nebula, and it was estimated to be around the time Thanos went to Vormir to sacrifice Gamora, but it was a little earlier than the estimated time.

A small spaceship appeared silently for less than a second before disappearing like a ghost.

"I have already eliminated our presence to a certain extent, so Thanos and his army should not be able to sense it."

Seeing Thanos talking to Red Skull and pulling Gamora to the edge of the cliff, Lin Yi knew it was time for him to take action.

"You wait here, I'll be right back!"

A flash of blue light, and Lin Yi vanished from the spaceship. The two remaining people, who seemed hesitant to speak, exchanged a silent glance.

When the Infinity Stones get close, they can sense each other's presence. Lin Yi did not forget this and constantly restrained the Infinity Stones from emitting abnormal gamma rays.

He appeared silently behind Thanos.

Thanos had already pushed Gamora off the cliff, and with Gamora's death, Thanos seemed to fall into a state similar to an out-of-body experience, standing there stunned, completely unaware that someone was approaching from behind.

However, Red Skull did notice Lin Yi's presence, but before he could see his face clearly, Lin Yi used the Mind Stone to control him, causing him to lose focus.

Lin Yi stared intently at Thanos, waiting for the Soul Stone to appear.

It seemed like a second, or perhaps a minute, before Thanos's right hand suddenly clenched slightly.

He snapped out of his daze, raised his left hand and opened it, and a glimmer of orange light began to flash.

Lin Yi thought to himself and instantly activated the Time Gem and Mind Gem.

Green energy surged forth, freezing time at that moment, followed by pale yellow energy striking Thanos.

Seeing the "frozen" scene, Lin Yi breathed a sigh of relief.

The guess was correct; Thanos's abilities were insufficient to withstand the sudden attack of the Infinity Stones. He had already prepared to fight them while wearing a mask.

Upon closer inspection, it was indeed the orange Soul Stone in Thanos's left hand.

He took it directly, but Lin Yi didn't put it on the gloves.

The combined energy of the six Infinity Stones is far greater than that of the five stones combined, so there's no need to take the risk. Besides, we'd have to go back and snap our fingers anyway.

Keeping the Time Stone running, Lin Yi activated the Space Stone to return to the Bertana.

In the instant he left, Lin Yi saw a tear in the corner of Thanos's eye.

Those were Thanos's tears for Gamora. He seemed to truly regard Gamora as his own daughter, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to pass the "sacrifice" test of the Soul Stone.

Back inside the spaceship, Lin Yi diverted the Time Stone's power, and Natasha and Clint resumed their actions.

"You got it?" Natasha immediately noticed the Soul Gem in Lin Yi's hand, and was so surprised that she didn't know what to say. It was really... fast.

"Let's go, go back immediately!" Lin Yi made a quick decision, grabbing the items and running away to avoid any unforeseen complications.

The three activated their nanotech suits and recorded the current time. They would have to return them without Thanos being aware of them.

The spaceship shrunk, the nanosuits activated instantly, and the three shrunk to their minimum size, re-entering the quantum realm.
