"Gwen, and... Miles?" The bald Ancient One accurately called out the names of the two Spider-Men.

Gu Yi frowned after hearing this. She lowered her head and made hand gestures in front of her, and a magic circle made of golden light slowly appeared. She seemed to be sensing and calculating something.

These are two Spider-Men from the animated movie, Miles Morales and Spider-Gwen.

Spot's abilities stemmed from an accident at the collider, which caused him to fuse with unstable matter from the multiverse, altering his physiological structure. He became a strange creature, entirely white with black spots, and gained uncontrollable powers.

As for why he and Miles became enemies, according to his lines in the movie, it's because Miles shut down the collider, and the massive energy burst caused changes in the matter on Spot's body. This allowed him to connect the unstable holes on his body into a web-like structure that spans the multiverse.
