Chapter 365 Want to learn? I'll teach you.

The three chatted and laughed as they arrived at the auditorium.

The auditorium was brightly lit and filled with students.

Morris walked to his usual seat and sat down.

"You have a peculiar scent on you..." Kyle leaned closer and sniffed hard. "You're wearing perfume?"

""

Morris reluctantly took out his wand and cast several cleansing spells on himself before the stench of the foul-smelling grass completely disappeared.

"How's your practice of those spells going?" he asked casually.

"Absolutely no problem," Kyle said with a smile. "And I can control it very well."

He reached out and gently touched the pumpkin juice in front of him. A thin icicle shot out from his fingertip and landed precisely in the bowl.

"Ah, chilled pumpkin juice." Kyle took a sip with great affectation. "The temperature is just right."

Seeing this, Morris suddenly had a question: Is ice made with magic... clean and hygienic?

Suddenly, the side door of the auditorium was pushed open.

A pink figure walked in.

It was Umbridge, still dressed in her usual annoying girlish attire, holding a thick notebook in her hand.

She quickly walked around the auditorium, jotted a few notes in her notebook, and then left through a side door.

"What is she doing?" Morris asked, puzzled.

“Who knows,” Kyle downed his pumpkin juice in one gulp. “Ah, I remember now. Professor McGonagall mentioned it in class a few days ago: Umbridge is evaluating the entire school and will be submitting a report to the Ministry of Magic.”

"Assess what?" Morris pressed.

"I really don't know." Kyle put down his cup. "By the way, you might not know since you haven't been to class, but Umbridge is now the most annoying professor in the whole school. Hmm... even more unbearable than Snape."

Morris was not surprised to hear this.

The consequences were already evident in the very first Defense Against the Dark Arts class—the boring lessons, the harsh attitude and teaching methods, and that face and smile that made everyone uncomfortable.

It's perfectly normal for public opinion to take such a sharp turn for the worse.

Morris asked, "Aren't there supposed to be Aurors providing guidance? Where are the Aurors?"

Kyle chuckled. "The Aurors have come, but Umbridge didn't let them teach us any useful magic. She told us the Ministry of Magic would handle all the dangers, and we just needed to follow the rules."

"Defense Against the Dark Arts, huh?" Maurice shrugged. "You'll get used to it."

Kyle sighed. "But we're in fifth grade now, and the 0.WLs exam is coming up soon."

"You still care about the exam?" Morris asked with a strange expression.

Isn't this guy a rich kid?

What, do you need to pass an exam to inherit your family's fortune?

Kyle saw through Maurice's thoughts and rolled his eyes. "Isn't it normal for students to care about exams?"

Morris remained noncommittal.

After dinner, Kyle went straight back to the lounge, while Morris planned to take a stroll outside.

At the entrance, he saw a large group of people, mostly Gryffindor students.

At a glance, Fred and George were also in the crowd, right in the center.

Or rather, the students gathered together because of them.

A ball of light hung above their heads, radiating a soft yet bright glow, like a small sun.

"Ladies and gentlemen," Fred said, standing on a chair he'd somehow managed to snag from a classroom, holding a blue pear in his hand. "Weasley's newest product—the Cool Pear! It'll keep you cool all day!"

"What exactly is its function?" someone in the crowd asked.

"Good question." George clapped his hands. "Now, let's welcome our testers."

He pulled Ron out of the crowd.

Ron looked on incredulously: "You brought me here just to do experiments? No, no, no, I can't help you."

George held up his hand and made a "five" gesture.

Ron's eyes lit up immediately, and he said without hesitation, "Deal."

Morris watched this scene, and his lips twitched.

An evil deal was thus completed right under his nose.

Ron took the blue pear from Fred and took a bite amidst the expectant gazes of the surrounding students.

"Click!"

The sound was like biting down on a shard of ice.

"Oh, it tastes great."

Ron raised his eyebrows and swallowed the rest of the cool pear.

Immediately afterwards, a blurry miniature cloud slowly appeared above his head, and at the same time, fine snowflakes began to fall.

Wow!

The crowd began to gasp in amazement.

Ron himself was stunned. He looked up at the snowflakes falling from above and reached out to catch one.

The snowflakes melted in my palm, leaving no water stains, only a cool sensation covering my entire body.

"How are you feeling?" Fred asked, leaning closer.

Ron rubbed his hands together and replied, "It's a bit cold."

A burst of laughter erupted from the crowd.

"That's good." George patted him on the shoulder and said, "This proves that the pears are working properly."

Morris, ever the enthusiastic one, asked, "So, how much does such a magical prop cost?"

Fred secretly gave Maurice a thumbs up.

What a wonderful tutelage!

The crowd fell silent, and everyone looked at Fred and George.

Fred announced loudly, "Promotional price, two gallons each! One cooling pear will keep you energized all day!"

.

"A whole day!?"

Ron's face paled slightly. "So, even when I'm sleeping?"

"That's right." Fred shrugged. "If you only take one bite, the effect will only last for two hours."

"Why didn't you tell me sooner?" Ron looked very angry.

"You eat too fast," Fred said, shrugging innocently.

Ron's expression darkened further, but perhaps thinking of his promise of revenge, he hesitated to speak.

"In short," George said to the students who were watching, "those who want to buy should come and place their orders tomorrow morning. All the products we have released before are also available for pre-order."

After the sale ended, Fred and George took Maurice to a small room on the first floor of the castle.

This is a spare classroom that is not usually used, but it is kept very clean.

"What's wrong?" Maurice asked.

Why bring him here?

Fred and George began to look uneasy.

Finally, Fred spoke first, asking in a low voice, "Do you know Legilimency?"

Legilimency is a magic technique that allows one to read another person's memories and thoughts; unauthorized use is illegal.

Fred asked this question, clearly not just out of curiosity.

"What?" Maurice said with a smile, "Want to learn? I'll teach you."
